Starbucks

Occasionally, I like to channel my inner white girl, and enjoy a Pumpkin Spice Latte. I also do a fair bit of writing here. Service is always polite and prompt, but if you’re not staying to use the space and wifi, it can be a little pricey.
Breakfast sammiches are good to go, and the variety of non-​coffee drinks is also nice.

Had to wait to for my order to be taken only one girl doing front and drive-​thru. Male name «Ram» behind the counter just straight up ignored me he just passed me like if I wasn’t there didn’t even say hello made me felt unwelcome. I had to tell them I was ready to order smh. Rude and awful customers service. Late posting this happen in Feb. 2015.

This is by far the worst Starbucks I’ve been too. I normally don’t bother with writing reviews but everyone should avoid this place. I have not once received my order correctly or in a timely manner. I think it’s about time they hired some baristas who know how to do their jobs.

This Starbucks has only been open a few months, so I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt for now.
I only ordered a venti iced coffee, light ice. There were only three people ahead of me, yet somehow they forgot about my order.
I politely reminded the guy working the register. Very nicely, he offered to give me an even larger iced coffee for the oversight. That was a very customer– friendly gesture.
The part I didn’t like was when the barista hurriedly made my original order, and pushed it to the side of the coffee bar (I actually saw her do this) in an attempt to make it look like I simply had not picked up my drink order.
Well, I was not allowing that foolishness. When I called that to the attention of the guy at the register, he told me I could have both drinks (for the price of the one).
I’ve found that each Starbucks has its own personality. For now, I’ll stick to the one closer to my gym & skip this newer one.

Super Friendly and fast… They just opened a few months ago and now I think they their kinks worked out… Kudos to them.

Ok… adjusting my review because the new staff has had more than enough time to get the hang of this thing. You guys are falling short of what a customer familiar with the brand expects when walking into a store. In short I witnessed 3 people providing excellent customer service to one guest who was requesting what must have been the unicorn of all Starbucks beverages. She had her phone out with some obscure recipe and had her heart set on whatever magical elixir she googled. I watched several drive thru orders filled & handed out. The last straw, or stir stick, was when a person behind me got their coffee… and my simple Americano was no where in sight. I had to approach the baristas and ask for my drink again. Somewhere between the register & the espresso machine it had been lost. 10 minutes to get a venti Americano with only 1 guest ahead of me when I placed my order.
If you’re in a hurry use the drive through, if you want to watch an amusing display go inside & observe this new location. I gave y’all 5 stars before because you had good attitudes & although slow I knew you had been open 3 days. Time to step it up. There are other locations near by a girl looking for an Americano can visit.

Love it here! Super spacious and plenty of tables and chairs for chatting with friends, reading, doing work, or whatever. This might be my new favorite Starbucks study spot!
During my time here, I’ve several mistaken orders, but the baristas are very kind and are willing to work with you to fix the mishap. Be careful in the drive-​thru though, or you may get the wrong drink and drive off!
The drive-​thru does go pretty quickly so you’re never grumpy for too long (believe me, I understand that early morning need for caffeine). While they’re packed in the mornings, you never wait too long.

Highly disappointed! I was so excited as I saw them building and anxiously waited for opening day but I think I need to wait longer for them to get their staff trained. The first time I went I ordered 2 drinks and 2 pastries and when I was in the drive thru I received the wrong order twice and handed it back repeating my order both times I ended up having to pull up and wait another 5 mins. This morning my husband went and ordered a caramel macchiato, unfortunately he didn’t check before he left and we received an americano guess I’ll continue driving a little further to enjoy my Starbucks
