Visited on Friday night, very busy, that’s to be expected. A place like this should consider entertaining or connecting with the large number of customers waiting. Start the experience off a little better. Once we were seated the waitress was very good. The only real high point. There were 5 of us. My seat was added to a 4 seat table and I was put in the middle of an aisle at the entrance to a room. I spent the rest of the evening dodging busboys and customers. I ordered a whiskey sour. I’m positive it was margarita mix and an undesernable amount of whiskey, I hope, no garnish awful, $ 9.50. I ordered chicken quesadilla. The food came at a decent time, however all but one plate was ice cold. My quesadillas looked and felt like they had been cooked an hour earlier. ZERO flavor. My lasting impression, another chain restaurant that is thinning down over prepping food with no quality control and very expensive building to cover up for awful food. Here is your first clue. Unilocal has this place listed as American food. The name is Hacienda COLORADO. What an insult to American food and Colorado food.

I love Hacienda. Yummy food, yummy drinks, and good ambience. I went there tonight and had a drink and an appetizer, then took some food to go. The highlight of our visit was the service. Our server was Devonte and he was awesome! Polite, attentive, didn’t rush us, and so sweet! It was easily the best experience I have had at Hacienda. My favorite items are the Timmer margarita, the queso blanco dip, and the Admiral Guzman Shrimp Enchiladas. Awesome! Another plus — they put a lot of tequila in their margaritas which is definitely appreciated. Great place, especially for a chain restaurant.

I have to write a review for this place because I keep coming back! If you’re looking for mid-priced Tex Mex then this is the place to go in the Springs. I have to say, the 5 stars mainly goes to their MARGARITAS! My favorite is the Mexican Flag, and you can get it in a double size as the Ultimate, which is a total deal. They’re so good, and strong! Their house salsa is yummy, and I always a bowl of queso to start. I’m typically an enchilada or taco kind of girl, both of which are great choices here. The shrimp enchiladas are my favorite, and you have this huge array of sauces to choose from, but every dish has a signature recommendation. All in all, I’ve been here several times and every time it’s great service, food and drink. Sometimes I’m put on a wait, but I have no problem heading to the bar and grabbing a drink and some chips and salsa while I do so!

5 Stars is not enough for this amazing place! I have been here multiple times with family and friends and when I think it can’t get any better, it does. From the moment you walk in you are greeted and promptly seated, the restaurant itself is beautiful. The food is always delicious, but what really sets this place apart is the service you recieve. The staff here knows their stuff and goes above and beyond to provide excellent, unparalleled service. The teamwork among the staff is the best and does not go unnoticed. Devyn and Jacob you guys rock! Thank you so much for taking care of us. Words cannot describe how wonderful this place truly is.

Hardly authentic. I suppose they were going for Mexican food re-imagined — epic fail! The place has plenty of style but lacks in substance. As friendly as the service was it wasn’t the best. We ordered appetizers and they arrived after our main entrée. No one even bothered to check how we were doing. The next time we saw our server was when we needed our check. If you want to lounge around here, this place will work but don’t expect your craving for Mexican cuisine to be satisfied

I reserved the upstairs floor for a work party and the manager was very accommodating and helpful. It was the easiest party reservation I’ve ever made and the best venue my employees and I have gone to. The happy hour specials are well priced and delicious, particularly the margaritas and chicken-lime tacos. The restaurant was classy and not that crowded, and the employees were all very polite and helpful. I think my work colleagues and I will definitely go back there soon.

This is not Mexican food… Not at all. The service was good and that’s the only reason they get one star. Yeah plenty of alcoholic beverages but still the food was just a disaster. Overpriced American«Mexican» food.

I had a very good meal here. I would have liked to have seen more by way of vegetarian options, but they were more than happy to work with me to ensure I found something to eat. I tried the queso, it was amazing as other reviewers had promised. I’m not one to buy an appetizer like that, but when Unilocalers suggest something I try to listen up! All in all, I had a delicious meal, and if I happen to go back I want to try one of their swirl drinks!

I went to Hacienda Colorado while visiting family in Colorado Springs. I had seen the commercials and wanted to try it. This was a Saturday evening and there were five of us. We were seated with in a few minutes and the waitress came by pretty quickly. I had the pasole and really enjoyed it. The home made flour tortilla was not very impressive but ok. Other people in my party had all different things and they were all happy with what they got. One person is gluten free and had gotten the fajitas with the corn tortilla and he said that the corn tortilla was the best he ever had. So a good gluten free option. They had a gluten free menu with a few choices. So that’s good. I was quite pleased all the way around and would recommend it to friends.

This was my first visit to Hacienda in Colorado Springs. My previous experiences with this chain had been confined to two different locations in Denver. Based on those locations I had certain expectations that were not met here. My chimichanga was a tad overcooked and the pork it was filled with was fatty and bland. I expected something better than what you’d find at Chipolte, which sadly this was not. My dining companions enjoyed their meals so I may have just gotten a bad plate. Either way I haven’t written this restaurant off yet. Their margaritas are enormous and tasty and the service is typically very good.

I’ve been to the Hacienda Colorado restaurant in Broomfield & Colorado Springs. They were both awesome & since Mexican is my very favorite kind of food, this place had quickly become a favorite! Food is so fresh & delicious! You won’t be disappointed. The water is even super delicious.
