Jack In The Box

We just went through the drive through with a fairly large order with a few complicated substitutions and add ons. I must say that our «server» Sabrina was so polite and friendly! She was handeling multiple tasks, kept her cool, and had a smile on her face the whole time! I never thought a drive-​through experience could me so pleasant lol. To top it off, our order didnt have a single mistake! She definately needed some recognition :). Five big stars for Sabrina!

The last two trips to this Joint I will call it because of the kid at the drive thru. Ordered a #2 which I get everyday at the Great Curtner location. Anyway I get home and have the wrong food. Last night ordered from same kid with a attitude at the drive thru. Was checking the bag to make sure he had given me the right burger this time he says you don’t trust me while he’s picking his nose. Will never be back here. People go to the one on Curtner or any other one around.

Shyla Ann. What an employee. Everyone working seemed to be in such a good mood and I’m sure it was all because of her. Plus it sounded like she was training someone while running the drive thru and inside.
Chicken tenders were the only thing… worst ever.

This is probably the place I like to drive-​thru and buy the munchie box for during a late night grub. It’s great to stop by window-​shoppable areas. It’s located on the beautiful busy Willow Glen streets with other nice, healthier eateries. So when I come here, I’m usually feeling like «oh yeah! not gonna pretend my life is dandy and sweet and join these happy people on Willow. I will find a more fitting junky meal with Jack’s». Overall, customer service and experience has been satisfactory. No complaints on food, since you can’t expect higher quality for such a low price already. It is my preferred Jack’s to head to.

Out of all the jack in the boxes I’ve been to, none have simultaneously been so sketchy… or had food delivered as fast as this one does. It’s full of interesting characters especially around 2AM, but the food is always fast and of the quality you’d expect.

Like how this one conveniently just down the street from the nearby Willow Den bar, making it an ideal place to go grab a late night bite and sober up after a night of drinking.

I try not to go to fast food but Jack in the Box ingredients are usually fresher. I went here last night.
The cleanliness is average fast food place. The clientèle were creepy druggies. I ordered a Jumbo Jack and one side of it was cold. It ended up making me ill.

Came here with my ex. It’s like ratchet central. If you’re looking for crazy drunk or high people, honey, this is the place. Service is fast tho but I wouldn’t wana Sfay for more than 10 minutes. We walked here after seeing how McDonald’s is closed. Fries are on point. Ranch on the side. Perfect. Open late, good food, plenty of people.

The staff here is terrific from Amanda who now works late evening, to Angel who’s there in the morning and is so sweet and I can’t forget Oscar and Sue. I am hooked on their iced tea. medium iced tea no lemon extra ice yummy.

The staff at the window are always super friendly! The drive thru is also very quick. We only order the breakfast burritos, but this location makes them best! The portions are generous, the bacon is crisp, and they’re not overly greasy.

Michael is the business. Greatest customer service I have ever received at any fast food joint. This guy needs a promotion.

I usually have no faith in fast food but I do like Jack in the Box. Too many customers last night or something was amiss, because I was cheated out of $ 1.00. Many times I look the other way when a cashier makes a mistake with small change but a whole dollar! My cashier was Kayla, and she got the order right, gave me a compliment on my eyes and then stole my change! Wow! I looked at my receipt and although I handed KAYLA two $ 5.00 bills (total check was $ 7.90) she punched in that I gave her a twenty dollar bill and pulled out a five dollar bill from drawer, shut the drawer and realized her mistake, but she short changed me. TISK TISK! :(She put the five dollar bill back and gave me one dollar bill and a dime…

I could be starving and I’ll never order jack n that
kids love this place. that’s the only reason why I give 5 stars. OK maybe I’ll get a coke and that’s it. lmfao

This JIB is closed for «remodeling» but they can’t be bothered to put up a sign telling regular customers what to expect. Obviously they no longer want my business. I will never come here again. The food is getting worse anyway. They seem to think big=good. So I won’t miss it. There are many better alternatives.

Best Jack in the Box ever.
I mean, the food is the standard fast food, so you either love it or you don’t. I know they’re terrible for me, but I’m addicted to the curly fries.
But the employees here are simply amazing — they’re happy, they work hard and quickly, and they’re just so freakin’ nice. Whenever I drive by this place, I want to swing through the drive-​thru just to buy something and keep these guys employed!

I’ve always wondered who or why anyone would rate a fast food chain. I mean it’s fast food, aren’t all chains the same? I very very rarely get fast food, and when I do I feel awkward and humiliated hoping no one sees me. Anyway, my normal style is Igetting In n Out once every couple months if I’m feeling chubby.
Last night I got in a good old fashioned fight with my girlfriend and was feeling pretty terrible about myself. I thought, «what is the one thing I could do that would make me feel like even worse of a person.» Then it hit me, go get two cheeseburgers from Jack in the Box at 11 at night.
I did the drive thru even though I hate when people wait in lines in a drive through instead of walking inside. Service was good but I have nothing to compare it to because last time I did a drive thru my mom was bribing me with Mcdonalds to get me to go to Hebrew School.
The food is as good as fast food can be. If you are feeling depressed, want to get fat, and live near by I saw go for it. It’s better than what I remember Mcdonalds to be– probably depends on what you order.
Also– as an update, I’m finishing this review from a couple months ago… Being the hypocrite I am– i’ve probably been here 4 times in the past 6 months. I went in with a bunch of friends after hardcore kings and eff the dealer. We were all drunk and hungry. Tasty food– good service.

Great place in a convenient part of Willow Glen!
Fantastic service and quick access for food. It’s a good place to sit down and eat or go through the drive-​thru, if you’re on the go. Check it out and you won’t be disappointed, if you are a fan of Jack in the Crack.

I have come to this Jack in the Box several times, even before I moved near the area. The primary reason I come to this location and choose this location over other Jack in the Box’s and other fast food places is for one main reason, Ezequiel. Ezequiel always has a great attitude and provides beyond excellent customer service. I would even say his ability to give customer service is a whole lot better then most waiters and customer service employees. He is just a great person and I will continue to choose this location and tell friends to come here because of him just to see him be cheerful, its contagious. :)

They have a computer where you can order your meal!
I learned that there’s an onion spread in the sourdough jack!
That comp thing is amazing, it’s easy, quick, and you really don’t have to explain your complicated meal to anyone (i’m super picky).

Highlights:
— Service: the lady behind the counter (wish I had gotten her name) was super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. She happily explained the new items to me with commentary of what she thought of em: really good, fills you up, etc. Maybe my fast food service expectation is low, but she was fantastic.
— Table delivery: if you eat inside, you get a number and are served to your table Carl’s Jr. style

Midlights:
: — Pita snacks: they were new and tried them this day. How can you not when you see that commercial a gazillion times? I liked the options of grilled chicken, fried chicken, steak, or fried fish. I got grilled chicken and it was ok – kind of reminded me of the Taco Bell Chalupa. I like the chicken fajita pita better – filled with more stuff and a thinner pita.
Lowlights (my flip side to highlights):
— Super small inside: one of the smallest I’ve seen and not so much area to sit.
— Bit dangerous, as it’s right by one of my new dance studios. I might end up here more often than I’d like. ;-)
I’ll be back for a snack if I’m in Willow Glen and have a Jack attack.
