Worst store ever. They scammed two young divorcees into spending money on pure junk. We were suckered so bad. My friend was also pregnant with her fourth child and has no money. They use ruthless, high pressured, gorilla tactics. AVOIDATALLCOSTS.

After I returned from my trip, I called the store to ask for a refund. Thus began the endless runaround. I called the store at least 10 times and was told in various ways«that person isn’t here/is busy/will call you in 10 minutes/in an hour/later today.» I never received a return call. I contacted my credit card provider(Citibank) to dispute the charge. To make a long story short, I won! I received a refund on my credit card bill! It wasn’t easy, though. If this sort of thing ever happens to you, carefully go through all the hoops the credit card provider demands of you(all the paperwork, fill in ALL the forms even if they don’t seem relevant, etc.) or you probably won’t get your credit. Best advice: don’t ever go into this store.

Just M. Is right on point with their review. I won’t repeat what’s already been said but DONOT waste your money here. The products do not work. Only temporarily. You’ll be amazed at what it does in the store but it’s all temporary. My friends and I got majorly scammed. Unfortunately we spent approximately $ 1400 in products. No returns says something. Do not get scammed here. You’ve been warned!

So heres the low down. I think the sales people are scam artists. They use hard sales tactics that are so unscrupulous. Oh they’re good. I mean really good. They know every trick in the book. They cajole, give you some«facts», make you feel bad about your skin, name-drop, and drop the price to a ridiculous low«only for you and only today» how can you possibly resist? If you’ve been there, you’ll know exactly what I’m taking about. I cant say for sure but I read(in other reviews on them) that the product testers are more effective than the product you take home. I know the product they put on my arm worked wonders on my hyper-pigmentation for about 1 minute then it went back to the way it was. They tell you it’s American made but everywhere on the box it said made in Israel. They tell you that is organic but is it really? Read the ingredients. They’ll give you a price and if you balk, they throw in a manicure set or a hand cream. How about both? Still not convinced? Ok because you desperately need it for you horrible skin, they say, they will lower the price. Still not buying it? We’ll cut the price to more than half. Oh and they’ll throw in a free«spa facial» only it’s not the same facial you normally get at a real spa. They take you to a dark room and lather all kinds of products on you with nothing more than a cotton ball and water spritzer(the product instructions say cleanse well). Oh did I mention that they’ll tell you the product will last forever since they tell you, you only use it once a month but then you read the label and it says to use morning and night. They give you their number to assure you that they will be there when you need them but then you never hear from them. And of course, NOREFUNDS and maybe an exchange, regardless of them saying«ignore what the receipt says. You have my word and my mobile number if there’s a problem». Sure try to return it to the store but you have to catch them open because they open and close at random hours with no explanation. The business next to them are suspicious too. Closes in the middle of the day, no notice or sign. Sometimes closed for days then open again, for a bit. If you haven’t been suckered. I suggest that you just STAYAWAY! If you have, I’m sorry but you are probably s.o.l. You can Unilocal, report to Better Business Bureau, report them to FDA, consumer affairs, your local news, ripoff , if you ordered online not sure if this constitute mail fraud, lawyer-up, call your credit card co(btw they don’t really like Amex as much as Visa or MC– must be a reason. hmm). How’d I get out of it? I made the guy put all his promises and claims in writing and told him I’m tight with a very prominent high powered attorney. That seemed to do the trick. Good luck!

I give this company’s store in Santa Barbara a big fat zero stars. They would not take back 2 of the 4 products I bought. The boxes were, of course, untouched and unopened. I think this is a terrible business practice and will NEVER buy any more products from them. I agree with the person who said it is an unethical company – it is! I have written to the company twice and received no response. I also called their customer service line and it was not answered. I would advise that you avoid purchasing their outrageously priced products, skin care that, in fact, I do not have faith in. They used very bad strong-arm tactics to sell me products I did not and do not want. Yes, it is my fault for being a sucker, but the fact that they will not take back returns absolutely stinks. Do not let yourself be another sucker and do not even walk into the store unless you want to be bullied into buying something you do not need and can only afford if you make over 6 figures!

I exchanged products since they won’t refund. I told her I don’t want anything with perfume or preservatives. The ingredient labels are so tiny that you need a magnifying glass to read. When I got home I checked and it had BHT and perfume. I won’t waste my time going back and trying to exchange again. This is an unethical company.

Amazing products, the staff is so nice. I look 10 years younger from my refresh facial.
