I went in the drive thru and they can’t even get your drink right. The person taking orders for it doesn’t even know what he is doing. I been to that location a lot in the last 3 years. The worst experience I had there. Not going to that taco Bell any more. I will just drive to the Windsor location next time.

Worst Management skills I have ever seen. Huge drive thru line a week ago, so I parked and went in. There was no one inside waiting to order, but three people were waiting for food. I ordered and quickly realized, NO ONE IS GETTING THEIR FOOD IN HERE! Yet, the Drive Thru line is moving constantly. After waiting 15 mins and seeing someone who walked in 10 mins after order and get his food. I got mad and said something. The manager could not have care any less. Her actual words to her co-​worker, «I don’t care, he has no clue»
Fast food is horrible for you. We all know this. Why do we keep going back? Because we want something to eat now. Not in 20 – 25 mins from ordering and watching 12 – 15 cars go thru drive thru.

This is my favorite location and I will drive out of my way if I have the time for good reason. Last night everyone was craving taco bell. We had an almost 50.00 order, and not one thing was messed up or missing. They put my lettuce on the side for my items, and my guacamole. Everything was so spot on, and the service was so incredibly fast and friendly. The nice lady that took our order was all smiles and good humor. So nice to have a flawless order again from this location. Wish they were all this great. We had fun cutting most of it into pieces for everyone to try different items. I loved everything I tried and I really do love their guacamole. The only thing that was a bit much for me was the potato griller. While the flavor is good, its a bit salty for me because of all the bacon. Years ago I would have been all over that bacon

I frequent this location regularly as it is near my work. They are consistently friendly and the service is great. Best fast food service in town. Today’s burrito was hot and fast as usual.

I am a Taco Bell fan. It is hard to give any fast food high stars but at-​least when I go to this location what I get is consistent, the staff is friendly and everything is timely. I can’t say that about other locations in Sonoma County.

Yeh, I know Taco Bell food is remarkably distasteful even for fast food … but honestly those $ 1 chicken mini quesedillas they have now have a good amount of chicken for the price and don’t taste bad. Their poke at sriracha cheese sauce is also way the hell better than Jack In The Box’s (the stuff they ruined the redesigned breakfast burritos with). Dunno if I would mess with that sawdust beef but 2 mini chicken quesedillas does me for a quick lunch for a whopping 2.30 or so after taxes
Mostly high marks here for on-​the-​ball employees and they have an almost shockingly clean and nice restroom for a Taco Smell.

This Taco Bell is one of the worst ones in Santa Rosa. I hate going to this location. The service is always slow, the staff has a hard time giving you your change back (as far as counting out change goes) If your in the drive thru and you ask for sauce they give you 2 – 3.
You get what you paid for as far as food goes, but when the service is bad it just makes all seem not worth it. Each location is operated on its own but Taco Bell needs to set some MANAGEMENT standards.

I come here all the time since its closest to my house, and it’s like the people know me just from my order. I have been ordering the veggie cantina burrito which is worth the price because it tastes amazing. Before that I got a crunch wrap supreme with a few changes. The people there are nice, quick, and rarely get my orders wrong.

It seems as though every time I go to this specific Taco Bell, my stomach always regrets it about seven hours later… in the middle of the night… while I’m «supposed» to be sleeping. My boyfriend and I always order the same thing: soft and crunchy tacos, a simple chicken burrito, sometimes a chalupa, and definitely plain nachos. The crunchy tacos tend to always be soggy and the soft tacos are NEVER decent/​edible. The beef doesn’t taste real and the rice either has very little flavor or is hard as rock from being stale. It seems like a waste about half way through the meal and then two hours later, we’re hungry again. We’ve actually boycotted this Taco Bell; I’ve never called the Disease Control center, but I HAVE had to call off work because of how ill this food made me. Approach with major caution!

If I could vote 0 I would they are an independent not a real Taco Bell. They do not follow the rules the normal ones do. Their prices are higher and food is crappier. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

I like most people love my fast food! I know it is not good for you but at times one does need food and fast! Saturday the 22 was no exception. I wanted to go to jack in the box but the line was a mile long. Than McDonald’s was backed up too! I slunk over to Taco Bell across from McDonald’s and hopped in a line of only two people. I ordered a Burrito Supreme and two soft taco’s! I went home to enjoy them and bit into the burrito Supreme. The first bite was fine but the second bit I hit something really hard. I spit it out when I could feel the size and metal t taste it had. I spit out a screw! The kind one would use to secure a light cover plate to the wall. I called up the manager and explained what happened. He was like well I guess you should bring in the food so we can re-​do your order and give you your money back. I upgraded for free got my money back minus the tax I had paid. The girl who made the food apologized. The manager was not so apologetic.
