A lot of people hang out here but the service is slow. The drink was OK. More of a peach syrupy taste and not enough green tea for more peach green tea lemonade.

Unprofessional… they give me the expired wipe cream on my green tea frappé…& let me wait for 10 minutes while they are chatting with whoever the heck looks like there friends… younger casher. 5÷30÷16 around 6:50pm.

Compact Starbucks location. Perfect for popping in for a coffee or Frappuccino to go. Small space; not great for hanging out. Not a lot of room to wait for your drink. People wait right at the pick up window, like hands on the counter, which I feel is awkward for the barista, and also for me when I need to make my way through to get my drink! Friendly service, even when it’s busy. The barista even filled my water bottle for me. I appreciate that. Can’t be easy to provide an extra service when you have a consistent line of orders to complete! Thank you Starbucks!!!

Very crowded. Customer service is not the best. They forgot how to say thank you. Coffee if still very good. Slow service in the morning.

This Starbucks is pretty popular and gets full on the inside pretty quickly. However there are more than plenty tables outside with shade to sit at. They’re mixed coffees are always good and this location is open late late which is awesome. Bathroom is kept clean and they are quick to get your drinks to you.

I’ve come several times to this Starbucks because they stay open late. What’s annoying is that they close the bathroom at 10:30, a whole hour before they actually close. You have a room full of people drinking coffee and tea, they’re gonna need to pee at some point. Every time I ask to use it past the closing time they respond very rudely about it. So weird

So it’s still small inside, there is still always a line, but it usually moves pretty quickly. You are bumping elbows with everyone else waiting for their drinks but, like I said, it usually goes pretty fast. The staff is great, they work fast. My zebra mocha hits the spot every time. This has become my local go to Starbucks.

the service is absolutely horrible. I ordered a scone at 6:45 in the morning and didn’t get it until I asked for it and I got it at 7:06. I watched countless people walk in and out with there elaborate espresso drinks and I couldn’t get a fucking scone. the employees are just dumb white bitches that are to caught up in their social lives. I was actually late for school just because they are shitty workers. The person who even took my order decided to go on break. Fuck this place I don’t recommend it if you need to be somewhere.

One of the most dysfunctional Starbucks I have ever visited. Staff were arguing with each other. Out if black tea. Twice I saw customers ask for their items then I had to do it myself.

I have been to this location several times and they are extremely hit or miss, but today took the cake! I ordered a tall mocha which they left literally like an inch deep empty at the top of the cup, and I had to go back to request whip after leaving. When paying $ 4 for a small coffee, you better fill it up all the way and I shouldn’t have to return to complete the beverage!!! Also I wanted to order a bacon Gouda sandwich and they were out of bacon, AT10AM! I mean I could see if it was 2 in the afternoon or something, but 10am? Get it together.

Seriously? I thought Baristas were supposed to make conversation with customers not each other. I came into this Starbucks and thought I would get quick service as every other in the valley but as I approached the desk I was ignored for a couple minutes while the girls talked about what freeway is better to take in order to get to North Hollywood. I then ask for my drink as I interrupted their personal talk and got a mean face from the girl. As I am waiting for my drink, there is only one girl making drinks(Amanda), as I am waiting for my drink which was just a cup of ice water, she takes about 5 minutes to bring out one drink. Really? Not even new people take that long. I then finally get my water on this hot day but she didn’t leave a straw next to my cup, so now I have to ask for it. I am standing at the pickup desk and every barista is talking about where their parents are from. The baristas look over to me but don’t ask if I need any help. After 5 minutes of being ignored while I say excuse me I just reach over the plexi glass and grab my straw and leave. What kind of service is this???

Centrally located with Mod Pizza, Subway, Jamba juice and a few other eateries close by. Starbucks is consistent with their coffee and bake goods along with their service… good and fast/friendly service. Restrooms are clean too. No transients to spoil the ambiance either; Beverly Hills is another story… but I digress.

The wait is a bit long, but it was very crowded. Drink was decent enough for a Starbucks

Conveniently located off of I-5 in a residential area near Santa Clarita. We stopped by to grab some coffee on the way to LA. This Starbucks is part of a good clean strip mall. We got Caramel Macchiato, Zebra Mocha and some Scones. The Scones were very soft and tasty. Our toddler also really enjoyed it while running around in the parking lot.

This is one of the ONLY Starbucks I actually look forward to coming to regardless of a long wait, they’ve never messed up my drink! Great customer service awesome atmosphere! :-)

This is the closest Starbucks to my home. I go almost daily. Most of the time it’s perfect. From time to time they have a Batista that doesn’t listen to my order but for the most part it’s really good. One star less because the parking is terrible. There are all most always close calls/accidents in that lot. People are crossing in front of cars, cars are waiting on other cars, and cars are backing out. It’s a mess. People are good workers and the quality is good.

I ordered a turkey bacon breakfast sandwich and when I took a bite it was cold! I went back to let them know and they said they would make another one. They made another and this time I decided to check the middle before I left so I put my finger through the middle of the egg and it was cold again! And I don’t mean lukewarm cold. I mean cold like out of the refrigerator. I even had the guy that worked there feel the egg and he agreed. I couldn’t wait for them to make another sandwich and by then I didn’t trust their food or cooking ethics so I gave it back and left. You can’t serve uncooked eggs and bacon like that! They’re going to get someone sick. I left empty handed and very disappointed. Big waist of time in my morning.

I made the unfortunate mistake of showing up to my shift at work(another coffee chain) an hour and a half early, at 4am. Too far from home to go back, I figured I should find some sustenance for my long wait, and caffeine to perk up my tired brain. I was pleased to discover that this location on The Old Road was open, so that’s where I went. Now, I’m rarely one to judge Starbucks on how the drink tastes since I work for a different chain and strongly prefer our coffee. However, my drink was made correctly, a task I completely appreciate being accomplished since I myself am a barista. However, I will give this location 5 stars solely for the girl who was working that early Saturday morning(2.15.14, 4.30am). She was so upbeat and cheerful, and her bright mood turned my epic fail into a pleasant start to the day. I was too tired to even look at her name tag, but I genuinely hope someone from her store sees this and passes on the compliment. If I ever am in the same predicament again, this Starbucks location will be the one in Santa Clarita that I visit.

I don’t come here often enough for anyone to remember me but when I do come here the Barista’s really know many of their customers. I saw one customer introducing his wife, a Barista asking a customers what they were up to today, just a sense that there are regulars here and the staff treats them well. Same great coffee and free wi-fi!

My favorite starbucks in Santa Clarita. Where can you come an get quality service and great team of Baristas? Here MoFo! This location is especially dear to my heart because it was the closest thing during undergrad years at CalArts. I have seen the employees turn over for different reasons(i.e. babies, school, new careers etc…). If you ever come in here make sure to say hi and be polite. At the end of the day no one wants to deal with a difficult customer especially when your trying to exceed at providing quality service like this starbucks does. It’s always clean, beverages on point and a good point to stop at on any day. The line does get long but hey it’s starbucks.
