Chick-fil-A

Have the day off from work and getting some errands done. I needed to fuel up and decided to stop off at chick-​fil-​a. I ordered a biscuit with egg, bacon and cheese. It was tasty, but part of the biscuit did fall apart on me. The potatoes were golden brown and crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Just like they should be. I had never had their coffee before and it was very good! Not quite sure why I’m so surprised. It had a nice, smooth flavor and just the right temperature. A good start to the morning.

The food was hot and fresh. While dining in the dining room, we sat and watched the drive thru and the cars were coming and leaving non-​stop. The front cashier crew greeted us before we could walk in the door all the way. The girls who walked the dining area refilling drinks and taking away trash were sweet. Our youngest enjoyed the play area. Overall, we had a good dining experience.

I didn’t think I’d feel compelled to review a Chick-​Fil-​A but this place always has such sweet employees and is usually very quick with its inside service. Fast food isn’t something I generally think of in Unilocal ideas, but we like this one. The drive thru is usually very long but the inside service is quick and the employees are very nice. There’s even a little helper that usually comes around asking if you need anything. Also, if its any interest, I know a few Muslim families that love to eat here, so all the ingredients down to the oil must be Halal.
So, as far as local CFLs go, this one is a winner.

I like CFL and its employees — the customer service is always top notch and I applaud the company for hiring people with disabilities, putting them on the floor — not just hiding them in back to take out trash and clean bathrooms.
Anyway, I have never had a messed up order and the food is always hot/​fresh. Don’t let the drive thru line deter you, just go in and you’ll be out inw as than 10 minutes. They are fast inside! The drive thru isn’t bad either but I prefer going inside.
We don’t do fast food chains so this is our «cheat place» but with grill chicken and whole wheat buns as options, I don’t feel too guilty after enjoying some CFL. The fruit cups are a nice side item for adults and kids. I love the chicken wrap too — very light and drenched in mayo.

Chik fil a never fails, probably the best fast-​food restaurant out there nowadays, chicken sandwich is so good, staff here are all very nice and quick in getting your order

Staff goes above and beyond, by far the best customer service I’ve ever experienced! Took my kids recently on a rainy day to play at lunch and was greeted at my car with two employees carrying umbrellas! I was overjoyed, and so appreciative of the help! Oh yeah, and food is always consistent :-)

I LOVE Chick-​fil-​A! It is literally one of the couple of places I will eat at all the time. My favorite meal would definitely be the spicy sandwich or the nuggets. A new favorite is the Cobb salad. Perfect proportions and I am always full after leaving. Many say it is a little expensive, but for the amount of food I feel like its worthwhile.
The Alamo Ranch location has always been good to me. Great customer service and I feel welcome right when I step inside the doors. I never see employees have side conversations or not running around doing something, that alone is an A+ in my book! I get waited on fast and my food is fast, just what I expect. The drive thru line can get somewhat crazy but I have never sat in it for more than ¹⁵⁄₂₀ mins tops, and thats during peak times. I would say that primetime is definitely lunch time, so you cant expect miracles when everyone in the surrounding area is there for their break. There is a high school right down the street too, so be aware that youngsters may be in there.
This place is also great for kids and I find that thats the majority of the customers most of the time. They have a jungle gym on the inside! I would rather be eating surrounded by families than anything else, just makes me respect the company more.
Now with cleanliness, I always notice things looking in top shape. The floors are clean and the bathrooms are clean and restocked. The bar in the middle with napkins, straws, etc always looks wiped down and full of items. I constantly see an employee walking around cleaning, wiping down tables, taking peoples trash, and offering refills.
I honestly do not believe I have had a bad experience here at all or with this company in general. I will always recommend and eat here.

5: Amazing! I would definitely recommend to anyone. I will come back again and again!
4: This place is pretty great in my book. I will be back. It is better than just average.
3: This place is okay, average. I might come back, especially if I am in the area.
2: This place just does not hit the mark for me. Probably will not come back, unless invited or majority of my party wants to.
1: I will not come back here ever. You could not force me inside of this place. Too mediocre.

I really like this Chick-​fil-​A location! The staff are always courteous and fast, and the food is always yummy. Tonight I had a cobb salad and it was delicious! My boyfriend enjoyed the grilled chicken club and waffle fries. I also enjoy their chicken noodle soup and that kids of all ages can enjoy their kids meals. Tip: you can turn in the prize that comes with the kids meal for a free ice cream cone!

The Alamo Ranch location is the worst location I’ve have ever been to. I buckle down and go to it because it is the closest one to where I shop. The drive thru is slow and this location always seems to run out of food I try to order.
Last Saturday was no exception. I went shopping with my daughters and they had a craving for Chick-​fil-​a, so we decided to do the drive-​thru. We ordered 3 spicy chicken sandwich meals (one for me and my girls) and a regular chicken sandwich meal (for my husband who was at home). My girls and I had to wait a long time to even get to the window to pay. Once we got to the window I was told that they only had two spicy chicken sandwiches ready. Then I was asked if I wanted the third one still or if I wanted to change my order. I told them I would wait. They asked me to pull up to the crosswalk and it would be about a 5 minute wait. Turns out I waited much longer than 5 minutes and in that time, an employee that was emptying out the trash in the outside garbage bin rolled the rubber trash can toward my car and HIT my car with it. I looked at him and with attitude he says, ‘Sorry’. I asked him if there was any damage and he was like, ‘Nah’ and tries to shrug it off. I got out of my car to investigate my car myself. Everything was ok so I got back into my car and continue to wait. Meanwhile I check the French fries and they are ice cold already. Finally after about 15 minutes someone comes out with the sandwich and apologizes for the wait and gives me a gift certificate for a free 12-​count order of grilled chicken nuggets. I say thank you and drive home.
When I get home I hand out the food to everyone, not only are the fries cold (as I previously mentioned) but the bread on the sandwiches got soggy.
It was a very disappointing experience. But I seem to only have problems at this location. The other locations have a great system that gets customers in and out super quick. I believe that whoever is in charge of the Alamo Ranch location should consider getting pointers from the other locations on how to make the system work more efficiently.

This is by far one of the BEST Chick Fil As in San Antonio. Always GREAT Customer Service and Friendly Staff Members… With that said it is also one of the BUSIEST Chick Fil As in San Antonio. The Alamo Ranch Location is growing and this restaurant is too with customers. The only downfall of this restaurant is the long lines, and you can even go inside just to order a Salad and have to wait longer than you would in the drive thru… NEVER GO INSIDE TO ORDER TAKE OUT… UNLESS YOU WANT TO WAIT EXTRA LONG. Overall, I love this restaurant and it’s service. I will tolerate the long lines! :-)

I love Chik-​fil-​a… the chicken is high-​quality, the variety of sauces are awesome, and the lemonade is fantastic. This is just not a good option for breakfast for those trying to make it to work on-​time. They open quite a bit later in the mornings to begin with, but the service is very slow… like, are they catching the chicken out back somewhere? But really, for the quality, I can’t complain about them taking their time.

Chik-​fil-​A can do no wrong in the taste department in my book. I have yet to find a bad item on the menu and I appreciate their attention to offering a healthier cuisine and not conforming to the poorer nutritional offerings that a lot of restaurants fall into.
This location recently added a second drive-​thru lane added which is a plus; however, the employees frequently mess up my orders or leave things out even when they are clearly printed on the receipt. I feel as if there needs to be a reading comprehension exam before these people earn the right to wear the headset and work the drive thru.
Chik-​fil-​A is definitely a little pricer than most fast food restaurants, but my experience has been the healthier alternatives generally are — for example, a salad always costs more than a burger.

McDonalds and Wendy’s serve better chicken than this place. Buns are stale, chicken tastes frozen, crust is pretty bland. I’ve tried them a few times and still not impressed. Nearly anyone makes a better chicken sandwich

Went for dinner, had some chicken nuggets with honey mustard sauce… good stuff.
This was the first Chick-​Fil-​A I where the staff member came around to the tables and asked if we needed anything, as if it were a real restaurant. Lol. That was nice.

Anytime is a great time to eat at Chick-​fil-​A, well except Sunday of course, since they are closed, but any other day is great!!! Did you know they invented the chicken sandwich? Thats why they are the best!!!

The food is ABSOLUTELY amazing! I have to restrain myself from eating here everyday, but I can’t say much about the service. I have been in the restaurant to eat several times and the staff was just not very attentive. They spent more time laughing and horse playing than they did helping me… It took about 30 seconds to get acknowledged when no one was doing anything but laughing. When they did acknowledge me, they weren’t nearly as friendly as Chick-​fil-​A employees at other restaurants. This place will no doubt get a 10 out of 5 from me when their service improves…

I LOVE Chick Fil A’s grilled chicken sandwich! Multigrain bun plus lettuce and tomato with flavorful chicken! Employees are the friendliest, most helpful of any counter-​served restaurant. Chick Fil A is about the only fast food we’ll eat. Closed on Sundays — bad because sometimes I want chicken on Sundays, but good because of their commitment to faith and family. Oh, and the fundraisers they do for the schools are a nice touch. That’s why we went tonight.
