Food and drinks are fine, but SOOOO wish the employees taking orders spoke English!!! Plus there is apparently no software to tell the barista what the coffee order is, so 5 times I had to repeat to the cashier who ATTEMPTED to tell the barista. PAINFUL

This place needs to fix the signage and fix the coffee. Fixing the employees should also be necessary… Multiple items are signed lower than actual price or charged higher than signed. There are a lot of menu items but fonts on the electronic signage is very small. To top it off, the signage changes way too fast and doesn’t give you enough time to read it. Quality of food is also subpar… they consider a non-filled chocolate glazed donut as a «fancy». That or I got a donut unfilled. Ice coffee is so watered down that it looks like a Starbucks ice coffee after an hour with ice melted… Workers there are all too busy on their phones to seem to care. If you are looking for a sugar and caffeine recharge, you would be better off with Starbucks.

Maybe Dunkin’ Donuts should just stick to donuts… I get it’s early. I had to wake up early for a flight out of New Orleans. You probably had to wake up early to get into the airport to start your shift. You’re packed into this tiny kiosk with what looked to be 8 other people, and it sucks… I get it. Line’s short at this point, and I ask to order the green #6 veggie, egg white flatbread. «No. We don’t have egg whites.» I throw out another number. «No.» “Ok…what do you have?” «Turkey sausage.» «Ok…can I get a bagel with cream cheese and a medium hot mocha.» Ruth, as it says on my receipt, charges me and hands me my receipt and tells me to go to the side of the kiosk. No mention of the cornucopia of bagels they offer that sounds quite delightful, but whatevs… After a second I look at my receipt to see what the number is, and notice she charged me for a medium frozen coffee? Heh? I absolutely have a mumbling problem, but saying it out loud awkwardly by myself in the airport, I still can’t see how she got that confused or why she didn’t ask me to clarify or maybe repeat the order to confirm it. Ruth goes to hand me this frozen coffee, and I say, I had ordered a hot mocha, not a frozen coffee. She pauses, not sure what’s she thinking but I’m sure it’s along the lines of… just take the frozen coffee. «Do you want cream and sugar?» «No, I just want a hot mocha.» «No.» “No what?” «No mocha.» «You can’t just put chocolate in a latte?» «No.» “Ok…can I get a hot latte?“ A dramatic eye roll, and five minutes later and no refund for the difference, I’m handed an epically bland and hot as Hades drink. I throw in a couple of packets of sugar… A couple minutes later I get my bagel. The cream cheese is buttery, and the bagel is warm and dense/rubbery. Ruth…again, I don’t expect you to be smiling ear to ear ready to bring on the day, but I’ve scoped your DD website, and the 14 varieties of bagels and opportunity to get your latte 8 different ways… including mocha suggests that your curt response to anything delicious could be revised. They’re killin’ the line game moving people through like Coca-Colas at a bottling factory. The donuts DID look good, and the sandwiches that were not available at the time due to no egg whites are probably not half bad. But today… was not our day. This American does not run on Dunkin Donuts.

Dunkin’ Donuts — taste like every donut shop around. I was looking forward to trying their ice coffee, but their machine was down :(

This is for the baskin robbins /dunkin doughnuts ran by texpress gourmet in the dallas love field airport near gate 10. Staff is not trained, slow, and couldn’t care less. Two employees begin the counter with a line of about 5 people. The gentlemen didnt greet or offer to help anyone. He just continued tomboy tubs of ice cream around. The young lady didn’t understand peoples order and had to search for the ice cream flavor for the person in front of me. My order of a simple peanut butter cup parfait was not even accurate. She started by putting cherries in the bottom. Then out the hard scoop ice cream in it, not the soft serve ot calls for. Then more cherries on top. This item isn’t a sundae — its a soft serve parfait. She argued when I told her that want even close. I just left. (I used to be a Baskin Robbins franchisee so I know what im talking about) Poor service, poor training, and poor attitude.

Worst apple fritter I have ever had! Hands down. The service was just horrible, the girl at the register clearly hates her job. Service was bad, and donuts taste stale and old.

By far the slowest service I have ever had. 25 minutes to get my order and that was after waiting in line for 10 minutes. The guy next to me ordered a plain bagel took 23 minutes to get it after ordering. The staff is not helpful nor in any hurry… They need to seriously evaluate the staff and process…

Positive: Staff was friendly. Negative: we ordered at 7am and they were already out of all the specials — no pretzel bread sandwich, no spicy sausage sandwich. We got the plain bagel sandwich which was fine but after waiting in line for 20 minutes expecting to get something different it was disappointing. After we ordered it took another 20 minutes to get our food. Next time we will be going to whataburger.

I write this review knowing it will have no bearing on the service or quality of the place. They have a captive client base — so why bother with any improvements! And Unilocalers are still going to get their coffee and sugar fix here. The staff couldn’t explain what the difference between the two types of oatmeal — you can’t say one has sugar and the other doesn’t! She got a basic order — small coffee with cream NO sugar wrong. I got a coffee sweeter than my donut. The donuts were fresh and the oatmeal was good. So the 3 stars. You can do better DD!

Ordered the 2 kolache meal with hot chocolate and a regular coffee coolatta. First they tell us they can’t make a coffee coolatta. So we had to get a different flavor. Then they told us they were out of kolaches. So they gave us sandwiches instead. We should’ve just gotten our order returned and gone somewhere else. But they were really busy. Really disappointing.

I love being able to get the best coffee in the world between flights because I always have layovers here. The problem is the staff is not near as friendly at this location. They are almost rude and it makes me want to jump over to Starbucks instead just because of how mean they come off.

Line was short. The lady was helpful. I just got a coffee, which was great. All the donuts looked really fresh and tasty. I wish I didn’t eat the Mexican food near by and had a donut instead. Overall one of the best dunkin donuts I have been to.

Coffee was fresh, they had all the flavors, food was hot, all the regular choices, staff was friendly, and great location. Only negative was that there were no ketchup packets out for people. There were mayo, mustard, and hot sauce, but no ketchup. I’m sure if I had asked the staff they would have given me some, but they were super busy and not that important to me.

If anything is going to make a 4:00 am wakeup time for a 6:00 am flight a good experience, it is going to be this Dunkin Donuts stand. Basically a java beacon just past security with not only Blueberry cake donuts, but also Blueberry cake munchkins. Yes, blueberry cake munchkins. Those plus a good old regular coffee with the perfect ratio of cream and sugar brought a sort of serenity to my final hour in Dallas after the typical last minute frenzy of a departure morning. Although I am a particular fan of the blueberry cake donuts(evidence above), they had a full selection of other donuts and service with a smile. Dallas Love Field for the win.

Pretty good Dunkin Donuts but out of everything practically. Coffee was hot and fresh though. Only lace outside of security to eat or drink anything.

They ran out of eggs and bacon, at 7:00 am! And it took waiting in line for 20 minutes to serve 5 people ahead of me to find out. Horrible service. Horrible management.

Horrible. Unless you are a fan of their coffee, go somewhere else. The sign advertised the Eggs Benedict Sandwich Combo for $ 6.09. I substituted OJ for the coffee and the combo price skyrocketed to $ 11.00. When I questioned it, the counterlady said she had to ring them up separately — WHAT? DD is unable to do what every other fast food place on the planet can do and just up charge for a different drink? And wait a minute, DD charges HOWMUCH for OJ? I just want to buy a drink, not the whole grove, honey. To add insult to injury, the food was beyond bad. The«hash browns» are weirdly seasoned and mushy without an iota of crispness. The sandwich might as well have been a flipflop with a dab of chemical-tasting sauce on it. So now it’s $ 11.00 in the trash. Thank god for the $ 5OJ or I’d be screwed. Do yourself a favor and head to Whataburger instead.
