This place is crowded, but all i want is the dessert… Unfortunately they have no fruits to put in my dessert. Hmmm not liking it. its my second time to be here and disappointed for no toppings in my dessert.

I got a thai tea slush with boba with my friend last week, but it looked a little weird? I guess when they put in the boba they didn’t drain it? Because my thai tea slush was sitting on top of the boba and the liquid that is created when the boba is being cooked. So it tasted really weird, I was basically drinking the syrupy boba liquid. Please drain the boba first!

Not just boba! This place offers a lot of options beyond boba pearls to add to your drinks and has an item called snow ice. It’s kind of like a snow cone, but instead of your typical syrups, they offer 4 flavors(Mango, strawberry, matcha and vanilla) and you get to pick 3 toppings to add to it(things like strawberry, mango, boba pearls, pineapple, red beans, etc.) I tried the Mango snow ice. It was very interesting and a huge portion. I would definitely get it again, especially on a hot day. We also got the passionfruit smoothie with a half order of boba pearls. It was very tasty! Unlike other reviewers, I found the store clean(not decorated with colors I personally would choose, but clean) and the service was great. I do agree that the prices are higher than other boba places though.

Decided to try this place after my Thai dinner. We ordered the passion fruit smoothie with ½ order of Boba. She got the snow ice with a crap load of fruit and the were both deelish. The cup size is weird but who cares, the snow ice was great. It’s a warm Sunday and this place was moderately busy. Give it a try.

The drinks and boba are okay, however this little shop seems a little dirty and messy. I don’t know if it’s the colors or it really is dirty, I just don’t feel comfortable staying in this shop so I always take my drinks to go. Ive been paying with cash since my first visit but was never given a stamp card, I think it’s because I never asked for it since I have been debating whether I would come back here or not, but I always come back bc there’s no other decent boba shops in scv(I know there is a place called boba bistro, all I can say about it is I have had the worst boba in my life there, the only good part was the costumer service, all drinks I have tasted, 5 different ones, are insanely TERRIBLE.) I really hope ppl can clean up this place a little better so I don’t have to always worry about getting food poisoned after coming here every time. But will I come back? Only when I’m too lazy to drive to 818 or 626 area.

Customer service is shitty. People are un professional. They even forgot our order after we payed for it. What’s he worst thing you can don’t a customer right? Asked them to order and pay. And forget about them ordering. Just save yourself the bad experience and go to Boba bistro by Soledad

I have been here several times and have enjoyed every drink I have gotten. I only recently started coming here and have yet to receive a stamp card, even though I pay with cash? Maybe they are no longer offering them… but not big deal! I really enjoy the rose milk tea and the brown sugar milk tea. The rose milk tea is not over powering but you definitely get the«essence» of rose! Their boba and their lychee jelly are also very good. I would suggest giving them a try because you do get a lot of drink for the money!

By far, the BEST boba in town! My husband and I will drive all the way across town for this boba! We have a few boba places near us, but we will always choose to go to Cozy Tea & Juice! YUM!

Cozy Tea & Juice is your typical boba shop that serves its drinks in cups that don’t fit in any vehicle’s cup holders, with a rather hiked price in comparison to the average boba shop. Staff is friendly, and I like the coffee smoothie. However, the biggest turn off for this place is the atmosphere and the setting. It’s not welcoming, and the colors make the inside dark. Bland furniture, and not much to offer other than product. I prefer boba and alike smoothies in the 818.

This is the best place I’ve so far visited in SCV for boba. It’s small with friendly service and I’ve never ordered a tea or smoothie I didn’t love. The prices are good, considering the size of your drink and they come out fairly quickly.

If you want Boba in scv this is your place, cause there’s almost nothing else in the area. I usually get a strawberry smoothie with Boba. If you’re a Boba snob, this place isn’t anything special. but if you’re jonesin and need Boba then it hits the spot.

I agree with the other review, the drinks are watered down. And the workers here seem less friendly than the old ones. The popcorn chicken I had last time was very dry and tasteless.

Found this dessert place on the drive home to SFO Bay Area. It was a very warm day and my Husby wanted to try out this place. Pleasantly surprised by flavorful mango snow dessert with toppings. Husby was happy on the drive home. We will definitely return.

This place always hits the spot! We walk three miles to and from our home just to enjoy their slushies. I’ve been here 3 times within the month & each time, their boba is always succulent, soft, squishy and sweet! It’s an amazing dessert or snack. Our favorites so far are the honey dew, Thai and passion fruit(which is a little on the tart side for you tart fans) My brother once got a strawberry smoothie with boba and that was delicious also.

9÷28÷15 Today I found out that they can customize your drink to whatever sugar level you want… YAY! No more diabetic coma for me! HAHAHAHA!!! :D j/k Just make sure to let them know what level of sweetness you want when u order. When I drink tea or coffee I like them to be sugarless! That’s just my preference. I did mention on a previous review that the drinks here are on the sweet side. Well today I ordered my usual: Almond milk tea w/boba and I must say it was much better without all that sugar. The only thing that had sweetness was the boba there’s no getting out of that because they have to cook the boba in syrup or else they stick together and get clumpy. — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — - 9÷21÷15 That’s it you are loosing a star from me. You still have the $ 8.00 minimum charge for cc purchase??? Come on please allow your customers to use credit cards at ANY amount! You’ve been in business for some time now and you would think you’ve worked out some sort of agreement with your credit merchant services… right ??? I WOULDSOCOMEIN A LOTMOREOFTEN… 2 or more times a day, especially since it’s been super hot and all I want to drink is tea. I know a hand full of people that like this boba place but have the same complaint when coming here. OR Next best thing would be to charge your customers a .50 cent fee to use a credit card, that’s a lot more reasonable wouldn’t you think… I know that’s what other places do when they have a minimum. Most of the time I forget to carry cash and my drink will come out to $ 4.00, half of your minimum charge o_O Just a suggestion! Thanks! A loyal customer :)

A decent boba place but not the best. However, I would recommend this place more than Boba Bistro, another boba place in SCV. The drinks come out in big sizes and they also have stamp cards. I would not recommend their milk teas because they were not that great the couple times I had gotten them. Their slushes and smoothies are pretty good though.

Cozy Tea, you’re letting me down! The boba is not as good as when they opened the first couple of months. The various milk tea flavors all taste the same, watered down.

This is the only boba place in Santa Clarita. The service was good. The bubble tea was chewy. There is free hour wifi which is great. Aside from the coconut with boba and lychee jelly. I had ordered the snow ice with boba, lychee jelly and grass jelly which was amazing. I’m actually addicted to the snow ice. It’s a great portion for the price. It’s slightly expensive but it’s Santa Clarita/Valencia area. They do a punch in card, but only if you pay CASH. That’s something to keep in mind. This is definitely a great place to get my boba fix.

Newly opened tea & juice place. It’s very simple, no frills with about 4 tables. I came in inquiring about the differences between the milk tea versus the smoothies versus the iced teas and had some difficulty communicating with the cashier. Apparently their Thai Milk Tea is not the same as the more common Thai Iced Tea in restaurants. To that I felt adventurous and decided to try their Taro Milk Tea with Boba. It was good, really smooth and the boba was still warm and wasn’t too sweet without being bland. It comes in a huge 24oz. cup costing $ 4.85. Since it’s my first time and all I ordered was a drink I gave it 3 stars(average). Next time I will try their SNOWICE which seems to be a hit item upon reading previous reviews. As for the boba, I enjoyed it while waiting for my to go order next door. I notice they serve some snacks like dumplings, fried fish balls and popcorn chicken to name a few. This is something that I would find roaming Chinatown for a drink and snack. Brings back memories. I’ve tried Lollicup here in canyon country and I have to say, it’s way better here at Cozy Tea & Juice. Let’s compare notes shall we? Oh, and it’s free WiFi :)

Omg! Finally a boba place in SCV! Not only boba but GOOD boba that’s fresh! What a concept?! Previous to this, I had to drive out to the SFV to satisfy my boba cravings. Which blowed. This place is clean, the girl at the front is always smiling and courteous. It has a variety of different drinks and food items. I have tried 5 of them this far and cannot say a negative thing about even one. All amazing. There has never been a wait, but they are a new business, so we will see in time. FYI $ 8.00 minimum charge for credit cards. Free wifi. It’s in a busy strip mall so parking at times can be a challenge. But overall, vey happy customer!
