She is welcoming, comforting, personable and professional. The spa is spotless & an aesthetically soothing, relaxing environment.
The experience is calming & rejuvenating with above satisfactory results.

I was lucky enough to attend a private lecture with Lisa Starr at The Oaks Spa in Ojai and all I can say is that this woman has changed my face. That’s right — with a lecture! While I have not seen Lisa for a facial, I can tell you that after her lecture I began following her tips and I have changed the way my skin looks, feels and acts! My complexion is much clearer than it has been in years. I had a question or two after the lecture and Lisa took the time to write me a very detailed email answering all of my questions and offering wonderful suggestions. What a treat! Lisa gave me the best facial of my life. She really knows how to make it an experience. She knows how to massage a face. She uses products that are gentle for the sensitive types and is so knowledgable about skin. Any face deserves her treatment.
