We had a wonderful experience at this place. After dining at 5 different Buffalo Wild Wings in Maryland, Texas, Oklahoma and Virginia I have to say this one had the best customer service. We visit Virginia twice a month and we will definitely be back for another great experience. Our waiter(Chip)was the best we have had and really knows how to take care of his customers! The atmosphere, cleanliness and service was out of this world. If you are in Fredericksburg and want the best wings, this a must try. Keep up the great service and this Buffalo Wild Wings will keep bringing in the business. Also, we would like to thank our waiter(chip) and his real name is Chris for excellent service!

Three or four wait staff at work, two customers(my family of four and one single guy) and almost zero service. When the food did come it was room temperature cold. I ate two and gave up. My wife ate about 10% of her cold food and gave up as well. Disgusting wings/meal and SLOW service. This location does a disservice to the BWW chain. We won’t be back.

When I went inside, I waited for a few minutes before staff acknowledged I needed to be sat, but by then I decided not to eat in and ordered to-go food since it was too obnoxious inside to sit and eat a meal, even in the dining room area. My to-go order took 15 minutes and all I got was a buffalo mac n cheese and mini corn dogs. They did not include plastic silverware or napkins and by the time I got back to my hotel 5 minutes away my Mac was still hot and steaming, however there were no breadcrumbs on top(as a previous server at Buffalo Wild Wings I know what this meal should have on it) and the boneless wings that come on top were not cut up and had obviously been sitting out for a while before being tossed in the sauce I asked for as they were chewy and cold whereas the rest of the meal was hot.

It’s chicken wings. Not fine dining, but that’s not the target clientele(imagine getting wing sauce out of white tablecloths. Goodness.) The wings are consistently good, and B-Dub’s Sauce Lab brings you interesting new flavors to try. Of course, that means you may wistfully think of a past flavor(oh, Midnight Mole! How I miss you). Not to worry; if you ask your server, they may have the sauce in the back, which makes them able to customize orders! The staff are helpful and friendly, and Tuesdays happen to be half-price(traditional) wings, so bonus!

Came in hoping for some good wings today and was so disappointed! All the wings I got were super salty and way too much sauce. I could not even finished them. Can’t believe how restaurants get away with putting so much salt in our food which cause so many health problems. And on top of that the food is over priced. So basically I just spent $ 51 to cause harm on my health. Unbelievable. Never coming back here. The only thing good were the carrots and celery.

There is a sign on the window out front that says«No Parking on the Sidewalk». This must have been an issue at some point for them to make that a permanent feature. Good job, F-Burg! Someone has to tell you NOT to park on a sidewalk. I mean, with a curb and everything. Jesus Harbaugh Christ. I came in here looking to watch a sport or two and for some wings and other foods that require arterial bypass surgery(eventually, I am guessing) and some rando at the bar mentioned that they brought back the Ghost Pepper sauce. Sounds good to me! I have now installed a seat belt on the toilet at my parents’ house, duct taped a mattress to the ceiling, and wear a helmet when I use the poopin’ stool, because these wings were nuclear magma cattle-brand hot. I like spicy food a ton, but the Ghost Pepper wings were on the border of crazy hot. A little chocolate note to the flavor, but that was WAY overpowered by the Ghost Pepper goodness and my snot mustache. Oh, and wash your hands before you go to the head to get rid of beer. Wearing a cilice might be more comfortable than that ride home. Try the Ghost Pepper Wings. Just be warned that you won’t be confident in a fart for a week or so.

So when I ate here for the first time in my history of Buffalo Wild Wings, I order the Caribbean jerk and they I guess had bad sauce and it literally tasted how a pine cone smelt. This is one of the few times I’ve been back and this time, it takes me over an hour to get my food. Basically a small appetizer. My waitress was nice, but damn. I wish there was another place around here that I could watch Charger games. FML.

If you’re looking for wrong orders, Luke warm food and long wait times then this is the place for you! If you’re looking to get your food fast and right, I recommend going 10 miles up the interstate to the Stafford Buffalo Wild Wings. I’ve never had a problem there.

We walked in 10 min before closing at 12:50 am, exhausted and hungry from a long 6 hour car ride home and even though they were already beginning to close their kitchen they were more than willing to serve us and had amazing attitudes about it the whole time. Super nice and we had amazing service. The food was amazing and they had it ready very fast! Very highly recommend this Buffalo Wild Wings!

It is Buffalo Wild Wings. I have nothing more to add. Menu is the same. Food is the same. Why in the world did we come here you ask(maybe)? Because we were meeting someone and had to find a middle meeting spot and well we couldn’t find a better place that we knew would be a relaxed bar for a beer. Our waitress’s both nights were friendly and great!

I’d never been to a Buffalo Wild Wings before, but it was cold and nearby so I checked it out with a few friends. The food here is decent and the prices are in range of what you would expect. I also like the atmosphere and think this would be a good place to watch a game. However, the wait staff needs more training. I went with a group of friends and the waitress was doing ok — not well, but all right — until she knocked a glass of ice water into my lap. Stuff like this happens so I wasn’t upset, but as a former server I know you’re supposed to sincerely and repeatedly apologize and if possible comp an appetizer or drink, neither of which happened. The layout of the restaurant means that what occurred was visible to everywhere, so another server or the manager should have clued her in to do more. This is not a place I would take a date unless part of the date was watching a game. For a Friday night there weren’t many people, so I’m guessing I’m not the only person who could take it or leave it. The good thing was we didn’t feel rushed out the door as no one was waiting for a table, which can be a nice thing on Friday nights.

Man I Had a good old time. My wife and I went there for a little day date after her doctors appointment. Had good service. I noticed an old friend of mine working there Jerimiah and he came and talk to us for a bit. He noticed my wife was pregnant and after he left our table he returned shortly after with 2 lil BWW footballs. It was really a nice gesture. the young girl that had severed us was good as well. If they still have the flavor I recommend trying the cherry chipotle zing.

My first time coming to Buffalo Wild Wings. Wasnt great, wasnt horrible. It was just wings with sauce. Idk.. Was kind of expecting more. I had 15 wings and fries, my girl had a chicken sandwich wit fries, kids had corn dog bites and mac n cheese. I think everyone was satisfied except for me.. Would only go back to watch a game or two and drink sum brews. Wouldn’t bring the family just to eat.

Very disappointed with our recent visit. Our home BWW is in North Stafford, and we really enjoy our time there, but this one in Central Park was only fair. 1st, they have old Buzztime game controllers, which were dirty, very hard to use, and were still logged in from another customer. One of the glasses we received was chipped. My wrap came with chips and salsa and the chips seemed to be from the bottom of the bag, all very small pieces. The waitress was ok, but clueless. The mens room was very dirty. Looks like no one checks them during the day. The food was ok. My wife and I will not be returning to this place, we’ll stay in North Safford…

It is a complete waste of time! My husband and I went in there on a Friday night. First, it took a long time to even be acknowledged, and then we were seated at a table that had gooey seats and sticky stuff on the table. After sitting on a napkin… I looked down to see food ALLOVERTHEFLOOR! ITWASDISGUSTING! I just couldn’t imagine eating at a place like this!!! Needless to say, we got up and left! Don’t bother!

I guess I’m spoiled by the Newport News BWW — they seem to get it right all of the time. This location, however, left a lot to be desired. Right off, as you enter, you feel like you’ve stepped into a walk-in cooler — for a warm spring day, it had to be 63 – 64 degrees inside. Drink orders were taken fairly quickly, and drinks arrived in a reasonable time. One question, though — When somebody orders Unsweet Iced Tea, and you know you don’t keep sweeteners on the table, might you want to either ask if they want sweetener, or just bring some out? Once I had my drink, while my family was drinking their drinks, it was a good 10 minutes before she came out to take our orders, so I could ask for some sweetener. She brought it out a few minutes later, in a styrofoam bowl — how classy! The food(I had the Buffalo Chicken Salad) decent all around, and then the waitress disappeared for a while(went to get her own lunch?). When we left, the warmth of the sunshine brought us back to life, after eating lunch in the ice-cold restaurant! We won’t be going back, needless to say.

I love BW3s, I can’t help it. It’s the same all over and sometimes you just want that. Eric and I can share 18 wings with mango habanero, Asian zing and Caribbean jerk and I can get a side of spicy garlic to dip everything in. The thing that put this particular BW3s over the edge was that they had Woodchuck on draft and most don’t anymore.

Went here today to watch the Panthers @ Falcons and Saints @ Packers. I’ve been to many of these and this one seems to be bigger than all the ones I’ve previosuly been to. Sherry was our server and she did a great job for us all afternoon. We wanted to watch the Ryder Cup and she was even able to get that on for us. I’m not a fan of their boneless wings but really like the bone in and honey bbq. I also really like their naked chicken tenders. The popcorn shrimp is a little too heavily breaded for me. They do a great job on the Ultimate Nachos as well; we always get extra chicken. This location has a smoking porch with an electronic sliding glass door; really uptown, huh. I especially like the Jake Delhome Jersey hanging above the entry to the bathroom. A nod to #17 who took the Panthers to the Super Bowl in 2004.

Our large family frequents this location on Thursdays for 2 hours of family fun for kids’ night with Lola the Clown, balloons, face painting and now trivia. Plus $ 1 kids’ meals! We’ve only found this at this location though there are kids’ nights at others. A great selection of wings, cold beers and menu items. Their menu has yummy specials that change with the seasons. I had a great chicken chopped salad the last two times. Fresh ingredients. Friendly crowd. Always busy but never a problem finding a couple tables for the 9 of us. We are regulars! Because we are regulars, I admit it can be hit or miss with wait staff(as with any restaurant). For the most part, we have had fast courteous service or speak with the manager and had no problems with resolving a dispute.
