Always. Go through drive thru about 45 mins before close and they are always out of everything. If that’s the case have one of your employees come out and let everyone know then wasting time in the drive thru for 25 mins. Or still make food for the remaining time you guys have. So ridiculous. It is what it is. Fast, standard Americanized Chinese fare. I can report that, surprisingly, it’s not overtly greasy. Award winning, no. But, it’s really not bad. It has taken me years to jump on the panda bandwagon. Other than trying the famous orange chicken at The Westfield location once, I’d never been. And when I had that orange chicken, I wasn’t blown away. Trying out panda for a full on meal has been a pleasant surprise. I was happily greeted when I walked in. The bowls(1 side, 1 main) are more than filling. The veggie spring rolls are decadent, but light. A little greasy, but this is fast food. The chow mien is solid. The fried rice is solid. The pepper chicken & the spicy beef are winners. The grilled teriyaki chicken is very mediocre in my opinion. But my mom really likes it. ?! The cream cheese wontons are delicious. So unhealthy. Like I said, delicious. The chicken egg rolls are pretty good. They would be better if the chicken wasn’t ground, but that’s just mho. The veggie spring rolls are superior. The orange chicken? It’s a lot better than I remembered. If you’re here, & it’s part of your regular Chinese takeout rotation, it’s worth ordering. It’s not cloyingly sweet, & the chicken was tender w the right amount of crispy. All in all, solid. 3 stars.

They need a new manager period ! I don’t go to the drive thru anymore, its a joke. I go inside takeaways, the employees(order fillers, not the cooks) are, always, i repeat, always, joking with each other. They talk about their personal business and blah blah blah. If i was the manager, anyone who talks unnecessarily gets fired. The lines are not slow because the foods not ready, its always ready, I’ve seen it, its the people who fill orders who dont care. What a shame.

The drive thru is SUPER slow! Beware of the line because it is very easy to get boxed in which forces you to wait.

Just left sitting in drive thru for over 20 mins. Can’t leave if someone is behind you! Got to the window, paid, was handed food. Out of habit I started to pull out. My son checking his food. Completely wrong order. I went in started to telling a man behind counter I received the wrong order. I said receipt was right, just food was wrong. A woman from drive thru came up to me and said«here you got the wrong order» I went to check it and she said«it’s right» and I said well I want to check, she got so upset rolled her eyes and said«it’s all there» I once again said listen I am checking my food being I just waited 20 mins for the wrong order and don’t want to come back. I looked then told her she shouldn’t be so rude after making a mistake. I started to get mad and told her instead of giving me an attitude how about you apologize. She said«whatever sorry» Listen people make mistakes, I don’t worry about having to walk in real fast. But miss me with the attitude Consuelo C. At least that’s what my receipt says. And for management to allow this is awful. Won’t be back. Make sure you check your food. 2 or more people in line is obviously too much to handle.

Orange chicken portion was ridiculous. My kids meals had 2 very fatty strips of grilled chicken. That had nothing actually edible on them. I wouldn’t complain but I could see the customer before me and their order was loaded. I feel disrespected by that. Service was not good ordered, girl walked away as if to look for something after I say 2 kids plates and 2 panda bowls and then returns to help me as if I hadn’t been helped yet. Did ask about sampling any item said no as to I knew exactly what I wanted but seemed irritated at me, i just wanted to be quick Cashier was pleasant but not helpful, didn’t ask about drinks or offer soy or chili sauce and had to ask for choco chip cookies for kids meals.

Customer service was pretty good! The lady that gave me my food seemed sweet and. Asked about sauces. They usually don’t! She was also nice about asking to donate to St Jude’s Children’s Hospital. She just rounded my total to an even amount. I’m not sure if they all do that but it was easier to just say yes!

I will never patronize this faux Chinese food chain again. Not once, but twice, my drive thru order was incomplete. The second time, I called to complain and spoke to the manager. He promised to mail a gift card for my inconvenience since I wasn’t going to spend another half hour driving back and forth for a missing egg roll to go with the sweet and sour sauce that made it into the bag. I wasn’t holding my breath on the gift card, but lo and behold, a card arrived in the mail few days later. Wow! Actual follow thru on customer service! Just one itsy bitsy problem. My wife went to use the card at the Oakdale Road location, and there was no credit on the card. And, no, the Oakdale Road cashier didn’t cut my wife a break. Horrible customer service and follow through. Do not give these crooks a dime of your money!

I recently went and they added corn to the fried rice, which I didn’t care for. Not sure if this is going to be the norm now?! Honey walnut shrimp has not been good last few times, they only gave me few pieces and 2 walnuts. Orange chicken was hard.

Drive thru literally took an hour. We were the 2nd car. The first car was some dude and his«laydee». They were getting sidewayz on each other. Seriously if they had to wait another koo minute clothes woulda been off and everything. That alone should tell you how long it took to get their food. Anyways after waiting that long we got some hella stale food all dry and nasty like some AMPM hot dogs… The«honey» walnut shrimp had no honey. Here’s a tip bozo, don’t go after 10.

I’m familiar with having to wait forever in the drive thru for food, but this time was ridiculous. We just waited in line behind 5+ cars to order and when it finally gets to us we waited 5 minutes for someone to come on the speaker. After all this waiting a rude woman working the drive thru informs us that they are now closed at 11:08. Even though we were in line for ample amount of time and every other car got served. Bullshit. Glad I drove 15 minutes to wait in line for nothing. Thanks Panda Express!

Great food here during lunch and the best customer service inside. I recommend placing your order inside vs drive thru. I’ve had a great lunch today with my fiancé we both enjoyed an order of chow mein with sweet fire chicken and Beijing beef. The employees here were awesome well the two that served us. It was Louie and a sweet elder lady. But at nighttime its vice versa, they always seem to run out of entrees or give small portions of food. Seems to me like they’re in a rush to close and therefore not making much more food in order to close down faster, bad customer service at night. So thumbs down at night thumbs up during the with Louie and the elder lady!

I was thinking the drive thru would get me covered quick, I was wrong. Not only was I in the drive thru for about 15min, but I was at the window for another 5! To top it off they got my order wrong. The inside was not busy either. People were in & out way faster than the drive thru. The girl at the window was a total b**** too. She pretty much threw my atm card at me & kept rolling her eyes. Not good customer service at all.

3 strikes! #1, I waited 28 minutes in the drive thru lane to receive my order. Yeah it was backed up but this was ridiculous. #2, the Honey Sesame Chicken was not available, damn, oh well, not a huge deal on its own but I was disappoint Also, I was prompted to pay extra for the Honey Walnut Shrimp. Really, don’t you know I’ve been waiting 20+ min, throw me a freebie! #3, lack of customer service, no hello when I arrived at the window, just wanted my $$, no awareness of the length of time to order or sense of urgency to speed up. Mentioned my time in the drive thru lane, got a «oh really» look. Pick up the pace girl! However, food was delicious!

I love panda and this place is great, but not until I seen 2 different homeless people tying their strollers on the pole going inside to use the restroom and getting water, and the employees allowing them too, way too groos, defenitly not going back there!
