I’m feeling a little under the weather today and my husband offered to pick up lunch from Panera to bring home. I think I’m more impressed by their take-out than dine-in experience! Online ordering was a breeze, plus I was able to easily customize each item and it was the first time I was able to see everything you could get as a side in place of the omnipresent(and not too delicious) baguette! My husband walked in, picked up our lunch off the shelf, and walked right out, getting the food back home before anything got cold. Each item was in its own specially designed to go container. So great I may choose to order our food to go next time I’m in the mood for Panera!

I had lunch here today. I had the Greek Salad with Chicken. The salad was good, I especially liked the iced green tea with papaya. The service was acceptable.

The staff is always so nice here and I never have to wait too long for my orders. I can dine in during my lunch break and still have a lot of time after I eat. I work in the shopping center and I have never personally had any of my orders wrong nor have I had to wait during what would seem like peak hours(in the morning and during lunch). I like that everyone here is friendly and make an effort to get to know you ANDLEARNYOURNAME. I like that about this staff.

Normally I don’t write reviews about large nationwide chains but I had to considering how ridiculous it was. I ordered via the kiosk and it took me 25 mins to get my food. This place obviously serves office people in the area and for someone that is on a hour lunch, this is way to long to wait for«fast casual» food. I ordered take out and all the employees seem to be upset and not helpful. From the sitting area, I could hear employees cussing and complaining about how it was busy and how it was ridiculous. I’ve seen busy and this is not busy. There were 4 people waiting and the sitting area only had 3 groups of people. This was lower standard than what is expected. In addition, they were continously leaving food out of a lot of people’s takeout orders and everyone was going back. Would not come to this location.

I like that they have the kiosk ordering now. It makes it really quick and easy. We ordered the You Pick 2 salad and sandwiches. They were both really good. I’m a little upset that they didn’t have the steak salad I used to get. It was SOO good. :( But they did have a great Greek salad. My only complaint is that I paid $ 1 extra for avocado and could barely even see it in the salad. They scooped ¼ of an avocado onto the top of the salad as 1 whole piece. It was very small. But everything tasted great.

The 5 stars is for the stellar service and friendly staff. I showed up the other day as they were closing(having the hours wrong) and the staff insisted I stay and order — as well as stay as long as I wanted! Talk about going above and beyond — this is the stuff that makes you want to return!

Just came from this location grabbing lunch. Very disappointing– again. I only went because it is close by the Ulta and I figured I’d give it another shot. I’m still upset at my $ 12 spent on a tasteless ½ Turkey &BLT sandwich, tomato soup and green tea. My sandwiches are always sloppy and the tomato soup was super oily. I won’t return to this location or any Panera Bread if this is what I’m going to get.

After coming here for lunch with my coworker recently, I had the epiphany that it has been over 2 years since my last Panera visit. The thing that triggered this epiphany was the fact that my favorite, go-to panini was no longer on the menu. WHENDIDTHISHAPPEN?!? Panera was my spot with my bestie when I lived in California. We always shared a tomato mozzarella panini and got the tomato soup on the side. That is my comfort zone. And now it was gone. I was overcome with grief for 3 minutes. Then I got sad realizing I’m getting older by the day. After my moment of sadness passed, I did order the tomato mozzarella flatbread to see it could help fill the new-found void I now had in my life. Lucky for me, it was delicious! I love arugula. Mostly because I love saying arugula. The ingredients in the flatbread are a good balance of fresh and filling. I can say I left with a satisfied stomach but forever changed.

This location is just not up to the standards panera bread usually has. I used to order the tomato mozzarella panini but I had to stop ordering it because everytime I got it it was still cold in the middle with very little fillings. Then on two separate occasions I ordered bagels in the morning and had issues. The first time they gave me the wrong bagel I took it back inside and they gave me another one but with the wrong topping. The second time I got a rock hard bagel that tasted like it was a week old. Everytime they were apologetic and got me new bagels so I don’t believe they deserve a 1 star, but still they need to work on their standards.

I love Panera, but I’ve been to this location several times and more often than not, the workers seem a little off. Like they don’t care, like they forgot to be friendly. Not just with me either! Today I watched the way the cashier interacted with customers before me and she just seemed to be nonchalant, like a robot even though the customers seemed to be in a good, friendly mood. It just seems like they don’t like their jobs. I also had an incident where a cashier made my smoothie after handling cash and coughing into her hand. Fine, I guess you don’t have to really touch the smoothie, but it was still a turn off. This location was also out of coffee one day. They need to get it together.

Great food but the place is filthy. Tables aren’t wiped down very good and there is food crumbles on the floor and chairs. I eat here twice a week for the soup but now I’m looking for options.

Love their soup in a bread bowl. I don’t know if you can get it other places but it is great there, especially on a cold winter day.

Fast service to the table and good food, I had the potato soup and sandwich. This was my 1st time to this Panera and it was on par with what I expected. Finding a parking spot wasn’t easy here, but you’ll have that in N Dallas.

I usually like most of the Panera Bread restaurant chains but not this place. I found a piece of hair in my Thai chicken salad which totally grossed me out. As soon as I walked in, the place didn’t feel clean at all. They don’t do a good job busing the tables where I see many tables are empty but not wiped down or dishes left there for a while which makes the air stink. I will skip this place and try another Panera Bread.

Their new system for ordering out food sucks. It’s not that the food is bad. Its the staff in the morning that is bad. Managers are always pleasant and nice. However there is this one particular girl, I never know her name because she wears her fleece over her shirt and nametag. But the store opens at 7:30. There is not warm greeting when I walk in. There is NOONE else in the store as well. And it takes about 15 minutes to get a bagel. She could have easily grabbed the bagel and put it through the slicer, but instead kinda just stood around then decided to do it. Once my order was ready I never got a thank you, have a good day, nothing. RUDERUDERUDE.

If apathy was on the menu, this place would rock it. Stopped in to get bagels for my coworkers. What would have taken 5 minutes at Einstein’s(who is notorious for horrible service) took 15 minutes. This wouldn’t really be an issue had 11 of those minutes been spent as «next in line» while the manager and a few coworkers all just stood around laughing in plain sight. Hey, maybe they were off the clock, but perception is reality. Next time I’ll just go get donuts instead. At least the expectations at Dunkin are so low that they can always be met.

I came here for lunch today. I decided on takeout instead of eating inside. I ordered a sierra Turkey sandwich to eat later for dinner. It smelled so good that I ended up sneaking a bite ;) I also ordered a tomato soup bread bowl. Yum! They did forget to add the croutons to my bag for the soup. Those are my favorite part! But, everything tasted delicious. The employees were super sweet and thr location is pretty large inside. I will be back!

I visit Panera’s often because they are everywhere and the food and staff no matter the location is always good. I would normally get a grilled cheese sandwich and tomato soup because I have the mentality of a child but all has changed! They recently added the Spinach Power Salad and I love it. If I choose to spice it up then I switch to the Fuji Apple Chicken. I am not a huge salad person but these taste great and fill me up. Also make sure you have a My Panera card. I am always getting free stuff.
