Hey, what can I say? It’s fast food and we all know how that goes. Better than most, but way better than M.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Wanting to grab something fast & reliable, my son & I chose to eat at chik fil a. After driving around the parking lot not finding a spot we ended up here by default because it was so dead. Walking in, we were literally the only party present & I soon found out why. There were several employees working in the back, yet we went unnoticed for a good 6 minutes until a gentleman making burgers acknowledged us. After 3 more minutes a girl came to the counter saying «what can I get for you» um how about an apology for making me wait unacknowledged without a soul in sight? I ordered a child’s meal for my son & when it finally arrived it came without the toy. Why else do we ever get our children kids meals? When he went to to the counter to ask for his toy the girl replied «I didn’t forget, there aren’t any» that would’ve been nice to know. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the service, the fact that they are out of toys & didn’t inform us as we ordered a kids meal and how it took so long to be acknowledged & receive our order, she said she was the manager & instead of apologizing, continuously kept coming up with excuses for her mistake. Then offered me a cookie! I will never be returning returning to this pathetic excuse for a fast food restaurant!

I wish I could give no stars. I know it’s fast and people make mistakes, but 2 orders completely wrong and the first one didn’t even have meat in the burger my friend ordered?! Like are you for real?! No meat… Just bread and veggies. I can’t even comprehend how someone can forget the main part of a burger!!! Some real class acts working at this joint.

This review is technically not for the overall restaurant but for one specific employee. Her name is Natalie. She just had a good attitude at the drive thru window, very outgoing and energetic! Put a smile on our face! This is what good customer service means. We also just grabbed a couple of cheeseburgers and they were great too. No complaints from us! We wish that every business had great customer service like this girl showed us today! Thanks Natalie! :)

Well they were open yes, but always a confusing order and never what I want.

The service, the cleanliness and the 6 dollar burger put a big smile on this pregnant woman’s face! The 6 dollar burger has angus beef and avocado which gives the burger a superb taste! That is now the only burger I order after making this delicious discovery. Natalie is always at the counter with a happy face to take your order which makes the dining experience a lot more personable. A+++++

I have had quite a bit of their menu selections and I have never disappointed. The food is definitely made to order. The staff is always friendly and helpful. We will continue making Carl ‘s Jr our frequent spot for fast food. A+++++
