Overpriced for what you get… Not that great of wings. Inspired me to learn to make better wings at home.. . more for a fraction of the price. Healthier. YUMMIER.

Latisha was an amazing waitress. Very organized and has her job down packed. I didn’t car for their boneless wing saucing but we also had bone in and they came out amazing. Beer was cold and as expected. Will give it another shot on my wing selection.

The corporate model for BWW makes it very easy for staff to cluster together in various alcoves and avoid customers. That the place is cacophonous and crowded doesn’t help. Until franchise holders dare to shake things up a bit, this will be the slowest place in town. We need MOREFRESHGREENFOOD to sustain life. We LOVE the Wings and excellent Sauces here… there’s not very much more enticing or fresh, sadly. I think it would be cool if customers got to choose what plays on the 58SCREENS… Sports aren’t the same as Jesus in all parts of the country.

Came here early and there was plenty of seating. We were seated right away and our drink order and appetizer order taken promptly. If you like peach then you need to try the peach smash. It’s got the right amount of peach flavor and it tastes really good! We ordered the pretzels and they came out piping hot. Our waitress Vida was always checking on us and making sure we didn’t need anything else. We ordered the crispy tenders and the crispy garden salad. Both were really good and flavorful. The portions were big and I wish I ordered the 4 tenders instead of 6. But now I have leftovers for lunch tomorrow. Yummy. And the Asian zing sauce is to die for. I always order this sauce because it’s sweet and spicy and the same time without being overly hot. Now the only thing is how to make my own Gift cards used wisely this visit. Not disappointed.

We came here despite the poor rating and the staff delivered! Ordered garlic mushrooms and at other BWW I have been to I typically got a way larger serving. Brought it up to our waiter and he informed the female Manager. She promptly came over explaining that everything is portioned by weight. I explained I had been to several other locations and received way bigger portions. She was great and went back to the kitchen returning with an entire full serving for us. Now that is taking care of a guest! Our server was also very polite and professional. With the large numbers of poor customer service in Santa Fe it is amazing when you receive otherwise. Good job!

This is my first and I hope my only one star review. I should’ve not stayed when it took more than five minutes to be seated when the place was empty. It was about 1:30PM and not a hostess or waitress in sight. And we did get seated our waitress was not too enthused to be there and it showed. We did get a waiter from the bar come by and he was the only happy person in this building. I ordered a blues burger and it was as thin as paper and did not taste very good. I did not finish it and I wasn’t even ask if there was anything wrong with it she just took it away. I wish there was something good I can say about my experience here but the place was empty I don’t see this place making it in Santa Fe with this kind of service and this kind of food. This is one reason I try to stick with local eatery but I was invited so be it.

Very poor service. Food was delivered cold(they did take back and re-deliver). While experience lead to a 90 minute dining experience to feed 3 adults and 2 kids. Will not return. Easily the worst BWW I have been to.

Read reviews. I wasn’t sitting for 60 seconds and got approached by a very friendly waitress, Letisha. Ordered lunch wings with side salad. Salad was good. Fresh lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers. The wings were fine. Typical BWW.

PATHETIC service. We had to ask for napkins and silverware, and got a look of disgust from wait staff like it was our fault. They screwed up our order, and gave us cold fries. We where also served a very small side of onion rings. I asked the manager if it looked like a $ 6 order of food. They took it away and 10 minutes later I had to ask where the rings where. I have 2 complimentary snack size wing coupons and they are going in the trash. I’ll never come here again. Update: It gets better. They are now charging us for the comped onion rings. What a farce.

I’ve been three times here. In my opinion, it’s too expensive for the quality of the food and also the quantity. Also some waiters were rude and not nice to us. Go to KFC

5 of the 6 times I have been here the service has been awful. The food comes out very slow regardless of the amount of people and they often forget bleu cheese and or ranch. They have had many managers and maybe this time they will actually be solid? Will review again the next time and see if it improves.

Visited Santa Fe New Mexico Buffalo wild Wings 9÷27÷15 for the first time. We were seated promptly. Then the terrible service began. We sat there for 10 min before one of the several servers who seem to be around us finally came to out table, after we had to say something. We ordered drinks our waited left to get them. 10 more minuets later finally came with our drinks. We ordered food which was brought out one at a time. We even had food brought to us that we did not order. Had to track our server to get water,!!! Got out check had to find our server AGAIN so we could pay our check. Food was ok but service was bad. Resturant was full but not that busy. We left soon after we ate. In the parking lot on the side of the building were 7 employees on there break all smoking. Seems to me they care about social time more than customers.

Cmon! We love coming here for the games. But the chicken was undercooked, told the server but no resolution to that problem. Same TV from last year is still malfunctioning… All the teams are pink. And despite requesting a different TV for the game… Our disabled daughter was unable to differentiate the teams when all were pink… They kept insisting the TV was OK Finally got them to turn the game on different TV. Women’s bathroom still has 2 broken locks in the stalls

Considering we came here at 12 am after Zozobra, I have to say our experience was pretty good. Our server was exhausted but attentive and our food came out quick. We gorged ourselves on baked pretzels(delicious!), fried pickles and, of course, wings. Even at midnight, the place was loud and brightly lit up.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a restaurant. No apologies for a pretzel taking 20 minutes to make, no apologies for not being greeted within 15 minutes, no apologies for our drinks taking 10 minutes. Pathetic. Also, we ran into a couple at The Ranch House when we left Buffalo Wild Wings and they had the same experience. Terrible service, terrible management, and terrible bar tending. Will never recommend to anyone.

Wings are decent. Service is often slow. Place is often dirty, bathrooms(men’s) filthy. And why the heck can’t they serve REAL blue cheese with the wings!!!

Would be one star if it was not for the manager. Seated at a table. Nothing but a menu put down with us. Took seven minutes for a waiter to take out drink orders. We each ordered a beer on tap and a water. Waiter needs to see ID which we understand. Being out of state, he needed the manager get to verify. No problem. Five minutes later, no drafts, no water. Waiter needs to know what size we want on the drafts. Guess he forgot to ask when we ordered. He runs off, then comes back to take our order. Still no water. We reminded him about the water. Appetizer comes out. No utensils or napkins. For that matter, no drinks. Can we get some? Sure he says. Off he goes. Drafts come out. I see him put utensils in his apron. He goes to get the water. Water delivered. Walks away with our utensils. Appetizer finished. No sign of food. Still no utensils. Wife’s order shows up. Not right. But they ran off too fast. Waiter comes by. Dude, can we get some utensils? Where is my food? Her order is wrong. He looks dumbfounded. At that time the kitchen manager comes out with order papers in her hands. Apparently my order was jammed in printer. Mentioned wife’s messed up order and how long we have waiting. She assures us it will be out quickly and replaces wife’s order too. At least we have utensils now. Waiter offered free desert as a comp for screw ups. Told him not interested. Too late at night. So my order comes out. Not what I ordered. Close. Waiter apparently did not know the boneless wing combo was not available after lunch. Why would he? Menu did not even mention it. Too hungry to care. Waiter was obviously new. Technical problems messing up kitchen. Waiter had too many tables. Asked for check. He said he would get the manager to take something off. Over the next 7 – 10 min he comes by twice to see if the manager came to see us. Said she was giving us 50% off. I said fine. Just give me my check so can be going. Manager finally comes over. She sits down with us. We had a great chat. We are not unreasonable people. We are business professionals. We could tell he was new. We discussed some ideas to help him out. She was very open to finding ways to help him improve. We do not want him fired. He got thrown in too fast. Told her they need to fix kitchen tech issues too. Overall no different than any other BWW I have been too. Give them a chance. Fairly new. I think they have a workforce issue finding qualified and willing workers. They also seem to have support issues with their kitchen support technology that corporate can’t seem to work out.

Wow, went here for take out on a Saturday, it was a UFC fight night, place was packed even in entry. Kinda gypie charging $ 5 for the fight ??? Didn’t matter to me wasn’t there for fight. Ordered take out went to bar to get beer while waiting for my waiting for my take out(didn’t have to pay $ 5 ?) Ordered a beer bartender just brought me a tall. That’s the 3 star rating. Didn’t mind she just brought me the largest, should have asked me though.

Five stars for BWW’s and it’s all due to our server, David. Hoping to catch the World Cup Final before heading to the airport, we were snubbed by a diva working at local sports bar Juction. Sports bars are pretty scarce in Santa Fe, so my handy Unilocal app led us to BWW. This location is no different from any other BW3 location — except for the service. David, as previously mentioned, was the most attentive and cheerful server I came across during my entire 4-day stay in SF. Beers were refilled, trash was bussed … give this kid a raise!
