I have been very loyal to Zoom despite witnessing other angry customers. I picked up my order Saturday which included 6 pairs of pants. I just happen to remember because I had so many pairs. When I picked up there were only 5 pairs. The ticket showed 6 so the Store attendant and I went through and figured out by checking off the bar codes inside the hem of the leg that I was missing a pair of black Talbots pants. So now Zoom needed to find them. I spoke to the local area manager Saturday and he assured me he would find them and call me Monday. No call Monday so at 6:30 I called the store. Store attendant checked and called me back to say it would be Wednesday before they would now get back to me. Time will tell. Zoom has an opportunity to recover. Mistakes happen in business but it is how they are handled that makes the difference.

Just moved to the area, trying to find a dry cleaner so tried them out. Dropped off clothing on Friday morning told me would be ready Monday after 5:30…went Monday and only half of it was done, had to go back on Wednesday to get the rest of the dry cleaning. The dry cleaning smelled like chemicals so bad our closet smelled for days. I will not be going back.

The lobby is clean and spacious, the employees are friendly, and the pricing is very affordable. If you give them your email address they will send you an email let you know when your clothes are ready.
