This has to be call«poor» at best. Only b/c this stand is in the Love field airport will anyone wait this long. Hot coffee yes. But. Cold stale tasteless blueberry muffin is terrible to chew. I recommend la Madeline muffins for a much better option.

Standing in line at 15 minutes after 5 and they are still not open yet. Stop at the Dunkin donuts that you see at first. When you want a coffee before your flight departs do not count on this location they can’t get to work on time.

I waited for about 10 mins at this location and decided on just a Pike Place coffee, because the line never got smaller. 15 people were waiting the entire time I was there. I asked a gate agent at the Starbucks if that was normal and they let me know it is always this slow and the one at the other gates by La Madeline was just as slow. I saw people walking away from drinks they paid for, extremely angry because they couldn’t wait any longer. The airport(Love Field) location needs help, now.

Very slow line. Workers were all in an obviously bad mood. But the unforgivable sin? Burnt coffee. Not worth it at all. Especially not for $ 5. I’d ask them to fix it, but at their pace, I’d end up missing my flight. Go to the Baskin Robbins or Dunkin’ Donuts instead!

The most unprofessional baristas from a Starbucks. Cursing and complained the entire time amongst themselves while making our drinks. If I didn’t watch them make my drink, I wouldn’t have accepted it. Two other patrons ahead of me where appalled as well. I suspect they don’t get much tips.

The rudest people you will ever meet at a Starbucks! They made my drink wrong, tried to make me take it anyway and when I refused they got a huge attitude!

I know it’s busy and travelers can get stressed, but please don’t add grouchiness to my order. This is a consistent attitude at this store.

This location of Starbucks could use a little improvement. The line moves at a turtles pace so efficiency lacked. It seemed at several points during my wait I observed several employees not making the most out of their time. Many airport locations are busy just like this one so there isn’t any excuse for the delays. Of course my latte was perfect as usual but the friendliness and hustle wasnt anywhere to be found. I’m hoping the next time I travel through it will be better.

Awful service. The cashier misrung the two orders in front of me and messed up mine. There was a disconnect between the bar and the cashier and it’s about 4 feet away.

This location is in the DAL airport. There’s always a long line if you’re taking an early morning flight, but the staff is SUPER friendly and awake(which is more than I can say at early hours) so they have a way of making you excited to start your day! The line moves fast and it’s worth it. Definitely love this location. Their caramel lattes are de-lish and their croissants are always fresh!

I wish I could give them more stars… The service is horrible and the people are rude… However, I need coffee, so I will be back… Just don’t have any expectations of speedy service or a friendly smile and you will be ok… I hope one day, I can change my review.

The rudest employees at this location. Beware before you approach the cash register. A lot of attitude from the baristas and then they laugh and giggle because apparently it’s funny to be a b&!$% to your customers. I will never return, I would rather take my business elsewhere than be spoken down to in front of my husband and other people. Also the coffee was terrible. Not gonna bother to ask them to redo it. What a waste. Btw, Your job is in customer service! 7-7-2015 @ 7:45 pm.

Super rude baristas. They don’t open till a little later. Even though flights are as early as 6 am and people are waiting at the terminals at 4 am. I think Starbucks opens at 5. But I’m not sure cause when I tried to ask the baristas setting up they just glared at me and said they’re not open. And ignored me when I ask what time they open. There were at least 4 of them and not one nice. This is the first Starbucks I’ve encountered that’s super rude. And it’s an airport. Constant people flow. Yet this Starbucks inside is not 24 hr nor do they open for consumers first coffee of the day.

Just be patient. You will eventually get your coffee. In the mornings the line is nuts but they eventually make their way through all the chaos. The baristas are fast and friendly and they keep a few people behind the counter always. The iced and drip coffee is always a good bet though… tasty and well made. It’s a must do when I’m flying Southwest to grab my java and hop on a jet plane.

Plenty of employees who don’t see concerned with their job. Dirty kiosk, things strewn about. Coffee up to the brim, so obviously spilled down the side. Charged me 70 cents for soymilk, which I did not get. Told an employee and she basically told me I’d have to stand in the line– which is way long– again to fix it. Plus no Wifi like other Starbucks locations. I guess it’s better than no coffee at all? Next time ill go to Dunkin.

It may not seem like much next to a regular Starbucks and my tea didn’t have the cool water I’d asked for. But I got a smile. And actual smile. For reals. Compared to the Starbucks in Fort Lauderdale this place was a godsend, even with the wait… these girls had smiles on their faces and were engaged with the world. Man… was the Dallas terminal better than FLL… you have no idea…

What crappy customer service. I mean I know it’s early but come on. I’m on one of the first flights out, I and many others NEED coffee. You have two baristas(which weren’t the friendliest by any means), coffee and teas are ready, and still another hour before you open. Damn that sucks and so does the service. I’m a Starbucks addict and this just really deflates that ballon.

The Starbucks is located near gate 6 at Love Field. The line is super long, but that’s usually what you get at any airport Starbucks. The service could be a lot better also, the baristas didn’t seem like they wanted to be there. At least they got my drink order correct.

I stopped by here before a crack of dawn outbound flight. Service was quick and efficient. They sent me along with a smile. Your mileage may vary, but mine was pretty good.

If you like to take a gamble on which coffee you’re going to pick up and you love a double shot of attitude, this is your dream location. Last place to open and the greatest attitude to boot! I was given the side eye with my order of «as hot as you can make it, skinny salted caramel mocha with whip» didn’t realize I was asking for a side of judgement hahahaha. People walking by would ask what time they opened they would get progressively deeper in their barista angst against humanity. Starbucks, if you want better reviews hire a new crew, pay them a little more and open before the Dunkin Donuts! They had a line longer than the TSA! My coffee was served as hot as they could make it and correctly :)
