The Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to! We all know this is fast food, but let me explain it this way. If I rated this McDonald’s only in a class with other McDonald’s again this was the worst. The owner must completely not care about quality or standards! At this rate I hope corporate pays a visit through the drive through! Every burger bun and price of meat my family ordered was cold and extremely dry like it was sitting out all day. I asked for half lemonade and half tea. I received melted ice Luke warm tea that I KNOWWASMIXEDWITHSOMETYPEOFHI C or orange flavored drink. ALLOFOURFRIESWERESTALEANDDRYANDCOLD. Ughhhhhhhhhhh I feel FOODRAPED. I sure hope someone benefits from this review!

This location has the slowest, worst, self-centered, short-handed staff I have ever seen. From not pulling around guests with large orders in the drive through causing extreme wait times, to associates holding onto your food, two feet away from the counter, while they discuss the work schedule with others who are complaining that there’s not enough coverage as your food becomes cold and unsafe to eat. Do yourself a favor and eat at the other two fast food choices less than 100 feet away. You’ll get better service and not have to worry about getting sick from those who care less about providing good customer service and more about what their personal schedule is going to be as you wait because management won’t hire…

Enjoyed the NEW Asian salad with grilled chicken. Great presentation & very filling. This is not a side salad by any means, it is a full salad filled with greens, mandarin oranges, soybeans, almonds & snow peas. Only paid around $ 5.49& it was worth it. Glad McDonalds switched it up with a tasty option! Hopper location is always clean & the employees give good customer service.

It is McDonald’s one of the nicer and cleaner establishments I have been to. Everything seems to be timely and in order. For what it is I can’t knock it.

Just waited ten minutes in the drive through. What happened to «fast food?» I don’t go there for the quality.

Why does McDonalds here on Hopper Ave in Santa Rosa Ca. water down the front and the drive-through of the store every day between 3−4am for approximately 45 min. We are in our worst drought ever they could use a weed blower. I called the hot line and told them but they keep doing it. I guess they don’t care they like $$$$$$$ I will not be going there again.

I don’t eat McDonalds, mainly because its mostly fillers, emulsifiers, agents and chemicals… FACT! This review is based on a McDonalds employee using a restroom(which is shared with Chevron customers) I personally watched a McDonalds employee relieve himself in a urinal and go straight back to work handling food without washing his hands. This absolutely disgusts me and is illegal.

What a cool McDonalds. Nice plushy diner upholstered booth seats instead of the usual grim plastic tables. Nice fall decorations. Old-school bluegrass on the radio. Lobby open until 11pm daily. Yeah its McDonalds food but sometimes $ 2 for a coffee and apple pie is exactly what you need.

A little too long of a wait for food half the time but it’s a convenient location and the food always came out as ordered and fresh. Other than that, it’s a F U C K ing McDonalds, what did you expect?

Usually, a Mc Donalds can only achieve 3 stars, under the best of circumstances. This one typically screws up my order in the drive through, needing my attention before I drive away. I mean really, why TAKE my order if you aren’t going to give it to me? Anyway, the inside is pretty clean, and the retired crew of old folks inside are pretty entertaining, and the bathrooms are usually presentable. We will continue to stop by for early morning weekend grub on the way to the city, BUT, check your bag before you leave. Is all your food there? Straws? Napkins? Know before you go!

Agree with everybody else. This is one of the worst McDonalds. Drove thru and heard the employee in the background using foul language. Ordered a Happy Meal. Bun on the hamburger was stale. Fries were cold. Won’t be returning.

It’s McDonalds. Not much else I can say. The food is just this side of cardboard and the service is about the same. I have no complaints with this that don’t apply to the whole franchise. One thing of note, though, is the interior of this particular establishment. It is attached to a gas station, which is a bit odd. The booths and such, though, struck me when I was there. Something about the whole thing was kind of pleasant. If you’re in the area and want a quick burger, this is the way to go. There is an Applebees next door, though, and it’s a much better option.

Firstly, I don’t make a habit of poisoning my body with the processed grease and high fructose corn syrup that is masked as food and called McDonald’s. But on one particular occasion, after going to eight wineries, bear republic brewery, and the Nutty Irishman bar, I needed some freakin’ food. Yes, it happened to be midnight, and yes I was way past wasted. Most importantly, yes I happened to be walking through the drive through. You tell me, is it better for me to be walking through the drive through, or should I be drunk-driving and endangering the lives of the general public? I say I should be commended for not driving that night. I could have driven… I could have walked to my car, broken the law, and driven up to the exact same drive though that denied my walk through. But I didn’t. No, I followed the law(except for drunk in public), and I was mistreated. Not only was I denied, but I was given the silent treatment. How much freakin’ trouble is it to give me a burger? You have them sitting there under a heat lamp, made 5 hours ago. Let me get one of those. How rude. Not only is McDonald’s contributing to the obesity problem in America and around the world, but they are encouraging drunk-driving as well. Shame on you McDonald’s!
