I went to the mall to run a few errands, and wanted to get a gift for my 10 year old daughter who was away for 3 weeks and saw some earrings she really loved. I got to the store at 8:45pm (knowing the mall closed at 9pm) and the store was already closed for the night. I drove back 3 days later (I live 1 hour away) and got to the store by 7pm, and yup… the store was closed. An employee from a store next door told me the manager closed early, and does it a lot and would not be coming back for the night. Whoever owns this store (if it is a franchise)…some advice, perhaps a new manager would be your best bet!!!

Spur of the moment ear piercing trip for the daughter! I wasn’t too impressed with one employee as she just didn’t communicate very well.
Also — here’s how they getcha: They bring over the BIGGEST bottle of cleaning solution they have so they can tell you they are going to open it in front of you because it is about to belong to you, and you say, «Oh, of course! No problem.» Then you get home and realize there is no way in HE## you ever needed a bottle that large and that’s just their way of making an extra few bucks off of you. That stuff will start to mold before it ever gets halfway emptied.
I had to return a second time due to a running mishap my daughter had — while swiping her shirt out of her face while she was running, it snagged her ear and out came the earring, never to be found.
The lady who helped me was really fantastic. I had my 50% coupon at home and told her so, then she honored it anyway and said I could come back in and still use the coupon! Score!!! I should really pay attention to getting names more often.
Over all, fun store and lots of cute girlie things.

I really love this store. Their Hello Kitty section is so very cute. They sell super cute jewelery, make up, and hair accessories. Their products are geared for young girls. I really like their Hello Kitty earrings, necklaces, and key chains. I always visit this store when I am in Santa Rosa. They have a lot of items in a very small space so you really need to squeeze into tight corners to look at everything. This store has so many cute items, I bought a brush with gems all on the back, very shiny and sweet. I bought some Hello Kitty earrings and I love them. Do visit this store if you are in the Santa Rosa mall. You will find many sweet cute items.
