This place never disappoints! We are regulars here and always enjoy the customizable pizzas. My boyfriend and I love to bring our dog and enjoy the outside patio while we chow down. Great staff and location!

Nick and Vacho gave me a great pizza and a great experience. I used to get Dominos when I wanted pizza but the prices are better and the freshness doesn’t compare. Happy to find a place that treats customers like family. Thanks guys. Thanks for the great food.

So I decided to give myself time before I return and ordered again it’s been week and every time I come in the pizza has been great it’s baked just the way a pizza is suppose to be cooked I’m happy they listen and have improved

I love my neighborhood and I love when new establishments do it right! They have awesome outside seating and plenty seating inside. staff is super welcoming and they took the time to explain how they roll. You can make your own pizza or get their special pizza off the menu which I did. we got 3 mini pizzas the «mad dog» «tristan» and «caspian» and they were all delicious. They got some beer choices too.
While we were eating staff came by to check how everything was going. I love customer service like this!. Super friendly and super chill. Vincent rocks too! Thanks yall! We will be back again!

I just moved in to a complex across the street and got tired of paying for delivery, so I decided to explore. Found Mod, and was delighted to learn I could build a pie or a salad however I wanted with no additional charge for any of my ingredients. Not only is the price great, the staff is friendly and engaging. And they serve beer and wine, as well. I’ll be a regular here, for sure. Try the Calexico Pizza if you like it spicy, and ask them to put the buffalo sauce on with the red sauce. Yum!

This place has some great tasting pizza! I tried their Caspian pizza tonight and I was pleasantly surprised by the flavors and the quality of the pizza. It’s basically a BBQ chicken pizza and I loved how the crust was thin and slightly crunchy. Oh and that spicy orange sauce just added a nice kick too! And I was amazed by the price too! Will definitely be back to fulfill my pizza craving when I’m in the area. :)

Holy cow, MOD. Why are you so good? The prices are so excellent. You can get as many or as few toppings as you want for no extra charge. The pizza practically melts in your mouth. I’m getting hungry writing this review. I usually don’t like pizza much at all, but I’ve had MOD Pizza two days in a row now and I am thinking about making tomorrow day number three.
Oh, and Vincent? Yeah, he’s just about the nicest, coolest, most helpful person on the planet. Everyone who works here is awesome. The staff is welcoming, friendly, and they seem to genuinely like working here. But it’s clear that Vincent is the heart of this operation.
If you haven’t eaten here yet and you’re trying to decide if you should, the answer is yes. You should. Immediately.

I go to mod pizza all the time! My roommates are gluten free and dairy free, so this spot is awesome! They have dairy free red sauce and a vegan cheese! (And of course gluten free crust)
I always do a build your own and am so happy with the options.
They’re very easy going and positive and have lots of good beverage options as well! I have had a chocolate shake and now a vanilla shake with toffee bits– delish.
I tend to do an olive oil and garlic spread instead of a sauce and it’s always delicious!

I heard MOD had vegan and gluten free pizza options so I gave it a shot. I’ve been pretty skeptical of all these new build your own pizza joints because I heard the crusts are terrible, however, this was worth it.
I got the MOD size pizza which was cut into 6 pieces, perfect for two people. The unlimited toppings was the best part, loaded up on veggies and sauces. The crust was thin and crispy but I like it that way. My friend and I both ordered drinks to try their homemade caramel pear tea and homemade lemonade — scrumptious! All that for only $ 15.
Can’t wait to go back!

Okay, I admit it, my boyfriend is more into pizza than me. So when he suggested pizza for dinner, I agreed but groaned in the inside. You pick your battles right?
Coming in, reat looking spot inside, high ceilings, with photo mural covering the tall walls on one side and there’s a small patio should you opt to dine outside.
The pizza itself is cracker like and you can have in this three sizes Personal, Regular, and Mega (two regular pizza crust, sandwiched together with sauce and cheese, toppings added on afterwards)
You can either choose your own toppings or select from the different styles that is available (substitutions welcomed).
I opted for the personal size pizza a la Tyler style (substitute the bacon for jalapeños) and added a couple of dollops of marina sauce on top once cooked. The crust was cracker like, not too heavy, which is perfect as I don’t like anything too heavy for dinner. The sauce tasted yum and there was a hint of smoky flavor. I am guessing that this is from the ham. But don’t quote me on that.
Beverage wise, they have the standard sodas along with craft sodas, Lemonade, tea, as well as beers on tap.
Again, not a big pizza fan, however boy oh boy. I’ll be back.
