stopped in store and told about my grandfather clock issue with running. came out to house performed service. Got it running perfect. Even called back to see if things are working okay. Charge for house call was very reasonable.

Mixed reviews. I have been in three times. The first time, they fixed a clock for me. The work was well done, within reason, with one exception, they did not put the face back on straight but that was easily fixed. The second time, I went to get a watch battery. I did not want to wait for Sear’s. They fixed it quickly and for(a little less) money than Sear’s charges. When I went in last weekend to get a watchband, they wanted TWICE(no kidding) the price that Sears was charging for similar bands. The band was marked $ 65. He offered to sell it to me for $ 50 and made it sound like a deal. I went to Sears the next day(they were closed that night) and got a just as good band for $ 28.

Bought a Luminox Watch here. As a Nurse, being able to see the second hand in the dark is priceless. Had trouble with the watch and owner replaced it with brand new watch! Did not have to deal with warranty or anything! Owner definitely stands behind his merchandise.

Haha. Walked in and had to say hello to the guy sitting behind the counter. When I asked if he could help me with fixing my watch, he looked back at his phone and said«I don’t know». When I asked if he had any parts or could give me an estimate he said«I don’t know». Then I asked how long it might take and he said«I don’t know. You can leave it with use for a day and we might be able to let you know if we can fix it. I can’t tell you how much it might cost either. «Basically it was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a retail store. Definitely didn’t leave a watch with them. It’s probably a front for something because the guys didn’t seem like they even knew what a watch was.
