Jamba Juice

Ordered a kale ribbean breeze after my workout and was made so perfectly! Blended very well. Laura is the best smoothie maker! :) And very nice even at 7 am haha!

Typically I wouldn’t write a review for a franchise food business because most times it’s all about the same; however, the customer service was over the top so they deserve kudos. From the cashier to the all the employees, there was a real positive vibe about the place. And a special thanks to Laura for being extra nice to my younger son who was a little under the weather that day, hence the healthy smoothy. Keep up the good work Team ! Smiles go along way :)

Not my favorite place at all, I tried them few times and every time was worse than the time before. But the good thing is that I finally found my place of juicing and smoothies. It is the new juice it up town center by the mall next to soup plantations. What a difference, product is way way better, all fresh and fast service. Place was amazing, new, clean and very tastful. I will diffently will make the switch.

Very very disappointed! I bought 4 different cups of smoothies and almost all of them were 75% full. You pay about $ 6 for each cup and you don’t get what you pay for. Except that the smoothies were so watery, not your regular Jamba. So disappointed! Not worth the money!

Wow! Worst customer service ever! I wasn’t greeted & no smile came out of the two girls faces. And the smoothie tasted mostly of ice. Thanks for nothing…

I stopped by today for a Greens and Ginger… IMO the best drink there. Polite service and they got me on my way quickly.

They aren’t my favorite for juices, but they are good for a quick grab before getting on the freeway. My favorite is the Mango a go go. It’s tasty and makes me happy to say it!

It’s great to find a Jamba Juice when you’re basically feeling like you’re out in the desert, in the middle of nowhere.
A smoothie or juice is just what you need to refresh especially during hot weather.
I ordered the matcha green tea with almond milk. At first, it tasted interesting. After a few sips, I started to like it.
This location was clean, open, adequate seating available and cool AC too.
The staff was attentive and friendly.
Plenty of parking available here too.

Always come to this location thanks to the welcoming feel of the crew as well as the great smoothies. Brooke always has a smile on her face and gets my smoothie done fast and great. Extra thanks to her.

Came here to get a freshly made juice paid for it and then waited 10 minutes for the juice I was the last one in the store it was 30 minutes before closing, no one was in the store besides me. The juicer wasn’t working and they took 10 minutes trying to fix it. I said I was in a hurry can I get a premade bottled juice? It’s not what I really wanted, but the juicer was not working and it already took over 10 minutes. They still made me pay $.50 extra to pay for the bottled juice. I feel as a courtesy for making me wait so long and not getting what I wanted they should’ve just given the bottled juice to me without charging me $.50. They were still fixing the juicer as I left. The employees were nice, but the situation was tacky.

Good, predicable juice. The staff are careful to get your order correct, and I always appreciate that. The juices and bowls are made with care. (Sadly this isn’t the case at other jamba locations.)

I love this Jamba Juice location! I come here twice a week after cheerleading practice, it’s practically my dinner! Two employees have especially stood out to me as I see them often, a young man Bailey and a young woman I believe is named Taren/​Taryn. They’re both very friendly and even remember my order! I’ve met many other employees, and I’ve found that the newer people are not as friendly.
I did have a negative experience once, two new girls were working and seemed to be the only workers there, it wasn’t that busy so I stood out of the way waiting for my simple order, 2 medium smoothies that normally takes 5 – 10 minutes. It got busier and busier and more and more people were coming in, getting their orders, and leaving. It turned out the receipt for my order had gone missing or they didn’t see it or something of the sort, but the girls were happy to make it for me and get me on my way. I was in a good mood so I didn’t request a discount, but I am displeased that it took 30 minutes to get me my usual order!
Other than that, the place is very clean and almost all the employees I’ve met are very friendly :)

Went for the first time here rather than the canyon country one and I wish I hadn’t. There was a long line and there were only two of the staff working out of five. The rest were outside SITTING down just talking. One of the girls there, a blonde one, was also very serious and rude. Didn’t like this experience at all. At least the energy bowl tasted great.

It’s hard not to like Jamba Juice. Stopped by for a cool smoothie and snacks driving through here to get to a car dealership. The service was prompt and good. The kids looked like they were doing their jobs properly.

3 cheers for Jamba Juice on McBean! Everyone is always super friendly and smiling. It’s such a positive atmosphere and always cheers me up when I’m craving for a meal that is nutritionally beneficial to my overall health. I love this Jamba location for their positive vibes and delicious smoothies! They also have energy bowls and fresh squeezed juices as well. Lots of stars! #LenasChoice

Service is good, but I think jamba juice has gotten stingy over the years. Now $ 5 or more for a regular size smoothie that turns into ice in the last half.

Friendly staff, clean, good selection, easy to find location, fast service, taste great and is good for you.
No problem with customizing drinks. The staff was happy to put together exactly what I wanted.

My smoothies are always good here and service is always. Nice. But this particular Sunday morning a girl name Colby was making the smoothies. I was really disgusted. This girl has open scabs up and down her forearms! Well, I work in food service as well, one it’s gross, 2 you need to cover your arms. If I need to cover my tattoos at work certainly she should cover her scabs. They don’t use gloves, no hair nets and I want to put these drinks in the trash right now! There is absolutely no reason a girl with open wounds on her arms should be digging in tubs of frozen fruit without gloves. Where’s the f’n management!!!

All Jamba Juices are staffed by pimple faced teens. With that being said, I know the quality and consistency of my drink will always fluctuate depending on the person that makes it.
Sometimes my drink may be too icy or too ice cream like. What I really hate is when they don’t completely fill my cup with smoothie and leaving half an inch or an inch of empty space. HATE that.
I like that this particular JJ provides survey feedback links which I answer to get a 2^nd free drink.
