I’ve had 3 different subs from here, one hot, 2 cold. All 3 were good subs vastly better than Subway. Service always has been good but I’ve only gone during slower hours. It’s just a bit too expensive for what I get here.

Jersey Mikes supplied a Box of Subs(24 total) for a party we gave yesterday. This is actually 4 different large subs, each cut into 6. Everyone took at least 2 subs and were not stuck with just one king to try. The presentation is as good as the subs and that is awesome. Many comments and compliments from our guests. Mikes subs, homemade potato salad and green salad made an easy meal to serve. The staff at Jersey Mikes are very friendly and easy to work with. Price was totally reasonable. I recommend Jersey Mikes box of subs for any casual get-together — sure to please.

Ironically, I was going to eat at panda express but saw this store as I got out of the car. I immediately changed my mind and it was most definitely worth it. I had the number 8 club sub. Mouth watering and the employees were very approachable and had easy banter with its customers. Even after we received our food, they continued to be amazing. I will come back here again. Thanks for everything!

This is by far the BEST sub place ever! Upon walking in, the employees greet you as if you are an old friend even if you’ve never been here before. They don’t seem fake about it either is the thing. I always go with my favorite the #9 turkey, roast beef, bacon & provolone… To die for! The meat & cheese is hand sliced as you order the sandwich. Some say this place is expensive. It’s $ 10& some change for a regular sub, chips & a drink. Not that bad… The regular sub is super filling & I have an appetite. Chips always come home for another day. You are paying for the freshness of hand sliced meats and cheeses to order. This is NOT the slimy subway cold cuts! After being introduced to Jersey Mike’s, I can no longer go back to subway or jimmy john’s. Keep up the good work guys! Customer service & friendliness of employees is way way above & beyond the standard. A+++

First time to have a sub sandwich here. Very flavorful and high quality fresh ingredients. Very clean, upbeat restaurant with cheerful, friendly service. Bonus: the owner/manager Jim who was a real pleasure to talk to. Highly recommend

Stopped in for lunch today, the guy behind the counter recommended the chipotle Philly cheese steak… Mmm, so delicious! Super hot ingredients, super good flavor. The other worker there did a nice job keeping the place clean all while making us laugh with his jokes, very nice guy, love this location.

Meh… Expensive sandwiches and are really not that good. It’s a nice option to have hot and cold sandwich options, but overall I think taste wise and bread wise your best bet would be to head to pot bellys… This location is relatively busy and unfortunately the few times I’ve given it a chance some order gets screwed up somehow… Again most likely will not return.

I can’t think of a better place around here for a sub. The people are very friendly and take pride in making your sandwich. Plus, it’s good! Free sub and drink on my birthday? Yes please!

We needed a quick bite and this was nearby where we were. My husband and I shared meatball sub. Wasn’t anything that took my breath away but it was good. Tasted exactly like the Firehouse Subs meatball, however, I like the Firehouse Subs bread better. Great customer service at this location, though!

Surprisingly I am not much of a sandwich person. However, you would not be able to tell that according to my last few lunch places. I stopped in here the other day and I was very pleasantly surprised. It is one of the very few places I have been that they slice the meat and cheese when you order. There are no pre-sliced meats or cheese there. The bread was also very soft and delicious. But better then Subway and Jimmy Johns. I will definitely eat here again when in the area.

I happened to be in the area, needed a quick lunch, and had never tried Jersey Mike’s. It was a mistake. The staff was nice and helped me make a special order, or so I thought. Of course, it was wrong. I ended up with a wrap that basically seemed like a pound of iceberg lettuce. I went to the counter to get it fixed, but they were so overwhelmed they couldn’t talk to the customer that had already paid. The soda machine was out of CO2. They said someone was working on it. It was never fixed during my visit. For a fast place, it looks nice and the staff is friendly. Perhaps it was my order but the sandwich was dreadful and the pop flat. My bag of SunChips was fine. With other good quick service sandwich places within a mile of this one, I have no idea why anyone would go here.

Ok, I don’t have any specific complaints about this place, it’s just OK. The menu isn’t anything special, although I do like that they have wraps. Their chicken caesar wrap is pretty good, although once they drowned it in so much caesar dressing, I had to throw half of it out. Their sandwiches are decent, but not any better than Potbelly’s, Jimmy John’s or even Subway. We often cater from them for big meetings at the office, and Jimmy John’s seems slightly more popular. I’m sure I’ll be back since they are right next door to the foo-foo dog boutique!

I’m giving 3 stars because I wasn’t overly impressed with my Chipotle Cheesesteak compared to the one I had at Big Philly Cheesesteak. Their cold sandwiches looked great and the service was good mine just had to much chipotle mayo and cheese on it to where it overpowered everything. Would still recommend just tell them light on the dressings

Stopped in today for a little lunch and picked up a #43(Chipotle Cheese Steak) with extra jalapeños, salt and vinegar chips and iced tea. I got my order fast and hot. The cheese sauce was creamy and not too salty. It’s a good sandwich for the price. My only complaint today was that the tables were a bit sticky. Gotta get the wipe-down crew moving.

Jersey Mike’s is quite tasty. I’ve never had a bad sub. Everyone is also super nice every time. I like their tuna(extra pickles), chicken and steak Philly sandwiches and the super sub is delicious.

I’ve known of Jersey Mikes for years. In fact, I contemplated buying into this franchise a couple years ago. What’s funny is, I have never even eaten at a Jersey Mikes until a few months ago. Now that I’m in the ‘burbs, and surrounded by a plethora of chain restaurants, Jersey Mikes(in my opinion) is the best of these sort of sub shops. Here’s why Jersey Mikes has the best subs: 1. The sizes are larger than the competition(i.e., Subway, Jimmy Johns, etc.) 2. The food is fresher 3. The food simply tastes better Now with«foodflation» upon us, it’s common these days to pay $ 7-$ 8 for a sub, drink & chips. Even at a crappy Subway, you’ll pay these prices. So, my argument is– why eat at a crappy Subway or Jimmy Johns, if you can spend maybe $.50-$ 1 more, and actually get a larger sandwich, which truly does taste better. A no brainer, right? Fresh food, fast friendly service, and the normal pricing for this type of sub joint. I’m hooked, and will continue to eat here once, or possibly twice a week.

My family and I ate at this sub shop last weekend and we really enjoyed ourselves. The food was very good with nice, large sandwiches. The people that worked there were so nice to us. Definitely better than Jimmy John’s or Quizno’s. The owner even stopped by our table and could not have been nicer. That personal level of service is what set this experience apart for me and my family. I would highly recommend this sub shop if you’re in the mood for a great sandwich.

Better than I remember. A 3.5 star for sure. This time around I visited with a co-worker that has eaten here a great many times. He insisted I try a warm sub. I had some kind of chipotle steak and cheese which was excellent. I went for the regular size; their large or king size is obnoxiously huge and would’ve left me comatose the rest of the afternoon. If it’s your first time, I too recommend a warm sub since the cold ones are nothing special. The weekday afternoon was busier with male clientele. No clue why there are more dudes. cause it’s subs? Cuz its called Mikes? Who knows.

Great place to get lunch for a fairly low price. Very friendly service from the staff. Personal Recommendation: The 56 with chipotle mayo and banana peppers.

Either someone was playing a cruel joke on me or this was one of the worst sandwich experiences of my entire life. I am literally typing as fast as I can so I can finish this review before my brain systematically erases this place from my memory to prevent scarring. Everything started out innocently enough — the development is new and was in my path of errands, the people inside were nice, and it is not named«Potbelly’s.» The problems arose once my sister and I had ordered. Looking back on it, we should have suspected something — the camera lens zoomed out, everyone around us grew quiet, and eerie music started to play. Ok, that did not happen, but it should have. I ordered the philly cheese steak and my sister ordered the famous roast beef and provolone. After just a few bites, I could barely stand to eat any more. Nothing tasted up to any kind of standard. I like quick and easy sandwiches(especially cheese steaks) as much as the next guy, but this just was not going to cut it. So I coyly offered to switch sandwiches with my sister, since she did not notice the wincing face I had. Thinking I was getting the better end of the trade and a chance to start over, we completed the transaction. If it is possible, the«Famous» roast beef was even worse than the cheese steak. After a few bites of our new, but still terrible, sandwiches, the conversation started. «Ok, so I wanted to trade because mine was terrible,» she says. That’s how you can tell we are related, we both tried pulling the same trick. After another forced bite or two, we decided to cut our losses, chuck the bad sandwiches, and grab a snack later. 0 for 2 on the same trip, and all I was expecting was«better than Subway.» Unless someone can convince me that they accidentally bought recycled meat and produce that day, I have absolutely no reason to go back.
