Del Taco

When is del taco in East helmet going to open again? It’s been closed for almost 2 months? Scary

The area is clean and easy in/​out access. The service is quick and precise.
I ordered quite a few different items; quesadilllas, soft tacos, hard tacos, hamburgers, chicken tacos etc. I was really impressed that my entire order was correct and done so quickly. The customer service was equally as good and impressive.
The problem!!! 2 mini cheese quesadilllas and 2 spicy jack quesadilllas with only a dots worth of cheese. It wasn’t even edible, that’s how bad it was. It was tortilla crusted with what seemed like a piece of cheese per quesadilla.
Very disappointing since everything else was so good and correct.

Seriously, this restaurant is ALWAYS busy! But with good reason. Not only are the the prices INCREDIBLE but the employees are very kind. They’re constantly in a high pressure environment, and they deal with it excellently. So next time you’re in the looong drive through, please remember that there is a real life HUMAN BEING on the other side of that window doing their best. The service is stupendous.

I have to admit that Im a regular here. Its affordable and convenient. They have tasty food for the price and my son loves it. I much rather come here than mc donalds. I always go inside to eat most of the time so i never really experience if the line is too long in the drive thru but its pretty quick inside when i go unless you go at the lunch or dinner rush than thats just your luck lol
Grilled chicken tacos are my son and i ‘s favorite.
Crunchtadas are great
½ lb burrito with green sauce «make it bold» is my new fave ritenow!!! Get it. It comes with beans cheese green sauce (sour cream and fries)
They also have great burgers and chili fries.
Kids meals.
If your a family of like 5 or 6 i would get the family meal deal pack.
I love there iced coffee too.
And they have the best spiciest hot sauce the orange fire one is way better than taco bell. Hands down.
Restrooms are clean
Dining area is always clean
They do a good job here

No complaints and ive been here 100 times and counting.

Horrible horrible service. I know it’s fast food, but be polite to your customers. After all, I’m the one paying for your salary. «Customers may forget what you said but they’ll never forget how you made them feel. »

The line at this particular Del Taco is ALWAYS long and takes forever to get through. Prepare to be in the line for about 25 minutes no joke. Customer service is whatever. Food is always just okay.
Why do I keep coming here?

Always disappoint me. How hard is it to fully cook a cheese quesadillia? That is all what i wanted in my quesadillia. Or to put what I ask for when you ask me what I would like in the bag, ketchup and mild and fill my soda up to a least almost the top. Almost as nasty as Mc ’ Donalds. *puke* over fast food joints in Hemet and the people in it. Oh and fyi don’t go there after 12. That’s when some kids who work there like to start hot boxing their cars and smoking something other than pot out in the front.

Yes, it’s true. I like Del Taco. The boy and I really enjoy their Chicken Soft Tacos, with that delicious, creamy sauce. Mmmmm… so good! I also like their Bacon and Egg Quesadilla and their hash brown sticks. Great hangover food! LOL.
Service is usually pretty fast and they’ve always been frindly at this location.

That is the worst del taco we have been to. they took forever to give us our order. I got a classic chicken burrito with a nice coffee… there was probably 2 pieces of chicken in the burrito and the ice coffee was extremely strong. last time I stop at that del taco!

Dude, if you ever order a burrito at this Del Taco location and they mistakenly give you a taco instead, do not complain! Just walk away because the counter guy will stab you! According to an article I just read:
«A botched order led to a confrontation in a Valle Vista Del Taco in the early morning hours that resulted in an employee stabbing a customer outside the restaurant, Sheriff’s Department officials said… After the customer complained that his order was incorrect, things escalated into a physical confrontation between Villalba and the customer, the Sheriff’s Department said in a news release. Villalba stabbed the customer in the abdomen with a knife.»

«World’s Slowest Del Taco,» is how this place has been known in the valley for decades.
Evidently, the management increases profits by maintaining skeleton work-​crews. Thus, the store saves on personnel costs and still sells just as much food because they know most people will wait, rather than drive to another location. Suckers!

This was a childhood and teenager hang out for me, this location has always been expedient and was the only 24 hour food on the east side of hemet for the longest time, like 5 years. Macho combo burritos are always a fav. and this location makes everything macho, enormous. Classic del taco look and the greasy food you love.
