Ordered a hot chocolate and regular coffee at Presidio Picnic. Both beverages were freshly made, and the milk foam design on the top and time it takes for them to pump out the orders definitely show the care they put into creating their drinks. Hot Chocolate — Very satisfying. It tastes light with a strong hint of real cocoa, but without the bitter taste. The milk foam was dense, not just a filler like in other coffee shops I’ve been to. Coffee — I personally didn’t taste it but my bf, who is a coffee addict and only drinks«real» coffee, gave two thumbs up. The customer service was also superb. Since they were a little slow with churning out our orders, they gave us a big cup even though we ordered a small, and charged us for less. This is a great place to go to for coffee lovers who want coffee made with love and care.

Not a fan of the service from this coffee truck. Just left my coffee on the counter and walked off without even notifying me. Oh well, back to starbucks.

Wonderful coffee! I had an almond milk cappuccino and it’s amazing. It has a wonderful nutty smooth bold flavor to it, unlike other places I’ve been.

Don’t buy anything from Reveille coffee truck because they’re really rude. Find another reveille coffee

I happen to come across this truck and decided to give it a try. While the price is higher, the quality and taste is also higher(IMO). The service was fast, but there wasn’t a bunch of people waiting in line. Not much on the menu, but definitely good if you are coffee drinker and want something to satisfy you tastebuds.

Eh, I was looking for some decent iced coffee in FiDi, because didn’t want to trek all the way down to the Philz truck. A lot of people like this style of coffee, but it is too acidic for me. Tastes a lot like Blue Bottle, which again, people love, but not me. I also asked for a shot of chocolate in my coffee, but their chocolate is in chip form, so they couldn’t add it to an iced drink/

The location is AMAZING. Just around the corner from the office and perfectly satisfies both pre-work and midday caffeine cravings. The lattes are very smooth and cold brews have a good smoky kick.

I get their coffee pretty often. It’s consistently excellent. The baked goods and baguettes are great too.

Great coffee!!! I order the drip coffee and it’s like rocket fuel! So strong, flavorful and really wakes me up. I’ve tried two of their baguettes. These are good but not great– not enough meat and cheese, it’s mostly bread and arugula. But they’re a perfect size for a lunchtime sandwich.

Yuck! I don’t know how anyone can drink this stuff. It’s decent coffee for the first few sips but then the bottom is sooty, gritty and bitter. I love artisanal coffee(don’t tell anyone I used the word artisanal) but they need to figure out a way to filter out the grainy nastiness. Until then, I’m out.

FiDi is no stranger to coffee places; unfortunately for those who take their coffee seriously, we get slapped with a barrage of Starbucks, Peet’s, and The Coffee Beans at every corner in this area. If you’re seeking refuge from aforementioned chains, look no further… Réveille is it. After nearly two hours in a courtroom, we needed coffee. My Unilocal app told me Réveille has a truck a block or so away. Perfect. I’ve been meaning to try them. The latte’s profile here fits right in with the likes of Sightglass, Ritual, and Four Barrel; you can taste some under tones and an overlay of flavors in comparison to Blue Bottle, but you can’t exactly put a finger on what they are. Strong, yet smooth, just the way coffee should be. My friend said his mocha was also really good because the chocolate did not overpower the espresso. Seating is limited, which is probably an understatement. There were four wooden stools that looked like crates and a wooden makeshift table built into a wall that requires you to stand. Oh, and employees are friendly and welcoming. I’ll definitely be back when I have more time to do the pour-over.

Coffee is great as always, but customer service lately has been non-existent. Folks in my office steer clear of reveille due to their high snobbery. But if you can look past that, enjoy the best coffee in San Francisco.

This thing is actually a happiness machine masquerading around as a coffee truck. One sip and you’ll be happy to wake up a little early in order to pass by here on the way to work. Love these folks. Rating Scale: 1 Star: Avoid the town in which this place is located just to be safe. 2 Star: With so many great places to choose from, why risk this one? 3 Star: I’ll try it again or consume here in a pinch. 4 Star: I go here regularly if financially and/or calorically feasible. 5 Star: I look forward to taking my wife or friends here.

I spotted this truck as I took a detour through North Beach. Didn’t know it would end up being so incredible. I ordered a soy latte(I recently got into soy lattes cause it adds a natural sweetness to the coffee without the fattiness of half and half), and enjoyed it very much. The coffee itself was very thick and wholesome(no bitter aftertaste like in some other coffee spots) and they do really cute latte art here too! I believe the truck is only here until 4pm, so don’t come too late!

I was foraging around the urban jungle of this part of San Francisco one morning looking for coffee. Boy was I pleased to see Starbucks nearby but elated to see this little black coffee truck! Starbucks coffee is just a little bit better than McDonalds and just plain boring to me. Réveille Coffee Co. has some interesting and unique roasts with nuances of flavors that really make for a quality cup of coffee. They also do the sustainable thing by keeping real spoons by the cream and sugar station in «clean» and«dirty» canisters. Good job. I have never had any of their lunch bites, but I’m sure they’re pretty good considering the yummy scones I annihilated that morning in front of the truck.

Cool spot to get your caffeine-fix if you are in the area. Look for the dark-colored super-sized cart and the friendly hipster baristas and you’re in the right place. Their coffee drinks are made on the strong side and(therefore) much to my liking. Americano? yes, great. Double-espresso? Whoo, strong. There are a few make-shift chairs for you to sit and sip.

Reveille is a great coffee shop in North Beach that steps away from the traditional and gives you a nice modern experience. The design of the café is clean but still very inviting. The window-facing bar tables allow plenty of natural light in and provide a beautiful view of a North Beach morning unfolding before you. This is a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee on a weekend morning, reading a book or just being in the moment.

I go here to wake up and have a good day. Their soy mochas are amazing and taste what a mocha is supposed to taste like. They don’t adulterate the sacred bean and they don’t test new products on unsuspecting customers: they are waaaay consistent in the goodness they serve. Perfection. Oh and they’re easy on the eyes … all of them.

This mobile coffee stop isn’t a bad option for the everyday Starbucks or Peet stoppers. I’d recommend a change of scenery since it’s only a few blocks away from your most frequented coffee hot-spot. The staff is friendly and service is relatively quick when you need a wake up boost to begin your day.

Réveille Coffee Co. is my destination when I need a STRONG cup of Joe! I’m a regular coffee girl so I can’t vouch for any of the other amazing lattes and fancy drinks. But — if your in need of a gang of caffeine in the morning, you should definitely check this truck out! Aside from the amazing coffee — the pastries look pretty damn delish! Side note — the two guys and girl who run the truck are AWESOME!

If you like a slow pour-over coffee with as much complexity as a $ 12 glass of wine, get it here. They list tasting notes on the menu, and again like a great glass of wine, you can taste what the notes say. If you like gentle lattes that have fruit and brown sugar notes this is also the place for you. If you are in a hurry, the french press is vibrantly flavored and comes out of the truck instantly. If you want a big bitter black campfire roasty bomb cup of coffee that needs cream and sugar for balance, unfortunately you’ll have to go elsewhere. These guys do up four barrel coffee more to my liking than the barristas at four barrel! Bravo!

The brothers who run this truck are ridiculously attractive!!! I went today for the first time, after watching my colleagues giggle every time they return from the coffee truck. This led to high expectations on my part, which were more than exceeded. The younger brother is pleasant in both demeanor and looks! Also, I think the truck has some coffee too, or something.
