If I could give this place a zero, I would. I came in to transfer off my family’s plan onto my own and upgrade to a new phone. Sounds easy enough. Turns out this store can’t actually do anything. They have you call AT&T and talk to a rep to do all the work(so I could have just done that at home) and then when they tried to order my new phone, they put it on my family’s account and not my new sole account. 3 weeks later, and they still have not resolved the issue. I worked with Mitchell at this store, and he seems like he wants to help, but as soon as you leave, he does nothing. I called AT&T back to ask what the status was on my upgrade, and they told me they are still waiting for this store to finish«their part» and resolve the mistake they made. Don’t come here if you are trying to upgrade. They’ll take your money and put the upgrade on someone else’s account and never call you back.
