Yes they are certainly ‘freaky fast” and their quality is ok but I’m tired of an $ 8 sandwich with literally 1 piece of turkey — just too skimpy. I’ve tried them several times hoping for better results, but just not worth the price tag. Sadly

All bread, little contents inside two half stale slices of bread. Lots of lettuce tho! Received 1 napkin, had to ask for additional ones. No salt or pepper etc. available. No greeting just a blank eyed stare by the clerk behind the register. Duh. Only one other customer came while I was there. This was my first visit. Never again.

NEVERORDERDELIVERYFROMTHISLOCATION! Every other Jimmy Johns I’ve ordered from is fast and great. This one consistently takes over an hour to deliver to me and I work less than a mile away. They also frequently make mistakes on online orders. Very disappointing because I usually love Jimmy Johns.

I ordered for delivery and asked for ez mayo and got an over abundance of mayo and a hair in my sandwich. When I called to ask them to deliver another, they wouldn’t and wouldn’t refund.

if you want a quick fresh made sandwich for lunch then this is the place to go. there are very fast they’re clean and my favorite is the gargantuan even though I can’t finish a whole one at one time because it’s big enough for two people it’s delicious

Pretty fair sammy for the price. A bit too much bread for my taste. Chips are overpriced. This location isnt quite as loud and obnoxious as some of the other locations. Still pretty loud. Parking situation ranges from bad to horrible. I should probably knock it down another for noise & lack of parking.

When the order is ‘right’ the sandwich is great. When the order is wrong, and it is delivered, it’s a total waste. Have had two delivery orders that were flat wrong and ended up throwing away sandwiches due to having mayo on them(vegetarian only cheese sandwich). Plain slim #6 is supposed to provolone cheese only and they toss in 2 – 3 packets of mustard if requested. It’s almost as if someone thought it was a 8″ vegetarian. Good news is that when you order ONLINE it seems to work accurately every time. In person — never a problem. For food quality, when the order is right, i’d give it 5 stars since the bread is awesome. Staff are great and the delivery is FREAKYFAST!

Good staff and good food. Nothing to special about the food… Sandwiches are standard. Had it at one Jimmy Johns you have had it at all. Staff is the only reason i even took the time to rate it because you need to know they are nice.

Not bagging up people’s food is just lame. If I paid you $ 30 for a pile of sandwiches and chips, I want it bagged up. It shouldn’t be a question. «Oh do you need a bag??» Are you serious? Especially if I’ve got kids running around that I’m trying to wrangle. You think parents aren’t annoyed by screaming kids just as much as random strangers that have to deal with the fallout? Help me help you. And I’m still not over the time I was forced to pay $ 5 for a sandwich, when the girl knew that I only needed a slice of bread from it for my toddler. If I just asked you for a slice of bread and agreed to pay your highway robbery fee, why add insult to injury by making the actual sandwich? As if I’ll forget it as I toss it all in the trash? Now my screaming pooptube is going to have an onion flavored PBJ? FYI my wife and newborn baby were in the car coming home from the hospital, we had no bread at home, so I had to give in. Next time charge me a buck for the slice of bread and let’s move on with life. The silly phrases on the wall only make the lack of customer service more ironic. Personal accountability should include your employees as well as your customers… Really did not want this to turn into a rant, but this is a reoccurring theme with JJ. Great sandwiches though! /get off my lawn.

I don’t really like JJ’s menu in general. But I was here and wanted food. Despite not having any hot sauce or peppers(wtf Jimmy Johns??) they have very clean restrooms which are always nice to see in public places. So props where props are due for a well maintained restaurant.

What’s there not to love? I mean, who wouldn’t want a menu they can memorize and a sandwich ready freaky fast?! No one.

I’m never really impressed with this place… Bread always tastes kinda stale, the sandwhiches are big, but are just a lot of bread… Not sure what people see in this place… I’ll be back, but only if the great outdoors, jersey mikes, and potbelly have burned down!

So torn… 4 or 5 stars? idk… Its a chain, 4 stars, its really good, 5 stars. Its Freaky fast, 5 stars, its a chain 4 stars. I eat here all the time, 5 stars. I’m getting really fat, 4 stars. This was the 1stJJ’s in Dallas 5 stars! 1st time I had JJ’s I wasn’t impressed. 2nd and 3rd times I started to warm up to it. By the 5th time I had JJ’s I was hooked for life. I have the menu memorized, I have the store locations(just about all of them for DFW) stored like GPS locations in my head. I know how to order the #5 Vito so that its just like the #9 Italian Night club w/o the up charge. I know that some places charge for spicy peppers and have cheaper cookies, but other places have free spicy peppers and more expensive cookies. One or the other but not both free peppers and cheaper cookies. The vegetarian is even good, and I’m a meat eater! Try it on the 7 grain bread. But mostly stick to the French bread, I love how the end of the french bread is crispy crunchy. I’m currently hooked on the #16 Club Lulu +peppers.

The combination of price, quality, speed and consistency cannot be beaten. JJ’s is just the best there is. #5 with chips and a drink is the standard for which all sandwich lunches should be judged.

Wanting some food besides Asian or pizza being delivered to my apt I finally checked out JJ’s. They deliver pretty fast as they advertise. Well maybe not that fast, but pretty quickly. I ordered the #9, the Italian Night club, along with a drink, chips, and a pickle. Online ordering was pretty easy and they label your sandwiches, so you can easily sort out your orders. Sandwich was pretty good and it was made exactly the way I wanted it according to the online order. It’s no Quizno’s, Subway, or Potbelly’s, but they deliver and when you’re a lazy sob like me, JJ’s works.

Now, this was just before closing(I believe), so that may color the review. It shouldn’t — customers five minutes before close should get the same service as people during the day, but reality is often not that way. We were trying to find a place open after 8:30pm for a quick dinner, which is harder than you would think. The Spousal Unit mentioned Jimmy John’s, we had never been, it was on the way home. Done. There were lights on and people in the restaurant when we pulled up. There wasn’t an obvious sign for the hours anywhere, so we went in. The music was loud. I mean loud. The music was so loud, I was looking for a mosh pit or Marines trying to get enemy soldiers to surrender. I’m pretty sure it was designed to get people to leave. This is very uncool. The sandwiches were average. I don’t understand what is «gourmet» about it — it’s a selection of fillings on bread. I would rather have Potbelly’s or Subway. As someone above said, try Jersey Mike’s. I’m not that wild about Mike’s Way, but I like their sandwiches. Plus, the music isn’t that loud.

I must say that I am a little partial and quit possibly biased regarding this location. I worked about 5 minutes away for a few years and would eat Jimmy John’s every Friday for lunch. I always get the same thing(#16!!) and the staff was very quick to pick that up. I would usually have my sandwich made before I could even park my car and walk in the door. I always felt pretty special when I went to this location to say the least. My sandwich was always right and obviously ready in a timely manner. I love the bread they use here which is what got me hooked in the first place. As I mentioned, staff is very responsive and always friendly. I recommend Jimmy John’s for all of your cold sub needs :-)
