Seems funny to Unilocal a Starbucks BUT I love this Starbucks and the staff makes it the best I’ve ever been to!
My colleagues and I are regulars and the staff is so nice and always remember our orders. They also tell us about any specials and promotions they are doing, I feel like the genuinely care. They are also QUICK!!!
Today I mentioned how instead of my double espresso I REALLY wanted a Smore’s frap (against my will to actually order a frap) and the barista said «I just made one and have a tiny extra– would you like it with the works?» It was perfect and totally hit the spot and made my Friday afternoon. By the way– the Smores frap is amazing and the marshmallow whipped cream is insanely good.

Quick to make drinks, but when it comes to friendly staff (especially those who appear to be management), it’s almost intolerable and worth the extra few blocks to go to a different Starbucks. Since it’s consistently bad on customer service, it was time to give this place a recent review to reflect the current staff. Hopefully it turns around!

I am not a very frequent customer to Starbucks, but this location is conveniently located to my work, so once in a while I treat myself… I like Baristas here, they make good drinks and are always accomodating. It gets super crowded though and they constantly mess up my name (no biggie)

Black-​tea lemonade sweet sweet to kill is recommended. Yes yes, it’s an Arnold Palmer but tastes way better. I think the batista here put magic in mine because it was gone in 3 minutes.
You’ll definitely want to order the trenta size.

I love Starbucks but I love the customer services at this location more. The guys here really know how to make you feel special… they always greet me with a smile, remember me by name and know my order every time. David, Hayden, Ronnie are the best!

This Starbucks offers a lot of space to sit and hang with your friends. I have been very disappointed with the service. I have been here 7 times now and still rude and slow service. Oh well you can’t win them all.

This Starbucks is horrible. The employees are loud and obnoxious. It’s fine for the coffee but sucks to spend any time at all inside.

Maybe it’s the fact that they always remember my name, or maybe it’s because the line moves fast and my drink is always correct. Whatever the reason, this is my favorite Starbucks location.
The space is small – much smaller than most of the other locations nearby, but it’s the best. There are a few seats, it’s always clean, the whole staff is friendly and they keep the pastries well stocked. A+ for this Starbucks!

Staff here are friendly and efficient, service is very good. Customer service at some of the Starbucks locations I’ve been to are very satisfying. For me, Starbucks Coffee is not as bad as one would expect it to be. This is a coffee shop hotspot here in the Financial District and I’d probably be a regular here if I worked in a nearby office. There are seats available for 10 customers in the shop, but some people order their items to go so finding a seat shouldn’t be a really big problem. Overall, positive first experience here so I’ll come in again when I am nearby.

I can literally write a starbucks review for the 3 starbucks within the 5 block radius of this area.
For this location, I gotta say, There is never a line when I come in here, I guess that can be a good thing for me since I gotta be in and out in a quickness.
MOST of the staff here is pretty awesome, I just cant seem to say that for one or two associates that I have my own personal reasons for not liking. well one was because the associate decided to walk away after he took my order and then asked his coworker to take over halfway through so he can go in his break. The other one, i just cant remember.
Aside from that, they do an awesome job here

This gem is tucked away and appeared when we needed a pick me up. Service is fast and efficient.

Best Starbucks in the area, and I KNOW as I lived a block away for 3 years and went to Starbucks everyday. I came here nearly every weekday, but had to go alternately to the other 3 that are nearby on the weekends. I never got that nasty flavor you sometimes get at Starbucks (maybe from burnt beans?) or the ¾ filled cup that I’d often get from other Starbucks. Quick, good coffee, no bullshit. Just what Starbucks should be.

I know, I know… you must be asking, «Stephanie, are you REALLY writing a review for STARBUCKS!?!» and the answer is «yes» :)
I’m not even going to talk about the drinks because, honestly, they’re the same at every Starbucks. I’m giving the 5 stars for the baristas at this location. They are all so very sweet and always remember your name… it’s the «Cheers» of Starbucks! Service with a smile always goes a long way. Thanks Starbucks on Pacific, you make my daily coffee breaks all the better!

Starbucks is pretty much the same no matter which one you go to. The people who work here are really nice, remember my drink and make it exactly how I like it. As most of the other reviews mention, I walk past several other Starbucks on my way to work but I make a point to stop at this one.

I love this little place.
Of course, I’m biased as I’m a Starbucks junky, but, let me tell you, no two Starbucks are alike.
On my daily walk up from the Transbay Terminal towards Levi’s Place I pass perhaps ½ a dozen Starbucks. Tried them all and really can’t complain about any of them.
This one takes the cake though. Everyone is so friendly and courteous and actually has a sense of humour no matter how busy they are. They make my mornings a little bit nicer.
Besides, the staff is just plain cute! And there is nothing better than a little flirting first thing in the morning.
It’s a little out of the way for a Starbucks but it’s close to my office and always have the least picked over selection of pastries, sandwiches and stuff. They’re also one of the few that actually have my bags of Morning Blend coffee on hand always!

Seven.
That is how many Starbucks I pass in my 1+ mile walk to work.
I know. Some of ya’ll are thinking «pffft Starbucks. I never drink Starbucks. I much prefer Blue Bottle.»
Well guess how many Blue Bottles I pass on my direct path to work? Zero. And guess how many minutes earlier I am willing to wake up in order to make the detour? That’s right, zero.
So, as I pass each of the seven Starbucks I close my eyes and chant «I will not spend $ 3 on a latte today, I will not spend $ 3 bucks on a latte today, I will not spend $ 3 on a latte today.»
And about 1 in 3 times my will power fails me and I end up in this always almost-​empty Starbucks that has somehow avoided the hoards of grumpy morning patrons. And then I vow not to fall prey the next day…

I don’t usually write reviews about large chains or coffee empires like Starbucks, but since I just received the best customer service/​plain old niceness last Friday afternoon while ordering my usual chai cream frap, I can’t help but rave on about how pleasant they made my day!
So I walk into this Starbucks location because well, I’ve been there a few times in the past when I was working in the area and knew there happened to be a location in that exact spot. Since I was in the area visiting that day, I decided to stroll in for a little pick me up.
I ordered the usual and then asked the cashier if she could kindly give me my change in all quarters so I could feed the meter. I looked into my wallet to see if there were any more smaller dollars she could exchange for quarters for me. Boo… I only had a ten in there. I hesitated and decided to stop with the one dollar and fifty cents in quarters she was about to hand me. I guess she saw the expression on my face and asked if I needed anymore change. I said it was «Ok» yet she totally insisted.
As if I didn’t feel bad enough, she looks through her cash register to find only a couple quarters. At this point I expected her to give up, I mean, me getting a ticket is my fault, not hers, right? I found myself baffled while staring at her rummage through their tip jar to give me 5 dollars in ones and the rest of the 5 dollars in all quarters.
It took the lady about 3 minutes just to get me the exact change! How sweet of her. She totally didn’t have to! And wow, when she was all done, my drink was handed to me ready to be devoured.
Great service and friendly people. Kudos, Starbucks on 310 Pacific for your exceptional service.

I hate coffee… yes you read that right… i hate coffee… but on the mornings I take my love bag to work they drag me to this starbucks…
But I friggin love this place!
First and foremost, we have come to this place often enough to ALMOST be regulars. I dont know if its because they are just awesome at their jobs or they think im incredibly hot (i like to think its the latter) but every single employee here has the warmest smile on their faces, almost enough to melt this cold, COLD heart of mine (xmas hardly gives me a boner anymore… sigh).
Products are typical Starbucks of course but its the friendly atmosphere that you should come here for, you may enter with a «don’t get in my way this morning, one more irritation may cause me to punch the baby of that irritating tourist in the face!» scowl but leave with a «oh how could i ever have wanted to punch that cute baby in the face… oh wait… its crying… loudly… but can’t punch with a venti double whip cream light caramel topped with cinnamon frappiccino in my hand» smile.
Taylor our baroness of the brew is one awesome woman to behold! Always smiling, always bright (even at 8 in the morning), and more importantly always on the dot! i would come here just for the pleasant conversations me and the love bag have with her.
This starbucks will be the benchmark for all the ones i visit… and unfortunately for them its a very tall bench indeed!

My name was up on the chalk board in this Starbucks for about 3 weeks as «Customer of the Week.» I was a celebrity! ;) My business card was pulled from the jar and I won a free bag of coffee. That made my morning better; I love winning things!
The baristas at this Starbucks tend to be very nice and accommodating. However, the line gets insane before work in the mornings and spills out onto the street out of this tiny store. This is not a big issue unless it’s raining and then it can be quite a pain…
