Daniella is my new eyebrow GODDESS. She is the definition of someone who is truly amazing at their craft. I’m not sure why they are not 1000s of glowing reviews on this brow artist.
Overall, her symmetry, arch shape, and volume skills are on point, 100%.
Lastly, after all the times I’ve been here, I can’t believe I haven’t Unilocaled about Yacine yet! She is always a friendly smiling face, personable, and a sweetheart!

Appreciated that it was really easy to set up an appointment online. Requested to get a brow tint and the whole process was really simple and quick. Hannah was attentive and courteous, especially when she had to multi-​task as another patron was waiting to get her brows waxed; she put the tint on my brows first and while that was setting, she got to tend to the brow waxing.
The only thing that I wasn’t comfortable with was that after the service, they were nice enough to fill in my brows for me at another counter, but I was made to feel like I had to purchase a product. They put on 3 under eye products, one of which I did like, but I’m one of those girls that feels obligated to buy something when a salesperson takes the effort and time to try stuff on me. I guess I’ll have to be stronger next time since I did like the tint service itself.

My dear friend Katie and I stopped in for spray tans and the team here could not have been more perfect. We ended up leaving with amazing products, too! Daniela did my spray tan and was a total professional. Yacine spruced me up and I saw an amazing difference — isn’t it crazy what a difference good products and professional opinions and advice can make?

Two of us came in and signed up for service. It was a pretty day so I waited outside on a bench. My friend called me to come in after she was finished, the beautician must have assumed I was just there as a companion and directed us to the cashier. I wasnt sure what going on. I told the cashier I was on the list for service but the beautician was already talking to someone who just walked in off the street. Previously we were the only two customers in the shop. The beautician told me I would have to wait until she finished this client. We left and I won’t be back. My regular salon does as nice a job for half the price and doesn’t try to cross sell me products.

Came here today after making an appointment online with Hannah for an eyelash/​brow tint and wax! Not only did she do an excellent job, but she went out of her way to make me feel as comfortable as possible! Finishing my services with Hannah I then went to Yacine who step by step taught me how to properly fill in my brows! Both these ladies did an astonishing job and made my first time experience at the beauty bar enjoyable! Defiantly will continue to go back to both of them!

I will start this review by stating that I am probably one of the pickiest women when it comes to my beauty treatments… With that being said, the level of customer service provided by Hannah from start to finish is flawless. From the beautifully waxed brow, to the thorough body waxing, including the best Brazilian wax I have ever had, the gorgeous golden spray tan and last but not least my most favorite service, the individual lash application. I always look forward to my appointments, and I love how beautiful I feel when I leave. Christine is amazing as well, as I ALWAYS feel welcome, and love how she finishes off with my makeup application. I couldn’t begin to say enough wonderful things about these ladies, but from my heart I am very grateful

Great for brows!
Been here before to get my brows done but this past weekend, Riley did my eyebrows and she did a really good job. I highly recommend asking for her to get your eyebrows tinted and/​or waxed. She got some wax in my hair but other than that, I don’t have any complaints. They also freshen you up with some light makeup afterwards which is nice.
Will definitely continue to come here!

I am sooooo disappointed. We met with Christine and Clancy 21⁄2 months ago and loved them. We wanted to have them do my daughter’s wedding in June. They seemed very excited and put together a great plan. Then they dropped the ball. Christine does not respond to emails. She does not return calls. I have made an effort to get in touch with her and spoken to her myself because I am persistent, but I am afraid to book someone that is so unreliable. I WOULD NOT TAKE A CHANCE with this type of customer service. You blew it girls.

I started going here because they are in closer proximity to my house and also because Jessica at Macy’s transferred out of Santa Barbara. Even though I told the girl waxing me that I was very familiar with the brand, had everything I needed, and would come in to purchase when I needed more, she was still VERY pushy. They are also very pushy after waxing when you go over for touch-​ups, and at check-​out. I know they have sales goals to meet but it’s just exasperating to have to keep saying no to person after person. Also I noticed that my eyebrows weren’t that even when I got home, with one having a more square shape and one a more round shape. I had to wait for them to grow back out before going elsewhere to get them fixed. If you’re looking for a good Benefit location where the ladies are much more chill, stick with Macy’s.
