I used this store for mail and packages while I was getting my business started. The crew was always helpful and accommodating. When I moved to a legit business address they were very cool about it and helped ease my mind by giving me a month of mail and package hold for free!

While the basic services are okay, the notary services require management involvement and that means the owner. The owner really has no business in the public eye. I have witness more then once her arrogance, rudeness, and completely unprofessional manners. I dread the visits so much that I have asked that my company switch their service from UPS to FedEx. I have filed a formal complaint to UPS in hopes that their review might provide a correction in the attitude of this operation.
