Whataburger

I have been to this location 3 times. Twice for burgers and once for breakfast. Food is always hot and good! Never been inside, only through drive through. I only gave them 4 stars because every time I go there is a huge guy that I have no idea what he is saying and he is always talking to someone else and can never understand him. But like I said food is awesome and don’t let him scare you. Enjoy!

Not bad, but nothing remarkable. Good ketchup, good service.

Always great service at this location. Not many fast food locations have someone who is out asking if you need anything else or offering to take your tray for you.

Who else does it anyway I like? Mcdonalds, Burger King, in-​n-​out? Sorry guys! There is only one fast good champion in by book.

Gave it 4 stars because of the freshness, the service, and how clean this whataburger is. I know it’s fast food but they were really friendly and my food was so freshly made. #22 hot and fantastic. Washed it down with oj.

Absolutely terrific, wonderful customer service even at the latest of hours. Eat the Honey BBQ Chicen Strip Sandwich. Mmmmmm.

Horrible service last night. Went at 11pm to get a pancake platter meal. Employee took payment then came back with a drink and gave us back our credit card. People behind us keep getting their orders and the same employee keep asking what we ordered 4 times! !!! Around the 30 minutes mark when he asked us again what our order, I asked him how much longer do I have to wait for a pancake platter?! He then walk away and a woman (im guessing a supervisor/​mgr came out but she didn’t introduced herself) came out & asked us what was order again!!! I was soo frustrated and upset told her that we got a pancake platter meal. Then she asked if wr paid for it already and we said yes. She was looking for a receipt and I told her if we got one. I told her everything was around $ 5+. Then she said that they’re not selling the pancake platter at that time. And I told her that on their menu they serve breakfast at 11pm-​11am. And if they’re not selling that, why did the person who took our order rang us up for it? She then asked the employee to come out and see if he rang it up. He said he didn’t take an order of pancake platter. 45 minutes in I was alrwady telling the lady that I dont care about the stupid pancake platter. I just want my money back. She started looking around and said they’ll get the pancake platter and give us our money back. Then she left. We keep getting asked/​told to keep moving our car (we’re already at the end and our car almost got hit by a big truck) so other people can get out of the drive thru. I was sooo upset already that my car almost got hit, I haven’t got my stupid pancake platter, employees at this location is horrible and it seems like they don’t know what’s going on, & they don’t take accountability for anything. Wasted my $ 5 and precious time. Stay away from this place. Never have I gotten this bad of a service from any fast food joints. Doesn’t whataburger pride themselves on quality food and excellent service? Didn’t get any of that last night and they robbed me of my money and my time. Just ridiculous experience!!!

Service is always so conscientious and pleasant here, although it can take a while waiting in the drive thru. They always take an extra step to ensure you receive the correct order, repeating the entire contents of the bag to you before handing it over. While I appreciate the efficiency-​motivated effort in having two lines for cars to wait in for their orders, it just stinks to have received your order yet stuck behind and between other patrons who are still waiting before you can continue on your way. However, I enjoy the quality of fast food cheeseburger and when I wanna splurge on the diet am happy to indulge here.
