Panda Express

What can I say about this awesome staff at Panda Express on lankershim. They all smile and make me feel like a v.i.p. I have the same meal everyday for lunch and they always make sure it’s fresh. Love u guys. Special shout out to Erika and Stephanie two extra thumbs up.

Super small portions and they act like they will be Docked pay if they serve a few more noodles or a couple grains of rice. The latin girls are usually the culprits. Plus they have attitude. The Asian girl hooks it up and is friendly. Rather skip this location bc parking is about a half mile away.

Found hair in plate and was discreet but still workers had attitude … Smh I hate hair lol

Literally never coming here again. They were running out of food and gave me none. I’m personally offended and want to talk to a manager but do not want to offend the other customers who were having a good time.

I invited my boss here for dinner. The customer service was really bad he didn’t event want it to respond to my boss’s question n because of these incident I got fire. Very bad place to eat won’t come here again.

Always a great experience when I’ve been there. The food and service are great. The parking depends on your parking karma. Mine’s great!

The employee’s here are so grumpy. This location is closest to me and as many times as I say I won’t be back I keep coming back. And service is still horrible every time. It’s a pretty busy location so there’s mostly always fresh food. But the one thing they can’t never get right is the vegetables. There always hard and never steamed all the way through. Worst part is that when you request it to be steamed more they tell you no. Don’t care for this place but most other stuff here is good.

I changed my mind and give it 2 stars for them totally screwing up my order. Aside from the fact that at 10:30pm (they close at 11pm) more than half of their food was no longer available, I was missing food!!! I waited for the orange chicken to finish. Was given my box, paid & left. Something inside of me told me to look half way home and lo and behold, NO orange chicken!!! I had to turn around and go back! The 2 girls stood there stunned when I came back admitting that I was in fact waiting on the orange chicken. Whatever! My food was cold by now so they gave me new food minus the egg roll since now they had none (and didn’t think to make me one since they screwed up) and I left not happy at all. I knew I should’ve driven to Monrovia to my friends’ chinese restaurant! Lesson learned!

I usually go to the panda in van nuys and the food is always good. This panda was terrible I use to live in the area and I never had a poblem (it’s been six years) until now. I was nearby and was starving so I decided panda would be a nice treat, I was wrong. I dug into my usual orange chicken, kung pao, fried rice and chow mein. The orange chicken was crunchy but it didn’t taste like orange chicken and the rice was undercooked basically nothing tasted right. I also found a long blond hair in my orange chicken needless to say I lost my appetite after that. I also got an upset stomach. I am never coming back to this panda.

i told Chrissy that i had never been there before and needed her to tell me how it works, which she didn’t. She only responded to my questions, not offering any help or advice. When i decided on what i wanted, she rolled her eyes. I asked if there was a problem, that she didn’t seem to like what i chose, she didn’t say anything. She also was not familiar with the cost. i hardly ever have take out and it will never be from this establishment. The old story of if someone has a great experience how many people they tell, as opposed to having a bad experience and how many more people they tell. They say the latter is up to about 11 people? That sounds about right.

My husband and I got really sick from eating at this Panda Express. I like PE and it’s always been fine in my book, but I bet this location has more than a few health code violations.
If you like an upset stomach and regretfully rushing to your porcelain throne, get the Orange Chicken here.

Gone here a couple times and each time the cashiers are such a mess, it seems to make me regret coming here for panda. The food is good, the ordering system lacks order and customer service could be better.

Yikes Jacky what are you thinking? If you take a job in customer service you need to be customer friendly. We go to this Panda Express location and usually the staff is friendly but tonight not so much. If I ask a question about the size of the new ala carte containers it is because I don’t work there and I wouldn’t know so next time a customer asks about your portion sizes don’t get an attitude just tell the customer what it is and do your job because next time it could be corporate sending in a shopper to check your service out and if you give them the same attitude the result won’t be just a customer who is unhappy with your service it could the start of you looking for a new job.
Now that being said the food is not bad for a fast food Chinese place and I like the fact that fresh food comes out often.
I am only giving 4 stars for now due to Jacky and her poor attitude.

This is the only panda express location I have been to because it’s near my house. I don’t really like the customer service from the employees I hate when I walk in and the employees say hi welcome to panda express they all sound so miserable and not cheerful at all! The reason I come here is because I love there orange chicken and fried rice. I’m very picky about my rice and orange chicken and they seriously make it perfect just how I like, I just wish the service was better then they would get five stars.

Panda is not a bad pick for lunch. The food is fresh and its walking distance from work. Its usually a 9 out of 10 for fast food.
My friend from another country who flew in for work, who has broken english, wanted Panda. We went. The employees were very rude to him, sighing and giving us rude looks as he was trying his best to work with his english. I tried to assist him. It was very obvious that he was struggling with his speech. The server basically rushed him while rolling her eyes. She failed to answer his questions then cut him off while he was still talking to her. «Next» she said. He was still very kind to them.
The cashier then put both of our orders together and I told her they are seperate. She rolled her eyes at me and responded the individual prices with attitude.
I then told her that «By the way, I dont appreciate your poor customer service treating my foreign friend with disrespect. Thats pretty fucked up.» She froze for a second then rolled her eyes at me. «Have a nice day» she said.

I go here a lot.
Don’t go right when they close, you’ll get the scraps.
Everyone who works here is pretty nice. They keep it clean too even with the high volume of people and the crazies of NoHo.

Here every night for my portion of delicious rice, shrimps an orange shrimps!!!
Like the food, staff but not cleanliness !!!

Horrible service and food.
They are cheap on the amount of food they put on your plate. But if you want white rice they will pour it on.
They got the order wrong and I asked them to add more noodles and rice so instead of fixing the problem they took the whole plate and threw it away in the trash.
They argued with me stuck their middle finger out at me and my kid and kicked us out.
Corporate will hear of this.

Everything you worry about while deciding to eat at Panda Express will become a reality if you are unlucky enough to eat at this location. I’ll bullet point it for your pleasure,
Every table is dirty.
Food is kept way to long
Portions are RIDICULOUSLY small!!,
Service at a snails pace.
Very poor service.
Did I mention portions? O yeah… I did!
If you get the craving for Panda Express I urge you to travel to the next nearest one or you will regret it. Heed my warning!
At the time of writing this they have an enormous amount of one star reviews! 14! !!!FOURTEEN!!!

THE WORST PANDA EXPRESS I HAVE EVER BEEN IN. the girls working in the front at this very moment at 8:20 pm on Sunday 12÷7÷2014 are the most rude and incompetent people I have ever dealt with. Good job, I’ll never come to this panda again. These people need to be fired.
