Bath & Body Works

I had a terrible visit today. I came in to exchange a lotion unopened & unused for another lotion same exact price and the manager on the floor at the time (the guy who helped me) said that they cannot do that. And some other employee had to butt into our conversation and repeat what he said. Then they said we can only do if you call customer service. Why don’t you just do it, instead if having me call customer service & come back. This upsets me, I shop at Bath&Body Works all the time. I always purchase & exchange items with no problem at all, this is the first time I’ve ever encounter a problem. Last time I’m shopping at this location.

This isn’t The Body Store which I much prefer. In addition, the power sale is in your face every five minutes and while at the check-​out. I don’t mind being reminded of a two for one discount if I’m only considering one, but this is beyond that. I felt as if they were hovering over us.
They also gave us a paper with their new fragrance. My friend and I both agreed not only was it loud but smelled right out of the red light district.
This represents the typical Paseo Nuevo experience which is why I only go to their theater and cinema unless a friend demands to shop there.
Although I like their body crème, it’s less superior than The Body Store. I’ve now searched for and found one at the Grand California at Disneyland. I order from their catalog which they are happy to do.

While there are many Bath & Body Works that are larger in size than this one, this B&B offers everything one needs and wants from the chain. For those of you that have never tried their products before, you must! The products here are fantastic. My cousin has eczema and this is the only place she can buy hand soap.
