It is well known that customer service is not existent in 7 – 11. But this store is a hallmark of rudeness. The cashiers and employees don’t acknowledge you. No thank you, hello, please, bye words exist in their vocabulary. They look at you with annoyance while holding personal cell phones and texting, and eating their own pizza with another hand. C’mmon guys — take your 3rld world country habits back.

Ewww! There are some rude people at this place. The place always stinks and they have very little inventory. We went in for tortilla chips and — nope! Wine — a few bottles, but no selection.

I’m outside most of the day traveling for work. I picked up a slurpee here today and was so Hott and thirsty I drank to the last drop, until I saw what looked to be a. «Wait a minute that’s not a???» Yes.
There was a pubic hair at the bottom of my slurpee cup.
I immediately felt sick, as I drank the entire big cup. Just to put this out there-​this was not me-​I get weekly waxings «down there» not only that, I would have better hygiene than bring that Into a CUP FOR CUSTOMERS TO DRINK AND INJEST THE CONTENTS!!! This was DISGUSTING! I saved the cup as I may need corporate to see it. I feel sick and may be going to the hospital if I don’t get better. WATCH THE CUPS CLOSELY HERE: THIS IS ABSOLUTELY VILE!

Worst service ever. Went in and spoke to the manager was very standoffish did not know where the nearest bathroom was very very rude will never come back. I actually left & went to find another 711. I would not even give it one star if I didn’t have to push it to continue on this site.

7 – 11 oh my late night beer run heaven.
For snacks, coffee, beer & ice cream this place is perfect. I also noticed that if you order from Amazon and don’t have a place to ship to, you can select this local 7 – 11 and they have lockers for your goods.
Advice. They do have a wide variety of coffee to choose from if you’re in a rush and don’t have time to stop at your local shop. Check out their ice coffee, it’s not that bad. Usually they have beer specials on bud & miller lights. They so have IPAs.
For food, I’d probably stay away. I know they’re really pushing their pizza, but it doesn’t sit well the next morning. The hot dogs are always skeptical.

7 people in line. 1 cashier. This happens more than it should. Especially when there are other employees in the store. None of them seem to care that a line is building. Times to avoid this location– 3−4pm on school days and an hour before lotto sales end. Maybe my standards are too high considering this is a 7 – 11, but having managed a quick service store, I expect more. The only reason I gave 2 stars and not 1 is because the employees are personable, despite their lack of concern when it comes to speed of service.
