Jamba Juice

The Good: If the sign did not say Jamba Juice I would have thought this was some mom and pop place on its way out of business.
The Bad: Walked in and both girls working behind The counter never smiled at us or greeted us with any gesture. We had to say «hello» first. I thought we were the customer! Upon placing our order for four smoothies we asked for a small cup of water. As I stood there waiting for her to get me a cup of water she ended up just taking the next couple people’s orders. She never got it for me. Hmmmmm. Short-​term memory loss?
The Ugly: After not getting the water requested from our order, we were finally given our smoothies. Again, there were four smoothies with half of them being below the usual standards of Jamba Juice. Both mine and my’s oldest sons were both watery thin and lacking in the normal Jamba Juice flavor.
Suffice it to say will never be stopping at this Jamba Juice again.
This Jamba Juice only earned the two stars because two of my traveling parties smoothies were to Jamba Juice level.

This is the best Jamba Juice service ever! Been brining my kids here since they were young! Cristian Delanuez is so energetic and such a happy server! Thanks again for our yummy drinks!

The products are good that is the only reason we try this location. Every weekend they will always fail to defrost enough sausage wraps then say sorry. Spoke with «manager» multiple times asking to maybe defrost more. Well poor management slow service and lack of consistency in smoothies has lead me to just drive across town to a franchise that has a clue. If I were the franchise I would be concerned with the perception others are getting due to this locations incompetence. Just to be clear this is not a here and there occurrence. Every week end the same story! Brought to attention and either unwilling or incapable of providing the service and product.

Really nice staff. Made our drinks right away. However, smoothie was not the most flavorful one I’ve had from a Jamba Juice location. Felt like there was a lot more ice than fruit in my smoothie.

I hesitated to write this one, but I’ve tried this location a few times now. In each instance, the staff was more interested in each other than their customers. It’s a shame really, especially since the vibe of the original Jamba was driven by healthy energy and charismatic leadership.
Our last three trips there, the acai bowls were like soup. They should have served them in a cup with a straw. Either make them right, or don’t serve them at all. Maybe the owner should send his/​her team to Lion Café is SD to enjoy a proper acai bowl, or on a trip to SLO to experience Jamba as it started. Maybe.

I got strawberries wild with a green protein shot and is hitting the spot on this hot weather day. I think every Jamba I been to is great. Great staff and I was in a hurry and got my smoothie in 3mins or less.

I had a $ 1 off coupon the last time I went due to their new rewards program. Well, they had trouble putting it in, the girl had to ask someone else and they still couldn’t get it through. I thought about canceling my order, but somehow they were able to input it in. I remember the first girl asking the other one if it was because they are a franchise. Aren’t they all?
I couldn’t believe how much the prices went up, they seem higher than starbucks and the boosts aren’t free any more, they cost extra now but are they really «real» boosts anyhow? Doubt I’ll come back. It is too bad that they aren’t as good as they were in the past. I can’t drink odwallas or naked juice anymore as they give me a stomachache. Guess I’ll just stick to water.

Typical Jamba Juice, but they can’t get my order right. It’s not that hard — Orange-​A-​Peel. I know it’s not on the menu anymore, but EVERY JJ knows how to make it. The sub-​par locations (like this one) give me an Orange Creamsicle instead — even when I make sure they know what I order. The Burbank store never gets it wrong :-)

Good smoothies but they are SO SLOW! Staff spends their time cleaning when there are 5 people who haven’t gotten their orders yet… they just leave the finished smoothies in the blenders. I like this location because I don’t have to drive too far but I won’t be coming here as often.
Tristan is the best worker! Always knowledgable and friendly.

We love Jamba Juice and don’t have a local one so it is a treat to get one when in the area.
A little over a week ago my son and I stopped to get drinks. I got my usual — Aloha Pineapple and he got Peanut Butter Moo’d. Took a drink of mine and blech! ;(It tasted like fermenting fruit. My son tasted it, agreed and took it back in. They were very apologetic and made up a new drink — PB Moo’d — for me and we went on our merry little way.
Yesterday my husband and I stopped to get drinks. I asked for the Aloha Pineapple. He came out with a yellow-​y watery looking drink. I thought well they forgot the strawberry, maybe not such a bad thing. Took a drink and it was the same awful fermenting, moldy taste! My husband took it back in and they made a completely different drink for me that tasted fine. They were very nice about it but clearly something is amiss in that store… drink made completely wrong and bad fruit being used or equipment is not being cleaned properly.
I think we will be skipping this store from now on.

I’ve tried different smoothies, including the Carribean Passion & Mango A Go Go. They were good but inevitably I always come back to my all time favorite, the Orange Dream Machine! I can slurp that down in record time. It’s the best!
I like this store. Sometimes it gets packed with long lines but it usually moves pretty fast. There was only one time it took too long that I was disappointed. I haven’t seen anything bad happen behind the counter like some of the other reviews so I’ll definitely be back

It was my first time at this location and I have to say I’m not coming back. My berry upbeet was not blended all the way. It’s chunky and nothing close to a smoothie. It’s all chunks of mango, seeds, and ice. My fiancé ordered some mango fruit smoothie and tasted like old fruit or as if it was mixed with the drink of a previous blend. It was repulsive. He didn’t even drink it after his first taste. I’m disappointed. I’d give their drinks zero stars if I could. At least the girl with the dark edgy make up was really nice.
