I just went here and I asked for a Americano with five Splendas half and half and vanilla powder; a line with four people took about ten minutes(from line to delivery); some red head barista opened a register and she said I could get the vanilla powder myself; I joked that it was too spoiled of me to ask; she asked me if I wanted my receipt(I said no, big mistake) I watched the girl prep my Americano, and she was putting five raw sugars for me and she put no half and half. I got in the car and the coffee tasted awful(never happened before) and it looked water down. Anyway, I was late to work and I chucked the $ 3 dollar and change coffee(not worth more time to even get a refund) I’m not a coffee addict, but I appreciate one every once in a while. I’m done with this place… all because of a passive aggressive girl at Starbucks.

Couldn’t of been happier with this location, Ashlyn was my cashier today. I am extremely impressed with her personality and attitude torwards the customers speaking as a professional brand ambassador and former supervisor of a barista station. I had Four very specific complicated drink with a lot of adjustments, she listened and got every single thing correct. I did not have to repeat myself. Thank You, Ashlyn!!! This Starbucks has great working space and they validate your parking. There is indoor and outdoor seating. The only down fall this location has is customer service and lack of urgency. It’s been more than twice that I have been to this location and had to walk out with out my order. They take to long. I was there today and I was not the only one that walked out due to how long orders were taking. I want to thank the Manager for taking the time to talk to me on my experience. The past two time I have been back to this location urgency and customer service have been much better!

One of our favorite meeting spots. My buddy and I will always start off here and plan out the rest of our day because it’s so easy to get to. They have plenty of metered street parking and a private lot in the back with marked spots for customers. They also validate if you bring the ticket in. The patio is what makes this place so enjoyable. Sitting outside on Ventura Blvd is great but on a hot summer day, don’t expect much shade. If you wanna sit inside, you have to wait for the laptop campers to finish writing their screenplays before even getting close to an outlet. What I like the best about this place is that the Boneyard Bistro is next door if you wanna change your game from coffee to an upscale burger.

We picked up Starbucks before our massages. Great patio outside to soaked in the sun while sipping on a blended mocha. Hubby is so particular with his macchiato that he was telling them how he wants it and of course they got it wrong. Lol Plenty of Parking in the back.

Lots of tables and places to sit, both inside and outside. Super friendly servers. Loved Ara’s personality and energy. Would visit again just for him. There is a validation parking area behind the building and they validate for 1.5 hours. Be sure to read the signs of you choose to park on the residential area streets. After 6p to 8a, if you don’t have the permit parking, you’ll get a ticket. Mine was $ 68 so beware

I am the sort of coffee addict who would much rather support independent coffee shops, and of the larger chains Starbucks has always been my least favorite. However, this location isn’t bad at all, and I may actually become a regular here. This Starbucks is located within a 7-minute walk from my new place, so the convenience of having a coffee joint within walking distance outweighs my general dislike for big coffee corporations. The outdoor seating is expansive(and Ventura Blvd is SO fun for people watching), and the inside has a lot of seating options as well, and several outlets. The coffee itself is okay. Iced coffee with a splash of vanilla is my go-to here, because it’s the only thing I’ve found at any Starbucks that has some balance between tasting-like-burnt-rubber(their drip coffee) and so-sweet-I-need-to-go-to-the-dentist(their lattes and frappuccinos). So, overall, not a bad place to start hanging out with a book or for some people watching.

Man, these guys know their stuff! I’m a big Starbucks fan. Gold level all the way. I’ve been to several locations that are always a hit and miss. This was my first visit here and I was definitely not disappointed. Con’s: parking parking parking! Anytime you visit a store or restaurant on Ventura Blvd parking is always an issue. I wish they would build some public parking lots or structures to make it easier on people. Be careful where you park. Always read the signs. Those parking enforcers get off on people parking on the residential permit only streets. Your $ 6 Starbucks drink will turn into a $ 40 parking ticket. Pro’s: staff is friendly. Drinks are made perfectly! Lots of seating and plugs. Store is very clean. They offer a wide selection of edible foods and Starbucks gear.

Rating a Starbucks seems weird, but I spend a fair amount of time here so I want to show my support! I support M Street as much as possible, but if I want any level of «real food» this is my spot! Fast, free wifi. The staff is always friendly and my drink is always on point. They do a very brisk business but everyone is always pleasant and helpful. My only gripe would be the trash is almost always overflowing and counters/floors are dirty and crumb-y but I’m pretty sure that’s just a function of them being constantly hella busy. Overall, great!

Pretty bad customer service. we walked in just to be greeted with a «we’re closing in 4 minutes» coming from an unhappy face. Then the same unhappy face moved to the exit door and waited with her arms crossed and her«get out of here» look on her face. When we started driving we realized that my sister’s «Mocha» tasted identically to my hot chocolate. Why bother making her mocha when they could just make a bigger batch of hot chocolate instead, right? Such low quality service.

There are tons of Starbucks so I won’t be coming back to this location, but ROXY when you are a barista and I ask for no foam and more soy milk, because seriously my drink was less than half full and the rest was foam, I expect that not to be a huge deal and you do it, and when I thank you twice, acknowledge it. Instead she says nothing and was obviously annoyed with me. Come on I was the only person in line. Not a big deal.

I come to this Starbucks all the time and I love it. They always do a pretty swell job, which I like, but… I’m pretty sure Chad the barista doesn’t like me. Once I let him know that they were out of milk at the bar and he quipped back«it’s because we’re short staffed…» Me and another customer were taken aback. I can almost taste the disdain for me in my espresso when he makes it. He always makes sure they charge for every little thing, and his energy is unpleasant. He’s not coming across as a friendly chap if say so myself, and anytime I need any milk if they didn’t fill my latte all the way up, it’s always this big inconvenience for him. Other than chad I love this Starbucks!

I like this Starbucks a lot. They are located right off Ventura blvd and they have outside seating like most Starbucks. They have a good amount of seating inside as well. I go here a lot because they are right next store to my spinning place Blazing Saddles. The parking on the street is not so great but the cool thing is they have a free parking lot out back behind the alley so parking isn’t a problem. The staff inside are always pleasant and nice and never once have I had a problem here. They always have my green juices in stock and breakfast spinach wraps. The lines can get long sometimes but I feel like they move fast and I’m never waiting too long. I will happily keep coming back here!

The only reason I’m giving this Starbucks 4 stars rather than 3 is because it is a step up from the other one I was visiting on riverside drive in Sherman oaks. The staff looks like they’re trying pretty hard but why would you only have two people working at one time ATANY of your stores? I’ve seen it too many times now. You make too much money to have slow service in any store. Stack the staff.
