Please! It was the worst food I’ve ever had. I wish you change your chef, your food is tasteless! The Wedge salad? A teaspoon of bacon and a teaspoon of blue cheese is not gonna do it!

We had a great total experience, our waiter was on time, food was cooked right– all of it & brought in the proper order. Portions were good with great flavor. In a time when it seems that if you want to get good service you need to skip large chains (at least in this area) these folks got it right.

The «ONLY» reason this restaurant is getting 4 stars is because of your server, Mr. Elijah. Mr. Elijah was a very professional and knows the menu… wow, don’t get this much. The only thing is that I was with my wife and friends. We kind of confused Mr. Elijah about our order, which was not a big deal to use, then this individual that called himself Carlos… wow what just so unprofessional because first of all I (we) did not request a manager our order was not wrong. Yet this little disrespectful man came asking what was wrong and really wanted my party to know he was a «Manager»…wow. We said no and not only his title gave us 20 percent off it was almost like getting a free meal, is this the way things are ran at O’ Charley’s…no respect or confidence in your servers/​staff? I was really upset and whomever this person name Carlos may be he need to get training on how to be a manager. I often eat out in restaurants never in one that a so-​called manager is bullying and disrespecting his staff. I just want to say thank you again Mr. Elijah for not having the nasty disposition of that person named Carlos because at the end of the day if I was the «real» management I would not, repeat, would not let a bully, tackles, undisciplined person with the attitude to Carlos run my restaurant. Mr. Elijah I hope you get a promotion to a manager or assistance manager, you are not only professional you got your mind in the right place. Thank you for premier service, if I chose to come back to this establishment I would want you to serve us. (You are excellent Mr. Elijah)!
I give «Zero» stars to the want to be mangers in this world named Carlos that works at O’Charleys!

The bread rolls are always a solid. Service was decent. The menu has a good variety although the sandwich selection is very small. The chicken tenders are highly recommended.

I had a great Cajun chicken pasta which was prepared beautifully and tasted just as great! My boyfriend had the southern fried chicken sandwich and is a huge fan! I would love if they had more sandwich options but for what they have its good southern food!

I’ve gone here 2 times before, and sat at the bar tables. Service was great and food was good. However, went tonight for New Years Eve and service and food were both terrible. After waiting 10 minutes for a table at 8 pm (while the restuarant was full of empty tables), we were sat in the main dining area. No server greeted us at our table for 15 minutes. Finally, someone came to get our drink order. We ordered 2 alcoholic beverages and 2 waters, with drinks arriving about 5 minutes later without any waters. My moonshine cocktail was absolutely undrinkable — so much alcohol and very little lemonade or tea in a mason jar. Then we ordered our entrees: chicken tender dinner with a side of ranch dressing and filet mignon steak cooked medium. Our entrees came about 20 minutes later by a food runner (not our server). The chicken dinner had no ranch and the steak was dark purple inside (very rare). We waited another full 20 minutes before we could get our server’s attention. She never came to our table to ask how our food was. At this point, everything was completely cold and untouched. She never asked how our drinks were or if we wanted refills (which we needed). We had her send the steak back to cook more, asked her for some ranch dressing, and 2 waters. Another 10+ minutes passes. By this point, I forget about bringing my horrible drink back. My steak returns cooked medium rare (still not medium) and we are left alone again for another 15 minutes as our server sits down in a booth up the aisle to socialize with those guests. Finally, she returns and puts our check on the table in front of us, as I’m attempting to eat my chewy/​fatty filet. She did not ask us if we wanted more drinks, desert, or boxes. We were given horrible service, barely ate/​drank anything, and were charged $ 47.00. There was no manager nearby to notify, and none came to our table to apologize for my dark purple steak (as other places typically do). As a former server in a chain restuarant, I typically have a lot of sympathy for other servers and tip generously, but this experience was a result of our table being blatantly IGNORED (when she only had 3 tables total). We have not had service this terrible in a long time, and will not be returning to this restaurant again.

Their oil is soy-​based. I am allergic to soy. They went above and beyond to sauté a chicken breast and asparagus in olive oil and garlic that was absolutely delicious. Many thanks to the manager for his kind and expert service.

Me and my family went in to have lunch on 14 October 2015 in Central Park in Fredericksburg Va and after we were seated nobody ever came over to our table. No server stopped by to say anything or even take our drink orders. I noticed 3 – 4 different servers walk by our table several times and not one stopped, it’s like we weren’t even there. Never took our drinks or stopped to say hi or anything. I gave it 15 minutes and we just up and left. We have been to this location numerous times and always had a pleasant experience. I get it if the restaurant is busy and it takes a little while longer to get our food I’m ok with that but to not even stop and say anything is rude. I will not be coming back to this restaurant again.

My family loves going to OCharleys especially on free pie Wednesday and we have been to this location several times in the past couple years. We went this afternoon for lunch because i wanted some potato soup but it didn’t taste like it usually does, I thought it was just me. I ordered the shrimp bayou pasta, my friend ordered the chicken pasta, my kids ordered chicken tenders and Mac and cheese, except for my son (chicken tenders) we all came home and were so sick to our stomachs for the rest of the day! We ended up throwing out what we brought home. I’m hoping this was just a bad batch day because like I said we love it here but we will not be returning for awhile.

I hate to say bad things here, but I have been here only two times in over a few years, and both times were not good. But, they put out «20% off coupons» so my hubby and I went tonight. A female waitress near us, ran circles around our male waiter. She even had to go find him for us. But the real problem is, I ordered the salmon. I asked if it was really «fresh cut» like the menu said and he said yes, not frozen. I asked if i can get it rare/​med rare (I explained that this is red, not light pink, inside). He said yes.
I have read some of the other reviews, just now, about different types of fish and see the same complaints. Pre-​frozen, dry and overcooked.
He came back with way overcooked and very charred salmon that smelled awful. So, he tried again, and the next was still over cooked with charred marks (slightly lessthat the last one), nearly as if blackened. The manager agreed the first one was super well done (not at all what I asked for). He asked me how the second one was and I told him it was almost as over done as the last but my hubby was done with his meal, so I ate the inside of the overdone parts. He took off quickly and I was kind of hoping he would only charge me for the bake potatoes.
I say that in «plural» since the sides I chose was a baked potato and the loaded baked potato soup. The soup was awful. It was over salted, (the hubby even hated it too, after taste testing it.) The cheesy base was very thick and jell like, as if you melted «cheese wiz».
The service was awful, but the waiter was nice and kind. He left dirty dishes after each visit and would then only take part of the mess, and they were small things to take away.
Then to top it all off, he forgot to redeem our 20% coupon, which I knew he would.
I will not go back.

The food quality was good. The Prime Rib could have used more kick to dry rub.
The service is another story. The waitress Amy can not tell the difference between diet and non-​diet drinks.
The food order was for 2 large and 1 small Prime Rib. Delivered was 1 large and 2 small. This was by back waiter. He returned the wrong order, only to have Amy bring it back out and tell me that they were out and they would only charge me for the small.
Now when I was in the business if an order could not be filled we told the customer before delivering it to the table. So if the customer wants to change they can. So I don’t know if they were out, or she fouled up the order. And getting the guy paying for this order wrong is bad form.
The entrée was to the table before salads were finished. She asked if we were ready for check before my son was finished eatting. And this is with 2 hours left open. Don’t know if she just wrote us off.
I will probably try again. With Amy as a waitress is when pigs fly.
Returned. Service was improved and the food was still of good quality. Still some timing issues that may be that may be linked to being more family oriented.

Ok so the twisted chips con queso app was really excellent. However my main gripe is that we arrived 15 minutes prior to closing and the wait staff did done nothing but attempt to push us out with their snide little comments, refusing to bring all of the required elements to the table etc. etc. I thought it was obnoxious and unprofessional and we will not return.

If I were just ranking the bread and the service this would be a five star review! My server Ascher was awesome, witty and attentive when I came in with my mother and another guest. The hostess was a super friendly and adorable girl with curly brown hair, who I later realized is the daughter of my coworker.
We started out with fried pickles that came with a creole mayo type of thing to dip. They were okay, but I do generally prefer my fried pickles in spear form as opposed to being sliced into chips. I got fish and shrimp with hush puppies and coleslaw. .
The fried fish looked like the best fried chicken you would ever taste! But it was fish. I don’t like my fish and chips to be with a crunchy country fried batter, it should be tempura batter in my opinion. It wasn’t bad, just not what I was expecting. The tartar sauce was average at best, but I did like the shrimp. It was parmesan coated but still tasted good with the cocktail sauce.
My hush puppies are really not too great. I didn’t hate them, but there was nothing special about them and they were a little greasy. The coleslaw was pretty decent, but I only ate half because I’m not supposed to have cabbage with my medications so I didn’t want to overdo it.
The rolls at the beginning of the meal were perfectly hot and fresh with a hint of sweetness. They are constant perfection, and I could eat them everyday of my life, happily.
Wonderful experience, mediocre food, fantastic rolls!

Do not go for the brunch! McDonald’s Egg McMuffin has it all over their Eggs Benedict. Eggs were obviously pre-​made and stored under lights. They were rubbery and hard boiled. Canadian Bacon was primarily fat. Hollandaise sauce was gelatinous. Ultra-​disappointed. When the waiter asked how things were and I was honest, all he did was shrug his shoulders. I know I should have asked for the manager, but we were a large party with an handicapped person and I didn’t want to make anyone feel uncomfortable. The waiter really should have informed the manager.
Any way, if you want an Egg McMuffin, go to McDonalds. As for me, if we come back, I’ll stick with a salad.

I lived in Georgia for a few years and in Macon, GA is where I first experienced this chain. I fell in love! I moved to Cali and then Northern VA. I was so ecstatic to see a chain not too far from my home (Woodbridge, VA). Because I’m military, I don’t stay in one place too long. Before leaving the area I thought I would check out this O’Charleys and I’m so glad I did! After such a long day in Richmond and then having to deal with traffic, I had the PLEASURE of having Mysti as my bartender. My margaritas were spot on and the potato soup was simply amazing! I’m talking fresh and hot off the press good! It’s all I wanted in my visit. This chain has the recipe for the best potato soup in all the lands! Mysti is super attentive and is as sweet as they come. Drop by and see her. Order the soup and thank me later!

Consistently great table service at lunch… no matter what you order you won’t be disappointed. They are also very accommodating, and done with a smile. While we’ve eaten here for both lunch and dinner, we love the service at lunch.

Well, our server has been eating his meal while we’ve been sitting, so we are on his time apparently…
The steak my boyfriend got wasn’t cooked medium rare, not even close to it actually and don’t think about getting the BLT. Not even the fries are good and you can’t go wrong with those. Their famous chicken tenders are ok. I wouldn’t go to wild over them, I’ve had better at red robin in all seriousness, & they even aren’t that great at times.
I only enjoyed the beer and the rolls. The nacho appetizer was okay as well.
It also smells like you just walked into a bath and body works, it’s just overbearing especially when your trying to eat.
Probably won’t come back here again in all honesty. We were looking for something new, and this let us down big time

Ok all I can say is try harder, 15 minutes plus to get cream for coffee, I had to take some off an empty table, had to ask for the free rolls, there were lots of coffee grounds in the coffee and had to wait another 10 minutes plus for another cup. Now on to food, eggs Benedict poached eggs were more like hard boiled, the sauce was separated and had no flavor, the potatoes had a lot of Parmigiana cheese on them and they were hard. My son had a simple scrambled egg and potato meal that came out with no potatoes and waited five minutes for a piece of toast. And when it comes to fresh fruit a paper thin slice of melon and one strawberry is not a side of fruit it is a garnish oh and we had to wait for that too. We won’t be back.

This was my second visit here and both times I had a great meal. My server was Elijah again and I must say he doesn’t miss anything. Again before I could even ask for something either it was there or he was asking me. Made my experience all the more enjoyable. I will always ask for his section

Elijah. Was outstanding for service. He was always a step ahead very attentive and professional. Food was great. Burger and was flavorful and fresh the pickles was good. The salmon was cooked to perfection. Salad was fresh ! Oh the warm bread was amazing too! Totally recommend this place
