I did not enjoy my trip to San Antonio because apparently nothing is open on Sundays so my party of four came here for the hell of it. The service sucked more or less. I wouldn’t expect anything better anyways. My fries were stale & dry just like the customer service. This was my last resort before the 3 hour drive home.

Every time I or a friend have been there, they are out of something. Whether it’s coke or salad or even nuggets, something is always missing. The staff even flat out lied about the cash registers working one to avoid a large order. The staff could care less about service and are as friendly as grizzly bears with migraines. Tried to give them a few chances thinking it was an of day but each visit had been a total waste of time.

I was not given my entire order in the drive thru. I ordered a value bundle and a #15 nugget meal $ 25 total. When I told her I did not receive the nugget meal she told me that there were 20 nuggets in the value bundle. So I tried explaining that I also ordered a separate nugget meal and then she asked for my receipt. She stood there and stared at me while I searched for my receipt, obviously convinced I was wrong or trying to scam free food. After producing my receipt she showed the manager before returning for the nuggets. Here is the kicker, I asked for hot mustard dipping sauce and they gave me a nugget container with mustard and back pepper! After calling and speaking with the manager I was offered free nuggets (No thank you, I did not want anything free then and I sure as hell don’t want it now) and I was told that they were out of hot mustard dipping sauce so they were providing peppered mustard in its place. What?! Anyhow, rude staff and poor customer service. I get it, you work in fast food, but you can do better.

Have to give props to this mcdonalds in particular. I come here all the time, as it’s close to both my job and my school. The service is always fast and friendly, and they’ve never messed up my order. Bling bling!

I needed to give this place some love. This was a quick stop for me. Just needed to return a redbox movie, get some coffee and water. They were super friendly, super fast and I couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thank you!

Got a McCafe Iced Coffee Caramel today as a pick me up after work and before class. Trust me this was not a first choice, but I was too late to make my own and the Starbucks next door had a line. I received my Large almost $ 3 coffee which appeared to be almost white, lighter than my own tan skin. I didn’t taste the coffee till I pulled into the school lot across the street and I don’t even have diabetes, but I almost went into a diabetic coma. Yet, I had this huge coffee and a three hour class ahead of me, so I thought I could just get through the sweetness. Boy was I wrong, all I could taste was milk, artificial sweetner, and melted ice. I could not bring myself to even finishing a fourth of the «McCafe» iced coffee, I thought I was going to be sick. I had to grab a soda at the vending machine just to keep awake in class. I took a photo of the nasty drink in hand as well as it’s full container being tossed in the trash, however, McDonald’s so conveniently does not allow picture post or comments on their Facebook page. I AM DEFINITELY NOT LOVING IT! I now remember why I’ve been to MD only 6 times in the last ten years. That and the fact that although BK has had veggie burgers on the menu for a coulple of years, still nada for those with other diets from MD.

Not a great McD’s and not really even a good McD’s. Service is friendly, but slow. The place is packed more often than not and dining room is typically pretty dirty. Location is convenient but that’s the best I can say. Have had my order screwed up a time or two but they make have made it right each time. Nothing stands out but no specific horrid experience either.

Ok… I dont think I have ever left a one star before but here it goes. I was so excited to see that Mc Donalds had been taking a stab at spicing up their image and their locations a bit. With wifi and the additions to healthier and broader menu options I was like cool! Well every time I have gone to this Mc Donalds (breakfast, noon, and late night) it has been HORRIBLE. The service is terrible, the place is dirty. The Manager was actually yelling at a customer who was complaining about the service and it took forever! Even the police officers in there waiting for their food were getting impatient. Mind it it is not because they are understocked or understaffed. The staff just doesn’t care. While there I voiced my opinion and was just so disappointed because its in the neighborhood. Well anyway there is a Wendys a block down.

Ok. I would say no to this place: dirty, you properly have to take off the trash in the table by yourself to find a seat.
Another thing is a confused waiting line. I was right behind a lady, but after she got her order, the cashier turn away and she never cared if I was waiting or not. When I got my food, I said thank to the cashier, no «you’re welcome». What???
