This place is awesome. I’ve been here 4 times now and every time the people working are so cool. You pay a flat price for your pizza and get whatever toppings you want. The sky is the limit. This is now my go-​to place to eat. Anthony and Valerie are the best! I don’t know everyone else’s name yet but don’t you worry, I will! Can’t wait to chow down on the pizzas they made for us.

Love it! This place is great for dinner after a fun day at Magic Mountain. The pizzas are delicious, but the Blackberry Lemonade is where it’s really at! Mod Pizza does offer vegan and vegetarian options, you just need to tell them before you create your pizza. The location has grab-​and-​get-​it seating it’s big and open, but still cozy enough for everyone in small and large groups to enjoy their pizza.

This spot is one of the make it yourself pizza joints that have become extremely popular. In general I’m not a huge fan of these because I always end up putting way to many ingredients and it turns out a mess. But on this occasion I think I did really well. Any way the ingredients are all very fresh and tasty. Plenty of options to accommodate your fancy. The crust was crunchy and full of good flavor. The staff was outgoing and took the time to answer all questions. Lots of pizza joints in the valley this is for sure top 3.

Great pizza place. I have eaten at 800 degrees and pieology but mod pizza is the best of the three. Good pizza and helpful people. I have eaten here at least 6 or more times.
You can also start your custom salad with bacon and pepperoni… I love it.

Great pizza… BUT the service is horrible. Never had a good experience. Forget about phone orders; they’ll put you on hold and forget about you. Very slow and something is never working and the soda area is always dirty. This place needs adult supervision to get things cleaned up and in order.

This place is awesome. It’s like the Chipotle for pizza.
I was a first-​timer and wasn’t sure how things worked, so I took a second to figure out what I wanted and glanced everything over. Decided to make my own after glancing over all of the fresh toppings.
Went for a simple pepperoni pizza and added spinach and onion, you know, for some greens and veggies. Was perfect. Crust was just crispy enough and I was surprisingly full. And yes, I ate the whole thing. Price isn’t bad at all either!

Great pizza great price, it’s unlimited toppings but I wouldn’t recommend doing more than three in addition to cheese and sauce. Those of you who eat thin crust regularly know what I mean. Good place my kids all pick what they want and I don’t have to hear complaining when I eat my pizza.

Have been there 4 times and the service is always quick and great, plus the individual pizzas are fun. Of the four I have sampled, the best by far is the Calexico. Spicy and wonderful. The loser of the lot was the BBQ chicken pizza with gorgonzola cheese.
The pizza crusts have been different every time. Sometimes they are crisp and others soft and chewy. Have not determined if it is because of the style of pizza or just a minute too long or too short in the oven.
Overall, a good little spot. Will be back for certain, just not for the BBQ chicken pizza.

Been here twice. Once about a year ago and it was great. Didn’t Unilocal it then. Came again this past Labor Day because we were in the area, and again it was just great. The service was super friendly, lots of smiles and the place was really clean. I love the décor here. Rustic and lots of wood and earth tones. Just comfortable and relaxing. The outdoor dining area looks really inviting and if it had not been as hot as hades outside, we would have definitely tried it out.
The pizza was fast, and the crust was nice and crisp. I love the «mini» pizza they offer, it is perfect for folks with small children. All the ingredients on our pizzas seemed fresh and they didn’t skimp on anything. We have been to other «fast fired» pizza joints, and Mod is our fave. Seems like they are able to keep the crust from getting soggy, something I find Blaze and Project Pie have trouble with.
We are fans and will definitely return!

The crust is thin and doesn’t sink like Pieology, so my husband liked this place better. For the price, it’s pretty good. It’s not amazing pizza by any means but I would come back if I wanted some creative pizza options.
Their milkshake though (cookies & cream) was delicious.
The place is nice and big, lots of seating, friendly service.

My son has weekly tutoring sessions at the LA County Library next door and we were hundry so we decided to hop on in. My son was worried he wasn’t gonna like the pizza, but was so surprised thay he asked our server if they delivered. So this is basically similar to Subway, but for pizza. You grab your crust and select as many toppings as you like. My son likes pepperoni and I’m a Veggie lover. The pizza maker didn’t mind at all accommodating our different choices. At checkout, Freddy rung us up. I told us it was our first time, and he went over and beyond to gain our future business. As a result, I will be here every Wednesday after my son’s tutoring sesion.
PS. I love the fact that they waste responsibly. There are recycling, compost and waste bins every where. I appreciate that.

Loved this place and loved the people who worked there. As you know with my previous reviews, I’m a stickler for good customer service and the folks here were spot on. As someone else mentioned, they were extremely friendly and very patient as I fumbled through my first order.
I got a small pizza and it was enough to fill me up. I love that you can pick out your ingredients AND the fact that they have options for people who are allergic to dairy product.
Bravo you guys, you have a new fan. TWO THUMBS way up!

Came here for the first time today with my friends after a long day and wow! This place is such a hidden treasure. $ 8 personal pizza with unlimited toppings (LIKE ACTUALLY) cooked right in front of you. This seems like such a genius concept for a franchise honestly. And the food was delicious. No complaints at all it was fresh and quality. Freddy and his team were so friendly. I feel like having a positive interaction with people who work there make the experience that much better. I definitely recommend this place people and groups of all ages!

I recommend the pesto sauce with garlic sun-​dried tomatoes, artichokes, olives, pepperoni and the balsamic dressing. It use to be called Oliva I think.

Have been here several times since my original review. The customer service here is always excellent. Today, Cat (or Kat?), went above and beyond and left me no choice but to bump them up a star…
I asked for cash back so I could have a quarter for my son. She tried to do it, but the system wouldn’t allow it with credit cards. So, instead of just apologizing (which she did anyway) for something that was not even her fault, she gave my son a quarter out of her tip jar. Ridiculously unnecessary on her part, and made my son’s day (and mine). MOD was already close to 5 stars before today, and Cat’s gesture put them over the top.
