I met Dustin in 2012 and have invested in many deals with him since.
He has done everything he said he would. I most recently did a DHI trip in November of 2015 and purchased 3 properties at Auction.

I decided to sign up for The Dustin Hahn International Real Estate Action Seminar. I talked to someone named Kenny, who at the time wanted 6000 dollars in 3 installment payments or 5000 if I could pay all upfront. I gave him 5000, which is a lot of money but I wanted to learn about auctions. My friend and business partner also wanted to go, and so, I fronted 500 dollars for a reserved seat for my business partner. I signed NO CONTRACT, just paid 500 dollars via debt card. a week later, my friend became very ill and as of 09/​10/​2014 was brought to the hospital, where he still remains. I canceled his seat a week before the trip and was told that a full refund was being processed. I waited, and waited and waited some more after calling Kenny, then a guy named greg, who both promised me, that they would get right back to me. I got nothing but silence from both. I finely called someone named Amy, (888) 494‑0511 who told me, that I would not be receiving a refund, because I was told it was non refundable reservation. I told her, «I was told no such thing, and that I was told the exact opposite the day I canceled the trip.» I told her, I will have to file a complaint against the company and Amy’s reply was, «Go ahead, you still won’t get a return.» I then informed Amy, that I gave a full week before the trip, and she still refused to give me a refund. I asked Amy who was her boss and she said, «I have no boss, but I’ll be happy to ask Dustin himself for your refund on Monday,» the 22^nd of Sept 2014 and hung up. Once these people get your money, good luck in getting it back. They will keep your money and then still call you and ask you to join them on more auctions for the low price of 2500.00 dollars a trip now that the initial 5000.00 is paid. Give me my return first, then talk to me about continued business. I have had nothing but unanswered calls for the most part. I recommend not doing business with these people. There is no reason not to give a full refund when you cancel a week before the trip due to a medical emergency.
