The slowest Starbucks in the history. If u are in a rush DO NOT COME HERE!!! So disappointing

Love this location! Great people, fast service. This is my go-​to coffee stop!

This location has really gone downhill in the past months… The staff now take ages to fill simple orders due to what appears to be chronic understaffing at busy periods during the day.

I probably come here everyday, as I do work in the shopping center. My review is for the staff. Every time I come in, they are super friendly! They all look like they enjoy their jobs! Their customer service is great. I have came in on multiple occasions and have seen the associates greet repeat customers by their name and talk to them like they care!
You guys are doing an awesome job! Keep up the great work.

I love that they opened one closer to my house. If I don’t have time to make myself food, it is on the way to work. It is rarely crowded too (at least during the times I go). It is very small but it’s a Starbucks. They’re all pretty much the same. The employees are pretty nice too which is a plus.

Had a free breakfast sandwich as a reward, so I went in to get it. I went in about half hr before closing, and their selection was limited. The staff recommended the Double-​Smoked Bacon, Cheddar & Egg Sandwich, and I thought, why not? Upon tipping, the staff seemed very appreciative and took time to smile and nod at me despite helping other customers. Also, without me having to ask, they gave it to me heated up and in a timely fashion. Overall, the food was really good as well as their service.

Great place to study and grab some coffee. people are nice. The only down fall all but 2 seats are hand wood… ouch and no hook on the ladies room door… can’t hang my purse or back pack when using the rest room.

The morning crew is really good. I’m usually in a few times a week at the wee hours of the morning, and they are always polite and friendly. Never a long wait, and the order comes out right every time. In comparison to the two other locations nearby, this one is consistently good.
Keep up the good work!

The staff smile, listen, and get the drinks right. A busy girl like me appreciates the excellent service when I know there is a long line of desperate faces behind me. The store is clean, and the staff are youthful and attractive!

Hmm now that my work office has moved, I’ve had to find a new Starbucks close to work – no problem in San Ramon, see as there’s so much around!
On a Wednesday evening, it wasn’t busy, and there was only 1 person behind the counter. He was super friendly and got my drink just right! Not disappointed so far… now, I need to come during the peak hours and see how they hold up!

This Starbucks is one of my faves when I come get my nails done in the same plaza. The Starbucks gals are always nice and patient. They make yummy drinks too :) Current addition is their smores frap!

Great people there ! Love you guys for great service, great place to go read my books and relax.

I love this Starbucks I have been going there for over 7 years now and no matter what they are on the job doing every thing they can for their customers! if my drink isn’t right they will always make it again and again as many times as it take to get it right

I pretty much order the same few drinks at Starbucks. That morning, I ordered an iced green tea latte with soymilk. Except when my boyfriend ordered it for me, the cashier had a hard time repeating the order, but eventually got it.
Waited for our drinks and when mine was ready, the barista slides it over on the counter and asks me «Does that taste good?» I looked down and see a milky light brown drink… «Uhhh. that’s not what I ordered».
«Iced green tea with soymilk?» … Latte!
Turns out they missed the word «latte» and that’s a pretty important part of the drink. Nonetheless, staff was friendly and store was pretty clean.
Not a drive thru location and it’s location is pretty tucked away in a plaza compared to other Starbucks. Good enough!

First off… this review is not for the starbucks coffee. This review is for the amazing people that work there. Brandon, AMAZING! Remembers my drink order, and even recommended a better way to have it. Which he was right! It was sooooo much better. I have no idea what I was thinking, and why nobody ever recommened another way to try it. Kayla is super sweet and remembers my name whenever I go in there. Super personable and helpful as well. (She helped me pull the trigger on buying a new iPhone.) The baristas work quickly to get your order made, and it is a warm and welcoming environment.

To spare yourself briefly, if you’re looking for your typical ditzy girls working at a coffee shop. This is your basic Starbucks location. I’ve been here a handful of times, never had much to complain the first 2 visits but the last 2 visits I’ve ordered a simple VENTI Iced Coffee, sweetened with light breve. For some reason, the main 2 things (cup size & coffee drink) are the only thing they can get right. They put extra breve yesterday & today they made my drink unsweetened. I used to work at Starbucks, I know first hand how important it is to LISTEN to the customer’s choice of drink. A 2 star because they only got the main drink part down, the ingredients and customer service level is lacking here. You’re better off going down to Safeway, save your rewards points.

This is the best and most welcoming Starbucks I’ve ever been to. As an avid/​loyal Starbucks customer I have been to different Starbucks around the country and I have yet to find the warmth and professionalism found here at this Starbucks. Baristas recognize, welcome, and even comfort customers-​actually not customers but patrons. They really know how to treat people well and consistently have a smile on their faces.
I would recommend any student, or anyone that needs to get work done to come on by to this particular Starbucks and get treated with respect and a friendly attitude!

The Cinnamon Dolce latte has to be the best way to start a Monday. I ordered 4 drinks and was in and out in ten minutes– THANK YOU!

My favorite Starbucks location! It is very close to my work, so I come here very often. Great staff, especially love Kat and Austin! My coffee is always super good and pastries are fresh! Also, there is plenty of parking outside, which is important.

This is a nice little Starbucks located conveniently just off the Crow Canyon Exit off the I-​680 freeway.
There is plenty of seating both inside and out. As I drove up I saw seven small tables outside mostly shaded by two large green Starbucks umbrellas. Inside there were an additional six low tables arranged across the glass storefront and down one long wall. There was also one long wooden table that could easily seat eight. There were plenty of electrical outlets down the one wall which were in use powering up people’s electronic devices, but not along glass window. There were two high café tables with tall padded stools with backs. The whole restaurant is decorated in typical Starbucks fashion in muted earthy colors including paint, tables, chairs, and tile. There was jazz playing throughout, but at a low enough volume that it was merely a background noise behind the sounds of people talking.
The barristas were friendly and talkative and produce a perfect venti skinny hazelnut latte, my current drink of choice.
This Starbucks also carries not just baked goods, but sandwiches and snack boxes for a variety of lunch options.
Like all Starbucks, it provides free wi-​fi for it’s customers which makes it a very comfortable place to hang out and work, study, or just relax and surf the internet.
