I’ve had Asian food a great deal in my life. I have not tasted and enjoyed food more delicious than this restaurant. GETTHEIRPOTSTICKERS!!! Best I ever had. The staff of this restaurant are just wonderful. Friendly, and work very hard — it shows.

Service was excellent and the food was delivered in 15 – 20 minutes. The hot and sour soup was awesome, the potstickers were equally great. However, the lo mein and the Mushu vegetable dishes were mediocre at best. I would try again however I’d like to try a restaurant with a little bit better food.

I recommend the War Won Ton soup, the shrimp with snow peas, and the orange chicken … Ask them to add broccoli to it to make it healthier. Also, get brown rice for 50centw more. Very large portions, family run. They always remember you. Fast delivery.

Really decent Chinese food, especially for the Valley. Service was great. Friendly people. Fed a family of four for under $ 35.

Came here for lunch and I was not disappointed. Its a pretty chinese themed place and the food they serve is amazing though its a little bit expensive compared to other restaurants that offer the same thing. They serve food fast and servers were very friendly despite the rush hour. Here are the foods I’ve tried: Shrimp with lobster sauce(5⁄5) — Price was around 13 $, should be enough for 2 – 3 people. The taste made up for its expensive price. Mongolian beef(5⁄5) — Well cooked. It was around 10 – 12 $. I always love beef so this is definitely worth it Sweet n sour pork(3⁄5) — Average, had better. Will come back again!

Well I been passing this place a few times but since it has such great reviews I thought I give it a shot. The service was good I guess. I believe have of them didn’t speak any English at all. I mean simple stuff like soup or knife they didn’t know what it means. But they were attentive so I guess that made up for it. The food was bla! I left most of it behind. I ordered the lunch special orange chicken and it just looked like they smothered it in the sauce and it was so sloppy and the broccoli didn’t look to appealing to me either. I don’t think I will be coming back. Price and parking was ok also :)

If I could rate this place a negative or zero I would. After reading the reviews, I decided to order for the first time and expected a good meal. The chicken and vegetables lacked variety, the egg flower soup was salty, the fried shrimp was over cooked and the shrimp fried rice only had a few shrimp and very bland. The food was such a disappointment, I called to speak with management who was not in at the time. When I called back, the call was disconnected. I went to the location and took the food because it now had a foul smell. In speaking with the owner(Donna?), she became argumentative which resulted to my tough luck. It was surprising how she lacked professionalism as a business owner. There are several Chinese take outs in the area which are pretty good. In the 10 years of living in NoHo, this was the first time there was a complaint to this magnitude that I was compelled to share my experience.

They cook your order fresh for you! Major points in taste, fresh ingredients. Better than expected. Their price is a bit higher than your normal Chinese fast food joint, but we think it’s worth it. Very fast service, friendly server, and fairly comprehensive menu. They will have all your typical popular Chinese dish. If you’re not too hungry, check out their lunch menu. It’s available during lunch on all days(including weekends). Comes with soup, egg roll and drink.

Reasonably delicious and very affordable lunch special at $ 8.15/person. You get a soda, egg roll, soup, and entrée for that price. The food is really good American Chinese food. There was a depth to the cooking that just usually isn’t there at other American Chinese food restaurants. My only issue was the service. We got put in the way back and just kept having issues. We had to get up to ask for the noodles that they usually bring for soups. After we got our food, we had to flag someone down for refills and to get the check. Overall, I’m definitely coming back. I just want to make sure I sit closer to the service staff.

I was intent on eating Chinese food for Chinese New Year and since we got home late, our options were pretty slim. Found this place based on the Unilocal reviews and decided to do take out. For starters, you know it’s a good sign when you go to a Chinese restaurant and all of the cooks and staff are Chinese. And lo and behold, it was pretty good! I was pleasantly surprised. When we drove up to the place I thought, uh oh. It’s not a very appealing restaurant but the food is not bad at all. And as someone else mentioned, their portions are good and prices good too! You can’t go wrong with Chinese food, it’s quick, cheap and filling. Oh and this place is in a little strip mall so there’s parking in the front!

Used to love this place… Sadly not so much anymore since their recent«remodel» … If your into quantity over quality you may like it. Seems like much has changed recently end not just the slight modification of their interior… Just had the worst fried rice I’ve ever experienced. A few giant pieces of broccoli, cabbage, squash and about 4 black mushroom slices(an extra buck) in a heaping pile of mushiness passed off as fried rice. Thanks for the dreck.

Had delivery from here and everything was beyond amazing! Orange chicken and the mandarin beef were crispy! So good! Egg rolls were excellent and so was the chow mien. I highly recommend the rock shrimp too. Best Chinese I’ve had in a long time!

I loved this place before the reopening but I am really disappointed in the price hike in the past few months. The lunch special has doubled in price at the same time that the portion has been cut in half. Supposed to get entrée, fried rice, soda, soup and egg roll. Instead I got plain white rice, no soup and no soda. What’s the point of coming here anymore if it’s so expensive? It’s just not worthy it. My hope is that in writing this review I can help convince them to revert to their old ways, or at least explain what is going on. I know times are tough, but it’s not good for business to raise the prices like that.

@BRIAN B, YOURINFORMATIONISCORRECT. SETTOREOPENTHEWEEKOFTHE23RD, NOVEMBER2015. Fast friendly service at a very fair price. And the food is great! They have been closed for a bit but are set to reopen the week of the 23rd is my understanding. One of the owners told me this. I was in the area and looked inside, EVERYTHING is still there and some remodeling has been done. I MYSELF talked to one of the owners, maybe a new owner tho, and i asked him when they were re-opening he told me the target date is November 23rd2015, but not sure exactly if it will be on this day. In ANYCASE @Toluca Lake R, THEYWILLBERE-OPENINGANYDAYNOW. They have been remodeling the place… CANTWAIT!

Chinese Deli wasn’t bad at all. We decided to give this place a try since we were both craving Chinese. The restaurant itself is very small, but they were very busy with a lot of take out and delivery orders. The service was fast and very friendly. Since this was our first time here we just got couple of dishes. The Black Mushroom Beef was fantastic freshly made to order. The flavor was spot on, very tasty. Plus the portions are huge here. Our second dish was The Dry String Beans. This dish is your topical Stir-fry string beans. It wasn’t dry, but it was good. A good side veggie dish. Overall it was a great take out.
