This location has such wonderful people working there, who really go above and beyond to help. I am always greeted with a smile and a polite, patient attitude which is rare to find at a postal organization. Just today, I had brought back a package that was returned due to a bad PO Box Listing, and Marcus helped me reship it and even took time after I had left to investigate why the package was returned. He spoke to multiple people at different organizations trying to figure out where the correct address to send my package was, and then called me with names and emails of people to contact to try and sort it out. This is something he absolutely did NOT have to take time out of his day to do, but he helped clear up an issue we have been dealing with for months with this particular company. I really appreciated his time and effort on my behalf!

What a great addition to the neighborhood! I literally could find everything I need for my office. Not to mention how great it is to have the all different kinds of shipping options! They have this really great program that can give me the shipping rates for different carriers like fedex, ups and usps. Saves me a lot of time shopping for different rates and standing in lines! They also do international shipping, which comes in handy for the line of work im in! They have a great crew working there with superb customer service! They will defiantly be seeing me a lot!

These guys are genuinely awesome… Not only are they terribly nice, but they go above and beyond in customer service. They’ve been following up on the tracking for my packages and today when I had an issue with one of my packages (shipped with UPS), they called me right away to alert me, helped me deal with UPS, and refunded my money when UPS messed up. They know I will be back — I’m there often — but now I want everyone else to go there, too. Seriously, if you want some actual care and service, head to this spot. I ship a lot of stuff and these guys are the best at looking out for their customers. With these guys, I feel like I live in a small town where people look out for each other.
