These guys are phenomenal, I honestly haven’t seen customer service like this in some time, and they definitely went above and beyond anything I was expecting.
My car was having issues starting, and thinking it was my battery as I had to get it jumped the day prior. These guys came out, did all of the diagnostic tests, the battery tested out fine, but the car still wouldn’t start. Over the course of nearly an hour, they tried a different battery, checked all the fuses, until we all agreed that it had to be something not connected to the battery.
In the end we figured out that it was indeed something unrelated, but I certainly didn’t expect them to do anything else besides check the battery. They certainly went above and beyond with their customer service, and it certainly reinforced my decision to buy an Interstate Battery.

I am so happy there is an All Battery in the Springs!
These guys know their batteries, give the best service, and have everything I need in one stop… watch battery and installation, cell phone batteries, computer back up batteries… they even rebuild cordless tool batteries!

Outrageously Dependable is an UNDERSTATEMENT!!! the owners are wonderful! The selection is amazing! they literally have any kind of battery you could ever need. This location we went to was near the Bourbon Bros restaurant /Gleneagle area, very convenient location — close to I-25. the service and knowledge WAY supersedes Wal-Mart for sure! From now on, we wont go anywhere else. So glad this store moved to the neighborhood! :)

I called looking for 5 rechargeable batteries for the cordless lights we use for our catering company and they told me they had them but the shipping would be expensive so they hooked me up with a local Interstate distributor and saved me a substantial sum of money. I would have paid the shipping and they would have made the sale but they were more interested in making a long time customer than making this sale. The service was friendly, fast and I got the answers I needed immedietly without fuss. Very refreshing and I would recommend them to anyone needing any type of battery.
