Terrible. Even with the 2-​for-​1 plates deal, I ended up throwing away all the veggies. Granted, people probably usually eat carbs and no one orders mixed veggies so it’s old. But still.
Why were there so many families here? It was deceptive. I am saddened that people feed their children this stuff.

How does a mgr have a face of their business not able to speak English, or complete basic requests? Awesome concept, pathetic store.

Food here was really good, actually fresh this time, the service was pretty bad though, the one who got our food, I never got her name, literally just dropped scoops of food all over our plates and it was so messy.

I love coming here for lunch. It’s usually fresh because they always seem to be out of the food I want. That’s not really a bad thing either. Where else can you go to get a fast, decent lunch AND get your veggies, for $ 7?

Their food is good but not great. Pretty typical for a chain. They are fast but I prefer Hunan Palace if I’m not in a rush.
I just had a pretty bad customer service experience. Now granted it is almost closing time on a Saturday night however since it’s Christmas season people are out and about so there was actually still multiple groups dining in and people getting food to go. I ordered A soda to go with my meal and there were no lids to fit my cup. I saw an employee named Abril, and asked her if I could have a lid she looked at me and walked over towards the soda bar and got out the lids but did not say anything to me other than kind of a smirk. Then after finishing putting out the lids she walked past me to close the door for closing I assume. And again did not say anything to me after closing the door and locking it she walked past again and didn’t say anything so I went and got my own lid for my soda no big deal but you would have thought she could have said something at least it was just incredibly weird. I finished getting my food as they had to make it fresh and I was unable to figure out how to open the door that was locked so Abril over to open the door and said sorry we’re closed. I also thought that was a little weird because I kind of AM aware of that at this point that its closing time just very strange individual to be working in a food service customer service role and not knowing how to effectively communicate with the public.

Great service and food.
We arrived last night as they were closing and what they had to offer was just what we wanted and we got generous portions. Are at home and it was delicious.
It’s great for fast food.
I’m surprised there are no other reviews.
The eat in area is also nice and the outdoor seating is also pleasant, not close to traffic.
