This buffet place is not good. Don’t come here unless you absolutely have to. Food was mediocre to put it in a nice way. Customer service is terrible, we waited 30 minutes to get drinks! Buffet restaurants are terrible, although it can get worse. Eating here not advised.

Extremely!!! Disappointed. I Feel Like I Have Been Robbed Of Not Only My Money But My Time. The Food Here Is Mediocre To Say The Least, And The Selection Of Food Was Damn Near Non-existent. Don’t Waste Your Time Or Money :)

Hubby and I usually come here about once a month for lunch but the selection of foods seems to be getting less and less. The place looks dated and is in need of a re-do. It’s worth driving a little further to Golden Corral.

This is a nice buffet dinner location with good food and courteous service. It is not a «Gourmet Restaurant» –it is not designed to be! It is a reasonably priced buffet. Grilled steak and steamship round among other dishes makes this an economical place to eat good food

I came here a lot as a kid so I have some good memories(maybe this influences my current review). It was just ok overall. There wasn’t a whole lot of variety in food choices but it was OK. The food they do have is, again, just OK. The service was good, plenty of refills and bread. I only go when I have a coupon(sign up for their online mailing system and they’ll send you tons of free coupons!)

Well, I’m honestly not a fan of buffets, but I was traveling with a group and this is where they stopped. I can say it was about what I expected. The food was mostly canned or frozen and reheated, low quality type stuff. Some of the food you could tell had been sitting out for a while and looked kinda dried out. The location itself looked like it could use some upkeep, and the bathroom needed some deep cleaning. I might have given three stars but the price took it down a notch for me. Apparently they charge more on Sunday. The only difference I could see was they had a ham available? But the price was ridiculous, over $ 14 for the buffet and an iced tea. I didn’t even eat that much, and all I could think of was how much better food I could be getting somewhere else for that price.

Your average Southern style buffet, with your run of the mill options. If you’re going to gorge yourself on a buffet, Golden Corral is a much better choice.

We went there for breakfast this morning, the cashier asked us three times if we had cash for a tip. The waitress was very friendly and quick to refill drinks and remove plates. Unfortunately, the drinks were the best part of the meal. There were plenty of food options, but limited edible items. The food was cold and appeared old, and we arrived a half hour after breakfast started. Among the food choices, my husband got toast, which was saturated with butter. The fruit tasted like it contained chemicals. All of the food was a disappointment and not worth the $ 16 we paid.

Used to be good but food quality and selection has dropped dramatically.

We tried their breakfast buffet last weekend, and I am still feeling the repercussions. Seriously, I’ve had stomach issues ever since. I didn’t like their eggs(very bland), nor their grits, so the only(vegetarian) things left, really, were a biscuit, a mini blueberry muffin, and some fruit. They were also taking down the breakfast stuff and putting out the lunch stuff, so I got a baked sweet potato so I could get my money’s worth, at least. My son wanted cereal, but they had already gotten rid of the milk, so we had to ask our waitress for some. Don’t go after 10am, or you risk being in the weird«not breakfast but not lunch» limbo time. Or better yet, just don’t go.

While we have not been to Ryan’s in a very long time, I decided to toss my two bits in about our last experience there. Our family visited Ryan’s for breakfast one morning and each one of us was in bed or the bathroom for the remainder of the day. The eggs there could only be described as «egg cake». It was like literally cutting into a pan of thick instant eggs. The«fruit bar» had exactly 5 pieces of fruit out. Most of the hot entrees that are available, weren’t. Only when the pans were to the point of scraped clean did they replenish and that was if someone complained. The time we were there, there was at least an hour before switching to lunch and it looked like breakfast was over whether you wanted it to be or not. I would have mentioned something to our waitress, but alas, she, just like the food, was missing as well. I did email the company and was contacted shortly after by the general manager who was very apologetic and offered my family to come back and give them another chance on the house. That was awhile ago and won’t take them up on it. I have no interest in going back to a restaurant where my husband, myself and our child all became ill after eating there.

Fairly mediocre place, according to my wife this place used to be better, but when I checked it out it was more like an Old Country Buffet. I prefer the offerings at the Golden Corral.

This place is great for groups(on par with Golden Corral but the service is better) – cheap, filling, and comfort food. And, all-you-can-eat!!!
