Horrible customer service. I am never going back to that place they do not care about customers.

Went in this evening to get a bucket dinner and they told me they didn’t have any white meat in original, but they could fill the order in crunchy. It’s really not what I wanted, but I agreed to take the crunchy. When they started to fill the order the drive through window order took all the white chicken and the girl asked me what did I want to do. I cancelled a $ 21 order! What bull crap. That is like McDonalds being out of hamburgers! Very poorly run KFC! I won’t be back!

The chicken is good they always drop fresh chicken when I come. Family is a big fan of the coleslaw and can always make a meal on just that. Smile on employees faces make one feel welcome. I will be back but wish they would have more crispy ready when I come.

Seriously just sat in the drive through line for over an hour because we got boxed in. At the ordering speaker they told us to order at the window. Little did we know that it would be 50 minutes until we got to the window. It would have been nice for them to give you a heads up that you’ll be sitting in line for an hour and at that time you can make the choice to back out and leave. So irritated! No customer service skills whatsoever.

OK! I know I’ve left a review for this place and I do every year it seems with NO DIFFERENCE! Tonight at 6:45 I go through drive thru and ask for the #7 chicken breast meal and NOPE no chicken breasts. I was offered drums and thighs tho but I only like white meat. I normally get popcorn chicken but those are ALWAYS DRIED OUT AND HARD so I went for something new and NOTHING!
If you like a ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ chance on having a good meal then this is your place. KFC SUCKS NOW it’s not like it was before the colonel died. This place would have been closed!

The manager and staff are great, I go there for lunch alot, they always get it right, and they’re very funny

Don’t do it! You’ll hate life if you eat here, makes me and everyone I know who has eat ever here, sick, and toilet bound every time. Save yourself the discomfort and avoid this sorry excuse for a food establishment.

Seems funny to bother reviewing KFC, but I hadn’t been to one in many years, so what the Hell. I agree with the consensus, barely 2 stars. Really one star except that the chicken really tastes great. It also tastes salty enough to float a battleship. The rest of the stuff (I had one of the $ 5 specials) is vile and deserves no stars.

I have no complain when we come to this place. friendly people good service. Especially the one in the counter who took our order. Her name is Corinne, she have a beautiful face, beautiful smile and a very good customer service.

I’m sorry I had to give it a star at all ! Never do they have there hot wings ready! 18 min wait !!! Oh yeah I’ll wait for wings at KFC for 18 min on my lunch ½ hour :/​or dinner time in my car as I drive threw ! And if you can tell the difference between orig and extra crispy then your a better man then me! Also they never have breasts ready! It’s a chicken place that doesn’t have the number one seller ready! I could go on about more but let’s just say it’s the worse KFC I’ve ever been to!

Corn corn chicken n corn
I’ve bashed KFC for terrible chicken elsewhere, and it’s still not that great here. But on Mondays they have the lowest price for the Chicken N Corn meal I’ve ever seen — just 3 bucks (plus tax). Even in way less expensive parts of the country it’s usually 5 bucks.
If you can overlook the meh chicken it’s a pretty good value. The corn was actually delicious, mashed taters are edible, biscuit has no structural integrity but tastes OK.
Good cheap fillup on Monday, probs wouldn’t bother any other day though. 3 stars for 3 bucks.

First let me say I am regular costumer at KFC and eat this one usually but in the last three or four weeks service has became really poor (bad attitudes by workers, always out of things)
I went here tonight and they got my order to go and when i got home i found out they got my order wrong (they cheated me out of half of my chicken), I had to drive all the way back and all they were going to do is give me to the chicken they cheated me out of, I told them i felt I deserved a refund plus them fixing my order and the manager came our and said all he could do is give me a desert, I didn’t want to make scene a reluctantly agreed and at that point the manager got an really bad attitude, I told him I could do without the attitude
The manger then tried to give me a small cake and I told him I felt I deserved a large one and replied he couldn’t do it, I then told him I would just contact corporate and it seems this made him more mad and increased his bad attitude and he angerly got a large one and said «anything to make you happy.
When I was leaving he rudely said «you’ll call corporate and tell them i fixed it», I replied «yes» I just wanted to get out of there.
I will never eat at that KFC again and as much as I like KFC I will just go to Popeye’s from now on even though it’s further away.

Food is okay but it would be nice if they didn’t fry the crap out of it. And they are always out of the food. Not worth it.

Well first off… it’s KFC. So right there they lose a star.
Then they didn’t have a menu i could look at before i was to place my order… so immediately the chicken slave on the radio started asking me for my order… so i panicked… and ordered. lost star.
THEN i didn’t even get the right sandwich… weak. lost star.
PS– I was only at KFC because one of the guys at my work loves it… and you can’t deny a man his cheap fried chicken. No sir.
