Starbucks

At first, I enjoyed going to this Star Bucks location but recently I over heard an employee having a racially insulting conversation with another employee. I mean, it is not professionally acceptable to have a racial conversation at work, especially if that employee was wearing the Starbucks uniform. I wasn’t necessarily insulted, but it is not professional or appropriate to have that type of conversation, at work.

The location is the problem with this starbucks — here’s why:
They take the starbucks mobile app, which is why I stopped in for coffee. The order was processed in 2min, which was great, but it was hard to get in and out of the parking lot. The lot is on a very busy intersection, and the drive-​through makes it difficult to enter on both sides.

This Starbucks is run very well. Quick service great Coffee every time. Great Service.

Nothing unique about this place, nothing special.
Meh.
A cookie-​cutter Starbucks, just like most of the other ones.
It has a drive-​thru, and a crowded parking lot. I’ve seen the line get so long that it wraps around the building and blocks people in the parking lot. So much for fast coffee.
I’ve never really cared for SBUX’s coffee. It tastes burned and charred. Over roasted. Bitter.
At least they have all the fixin’s for my coffee. Lo-​fat, cream, sugar in the raw. They’ve got it all. Just like any other SBUX you’ve been to.
There’s no outdoor seating to speak of.
They close earlier than the other SBUX’s, closing at 8p.

Unfortunately I don’t know the names of the copies that I get so I tell the guy I want an extra large iced coffee he says Venti or whatever I said extra large please.
I go up to the window and it’s a small coffee he tells me I heard vantage I don’t know what’s the name of the coffees are I just said extra large iced coffee he looks at meand then he takes the next customer I just drove off really bad customer service first time in six months that I’ve been going there

Takes forever to get a drink. The cashier spoke to a customer for 10 mins while there was a line. No customer service.

All Starbucks are pretty similar, but I love the ones that can make a great iced coffee & this one did!
They even suggested a great breakfast sandwich which is now my favorite :)

So I work right next to this Starbucks not even two minutes away from my job. I have not been in the inside of the Starbucks because if you know this area it is very busy. It’s an in and out type Starbucks. The long line through the drive-​through move quick and fast as for my drinks are accurate and taste damn good! The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. I’m giving it three stars because they close way too early for the location that they are in. I believe they close at 8 PM which is a bummer for me because I work the overnight shift. If you’re looking for a Starbucks with friendly employees and fast service I would recommend this Starbucks… just come before 8pm

This is a very cut-​n-​dry Starbucks of any other Starbucks. It’s very much come in and get what you want and leave. Not like the Starbucks in Alamo heights.
This Starbucks does close early than other Starbucks close at 8pm.

Oh I don’t think I could ever say anything bad about Starbucks. Always a delight to make it into the local store. This place has a wicked fast drive through. Never have I been to one that didn’t take the fast out of fast food. I know I know it’s not a fast food restaurant but with a drive through you just expect speedy service. This location has it going on brew pour and out the door! The way it should be.

This location must have undergone some retraining. The service & quality of the drinks have definitely improved. I still can’t get a cappuccino prepared dry enough but, they are getting closer. I would give this location 3.5 stars if possible, it’s just not quite up to stars yet.

When you need a coffee fix near DT, look no further.
I stop here regularly since it’s close to my office and the theatre. The drive thru moves customers through quite efficiently while the inside staff is friendly and will put a smile on your face. It’s a typical Starbucks set up, so don’t expect any new or unique experience when coming here. But chances are you’ll be greeted with a smile and have a pleasant time here.
The downfall to this location is in its parking and drive-​thru situations. From time to time the drive thru line can wrap around the bldg and with two street entrances can cause quite the gridlock in the parking lot (granted they move the line quickly, but this still poses a problem). The other issue this causes is if you are inside, your car can get blocked in from the drive thru traffic. Icky.

I like the six person table, especially good for study groups. Higher quality environment and food compared to other nearby franchises. Love Starbucks! I have never had a long wait or trouble with service at this location as others on the reviews suggest and am a repeat customer. It is smaller, and on a noisy corner. Still, it’s good stuff. Close to school.

I had a little time this morning to get my Starbuck fix before heading to work. I thought I was going to be in and out of the shop, but ended up waiting 15 minutes for a Trenta iced tea. There was no line and one person in front of me. They had a staff of three. They don’t have a drive thru so I don’t understand the delayed service. Not to mentioned I was ripped off! I paid for a Trenta and the barista filled the Trenta with a venti serving cause home boy messed up the order. I was already late for work and no time to be an ass so here i am venting. Never again will i go to this location.

Newer location, so not on some maps. Typical Starbucks style with easy music, nice aroma, and sitting. One table in corner that seats 6 or more, 2 smaller tables and 4 comfy chairs. Not big but not the smallest i’ve seen.
Coffee was good as usual; big fan of Starbucks coffee. Wifi here is VERY slow. Not good, especially as there was only myself and one other person using the service at the time.
