These people are so rude and the manager(some mexican women) refused service to me in the drive through because they were over charging me and I asked to see the receipt she said I could not see the receipt of what I was paying for until I paid for it but I was refused service because I wanted to see exactly what I was paying for you can tell they don’t get much business it’s always dead well now we know why the need to get new staff especially management they set the tone for the worm environment and as I told you what had happened not a very professional setting! I was in the drive through for Pete sakes well I had to learns the hard way why the have no business.

So I’m judging it against other fast food chains. It’s hashbrowns are incredible. it’s not potato bits mixed with flour. they use potato, and deep fry them. the fish sandwiches, when they were available, tasted like actual cuts of fish deep fried. their breakfast sandwiches are on par with other chains, and the roast beef is all right, but their sides and special menu items are great. I mean in comparison to other chains, they really are great. it isn’t just more things added to a current sandwich. i will go back, even if it is for these few menu items. for the price and quality, it is worth it. i really don’t see why arbys is the brunt of many jokes. it at least tastes like someone cooked it, and not just reheat something.

I am writing this pleading for corporate or a manager to reach out! This place is disgraceful! I tried to get food for my small children today and was refused service because I returned a milkshake that was the wrong flavor?! Are you kidding me? Two of my children has illnesses(permanent) that I needed to get food home to ! And they refuse to serve me! Please someone contact me this is outrageous

Used to be a decent place. I don’t know if all the old employees left or what but now they have all been replaced by weirdos. The orders are wrong almost every time I go. There are a couple of Latin females who can’t speak english very well and get angry when they have trouble understanding what you say. Even had one get so frustrated from trying to understand that she got the soda flavor wrong that she pulled out a sign that said«we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone». She then shut the window and waited for us to leave without our order. I’m sure its hard speaking two languages but theres no need to get angry over soda at someone who is smiling. To top it all off there is a TIPJAR at the window. A tip jar at a drive-thru? Really? Lol

Arby’s in Santa Rosa, CA. They made a mistake and put vanilla shake in our order instead of the chocolate shake we ordered. We drove back and returned it. Evidently this upset the staff. The staff refilled the shake with another vanilla. She made the same mistake a third time before getting it correct. We finally did get the chocolate shake we paid for. I guess this ruffled some feathers because now they refuse to serve us there anymore. They called the police on us the last time we were there. I guess the lesson is, don’t order a chocolate shake at Arby’s or you might end up in jail. Or perhaps this is the revenge of the low minimum wage.

A tip jar at the drive-thru window is incredibly tacky!!! Wow, really left me with a poor impression! Took a very long time to get my food, all the while the tip jar is covering half of the drive-thru window. Tacky!!!

I never had a problem with arbys until my last few visits. This location is a bit slow sometimes but food and service have always been decent. Yesterday my daughters cola was wrong kind. Trip before I asked for my sauerkraut on the side as I always do but when I checked the sauerkraut wasn’t there. I never have a problem with dining in and the place is always clean. The employees are always fast and friendly when dining in. The food has always been pretty good for fast food.

Customer service is the only reason it gets any stars at all. The cashiers are almost always friendly or quirky or polite. I’m never really impressed with any food here but I go every once in a while when there’s something new that looks really good. But every time I leave completely disappointed, the food is edible, yes, but there is usually so many things wrong with it, taste, texture presentation and just the price vs. worth. It bombs on everyone of these aspects, regardless of what I order, it just is what it is, at every Arby’s.

I can’t properly review because the Santa Rosa Arby’s location because their website provides inaccurate information. At 10:45, I wanted to see if Arby’s Santa Rosa was open. I went to their website and it didn’t provide the hours it was open. The phone number provided connected to a fax machine after 3 rings. All of Arby’s competitors do better than this. I suggest going to one of them.

Stopped by for lunch because they had a sign out front for 3 Classics for $ 5.95. Great deal and I love their roast beef sandwiches. Service was fast and friendly, food was great and place was clean.

I’ve slammed Arbys and kinda wrote them off before, but after my man Florida posted a picture of the new Smokehouse Brisket that looked SOLEGIT, I had to at least give the sandwich a try. Welp. Would have been nice if I could have tasted the 13 hour smoked meat except the thing was so swimming in BBQ sauce that that’s all I could taste. Guess I have to go to Colorado to get a decent one. The orange creamsicle shakes they have for a limited time really aren’t bad tho

My kids love Arby’s! I don’t mind taking them there sometimes, I like it better than most fast foods, but tonight we went to the one on Hopper ave, we used the drive through, and when we got home the meat in the classic roast beef sandwich was completly rancid. I was shocked! It smelled terrabel, and the taste was just that horrible rotten meat flavor. I have never had that happen before. So I tried to call, and let them know, but I can’t find a phone number anywhere, only fax .I don’t think we will ever go there again.

What can I say, it’s Arby’s. I feel like their food is slightly healthier than burgers, but I honestly don’t know for sure. What I can say is that their jalapeño poppers with bronco berry sauce are completely awesome. They really need to bottle and sell that sauce. Staff service is competent and usually friendly. The restaurant could be a little cleaner.

Arby’s has some good deals, so taking advantage of that is what makes for a nice time. This particular Arby’s had(used to have?) a really grouchy and mean senior citizen manager at times, but a really great guy manning the register at others. 4 stars if the tattoos-on-the-forearm guy is there(no Arby is ever worth 5 stars), and maybe even less than one with the other guy.

I’m not a fan of Arby’s Roast Beef sandwiches, but I love their Chicken Tenders! They’ve never messed up an order for me/my boyfriend. They did however, take a very long time to cook the Chicken Tenders, but to compensate, they gave 5 tenders instead of 3. The workers are really nice and friendly.

I came here to order a fish sandwich which isn’t that bad considering it’s fast food. Of course, they f*** my order and gave me something completely different. How freakin hard is it to get an order right — it’s not rocket science. So, if you’re gonna come here and eat, make sure to double check your order.
