The pizza? Fantastic! But the staff don’t give a f**k about their jobs or doing it right. I ordered from door dash and specified no onions and no olives for my Mediterranean pizza. Imagine how p*ssed off I am to get a pizza with onions and olives. Door Dash apologized to me even though the error was not theirs and got another pizza ordered while also calling the restaurant to make sure they got my order right. I got a phone call from someone confused and angry saying that they already made my pizza why did I place a duplicate order? He barely spoke English. I explained what had happened and he said okay and hung up the phone. 30 mins later another pizza was delivered. The pizza wasn’t even cut into slides and was very burned. To the management: You have lost a customer and you have some firing to do. This is a favorable economy for you. There are so many people who need jobs and will do a fantastic job of making customers happy. Clean house. Fire the sh*ts that work there and get better English speaking people who can do justice to your incredible recipes.

Not really impressed with willow street pizza. The restaurant as a whole has a good vibe to it and the service is great but the food is sub-par. To start off they give you honey wheat bread. There were four of us eating and the waitress essentially gave us one roll which was uncut so we had to grab pieces of it. We then ordered the cheesy garlic bread as a starter which is no longer on the menu but the cooks still make it. The bread was okay. It was about the size of a 9 inch flat bread pizza. Although it didn’t taste too bad, it wasn’t worth the $ 10. For lunch I got a lunch size pasta and caesar salad. The salad was big and yummy. The pasta that I got was the vodka prawn fettucine but with chicken instead of prawns. I don’t know if it was because I got it with chicken, but I really didn’t like it and I LOVE pasta. It’s rare that I don’t finish it. Overall I think the service here is great but they need to improve on their food.

My boyfriend and I had been wanting to try this place for a while, but for some odd reason, we never made the effort to bookmark it. We came by for lunch yesterday because my friend invited us. The complimentary bread is really, really good. It’s a type of bread I have only had one other place in my life, and that place is no longer in business. It’s soft, doughy, and comes in a chunk, uncut. Kinda weird, but too good to matter. The garlic bread is the size of a personal pizza. It’s pretty big, but it wasn’t that great. Definitely wouldn’t want to order it again. I ordered the artisan salami and cheese personal pizza, and I was disappointed to discover it wasn’t very good. Not sure if it’s the types of meat and cheese they use, or the way they cook it, but I’ve had many far better pizzas. I was hungry, so I finished my own pizza, but neither my boyfriend or my friend finished theirs, which were Italian and margarita pizzas, respectively. We all ordered the soup, which was a cream of roasted bell pepper soup. «I know, it sounds gross, but it’s actually delicious,» our sever said. Personally, I didn’t think so, but it wasn’t bad. I don’t really see myself coming here again, but if I do, I wouldn’t order the same pizza or soup.

Better than I thought! We ordered for the first time through doordash not only did they deliver fast but the food was amazing. I was expecting the dough to be hard and I wasn’t expecting it to taste so good but it taste delicious and the dough was super soft which I love. Even the crust which is important to me when it comes to pizza lol. I will definitely go back there or order from there again.

Food was delicious! I ordered the thin crust garlic chicken pizza. It was one of the top 10 best pizzas I’ve had! Definitely worth a try, even you think your pizza expectations are high. My only suggestion is too add a bit less salt to your entrees please! We ordered the aforementioned pizza + caesar salad + pasta, and they were all a bit too salty.

I enjoyed my dinner here last night. We were seated in 5 minutes, just as the host had stated. Our waiter was a true professional. Answered our questions promptly and delivered the food quickly. Even though he was handling multiple tables and tons of requests from customers, he brought us everything we wanted without a hiccup. My plate was tasty. Chicken sandwich with fries and a cold unsweetened yet flavorful iced tea. Everything was quick and straight to the point. I’ll be coming back for sure!

Me and my husband have been here 5 or 6 times. Service is always slow at dinner and the food is ok(not good, not bad), but it is very close for us, so good enough. Until tonight. I have to go gluten free and that means that ordering take out is not that easy. Luckily I saw online that they had gluten free options. So I ordered the gluten free pepperoni pizza and went to pick it up. It was $ 17 for a small pizza, which I think is expensive, but I was still OK with it. I came home(5 min drive) and the pizza was cold and the crust was burned. Needless to say we probably won’t be coming back here. It’s a shame, it is so well located and every body loves Italian food, but this is really not good enough.

What a sad state of affairs. My initial review was for 3 stars because I’ve had mixed experiences with their food. Sometimes it has been very good and sometimes really not. They really had not lost me as a customer at that point and I wasn’t looking for any compensation…3 stars is just meh… it isn’t terrible. However, after what transpired next, I have never been back. After my review, the owner contacted me asking for more information about my experience. I took the time to go into great detail about my many experiences and what had transpired… the good and, honestly, the really bad, which I had not shared here. I really felt I was being helpful and tried to be a good customer and provide some real feedback. The owner then did not get back to me for a month. When she did, she asked me for my address to send a gift card. Admittedly, I did not get back to her for a month, because, well, this is not my business and it did fall off my radar by that point. However, I did send my address. I have not heard from them since(6 months)…no gift card, no message… nothing. I’m done… no more business from me.

I am updating my review from a 4 to a 1. The chef manager continues to be difficult– they will not make a meatball sandwich even though they have meatballs, sauce, cheese and bread. Seems really silly that they don’t want to please customers with their requests. The chef l was eating over the prep food station! Health code violation! I saw him do it 3 times. We had to ask the manager to have him stop doing it. We will be switching our business to Tomato Thyme– Brian Godfrey the GM, knows how to run a good restaurant and please customers!

We ended up at dinner here on Friday night because we didn’t make reservations anywhere else & the wait here was shorter. Bar: The bar was a small area with about 12 or so seats. Sadly, the bartenders weren’t great. Why because my friend and I stood there for at least 5 min and neither of the 2 bartenders acknowledged us. At least look up and let us know you’ll be with us. Nope, none of that. I would give a 0 star for this. Restaurant: cute interior. Waitress was friendly and helpful. We ordered bruschetta and wings to start. Bruschetta came out in a flatbread we cut on our own, really garlicky but hella good lol. For dinner we ordered pizzas, the Brussel sprout salad and short rib Mac and cheese. All the dishes were great, however the veggie pizza was a bit over salty. The mac & cheese was highly raved about.

It’s back. The Brussels sprout salad. Delicious. Also try the wood fired pizza but keep it simple and order the margarita. Cheese plate is good too. Best brewed ice tea too. Friendly consistent staff.

This is a great place to grab a slice of pizza with you furry companion. I make it a habit to eat here every time I visit Willow Glen. I bring my pups in a stroller and they are able to dine with me on the patio. The service is excellent and the food is equally good. My favorite items are the Artisian Cheese wood-fired pizza and the Mushroom Pesto Penne(gluten free with quinoa pasta). If you every come for lunch, I recommend getting the mini pizza with a soup or salad. It is a great deal and very tasty. The patio is small and fills up quick on the weekends. I recommend stopping by in the early evening on the weekends or anytime during the week if you do not want to wait for a seat.

Willow street pizza provided a tasty thin crust pizza and the wings were amazing. The buffalo chipotle wings were a great appetizer and were sweet with the right amount of spice as I kid I give it a 4⁄5 stars and not a 5 because the pizza was soggy but the pizza was still good and I loved how I could make my own pizza with a lot of choices I definitely recommend this Restaurant

This place is no doubt one of the better places I visited and tasted pizzas in the Bay Area. My kids love them too. I happened to order 2 pies with an order of a toddler tray. Since I ordered pick up, I happened to see contents of the order once I came back home. I was shocked to see the quantity. The whole food for the toddler fits into my palm. My kid eats at least more than two times this. I guess that is the amount of serving at their location. I would’ve appreciated if I knew the quantity before hand. There was no picture online, nor was I shown the order at the time of pickup. I absolutely love the pies, don’t mistake me on that but am utterly disappointed with the kids order. Next time I will stick with pies only. This rating is not for pizzas they serve which deserves 4+ but more for the other things they offer. Make sure you check your order before signing off from them. Else you may have a bitter after taste as I.

My GF received a free Pizza coupon from her Boss as a treat, so we made our way down here to see what it was all about! Made it just in time for Happy Hour and our waitress, a blonde gal, brought us menus, asked if we wanted drinks and was quick with everything from the inside to the table outside. We ordered up a few drinks, and got a Salad and some Wings. Their wings were so freaking good! Spicy and SUPER messy, but very delicious. I did get the vibe that the gal was checking on us, because I kept looking inside, but infact I was just checking the score on the Football Game! So if you read this, sorry! The service was good but the game was on and I needed to double check my stats! lulz. Anyways, we went with a Spicy Italian Flat bread pizza and it was excellent. Would visit again!

Been coming here since the mid-nineties and have never reviewed until now. Sadly, this once-loved favorite is going downhill. Prices have gone up and quality down. Bad combo. Came here last week with my daughters. Cutie Pie’s side caesar was — cough cough — super dry. She couldn’t even tell if it was dressed — naked caesar! Entrée of mac ‘n cheese with short ribs had good flavor, but here again, dry with not much meat and a very small portion for $ 16. The Brain’s side of broccoli with almonds was a bunny’s delight — super crunchy; but a turn-off for human consumption. Being a cook, I know broccoli is tricky to get just right, but practice, practice, practice. How long you been cookin, Willow Street? The special asparagus ravioli, on the other hand, was delicious but, here again, pricey at ~$ 15 for six or seven small rounds. Two small shaken — not stirred — cocktails = $ 18. I think we’ll move on from good olé Willow Street. The last two times now have been nothing special(or even way below par). So many other opportunities to explore in the Bay Area. Besides… If it’s less than stellar, spend your calories(and dough) elsewhere!

Cute little pizza shop with rustic yet charming décor. They have a variety of gourmet combo pizzas, and also option for gluten free crust at $ 3 add-on. We tried the following pizzas: GARLICCHICKEN($ 14.50) Roasted garlic cream sauce mozzarella and parmesan, bacon, spinach, caramelized onions and rotisserie chicken BARBACOA($ 15) Slow braised shredded beef, homemade tomatillo sauce, mozzarella and charred poblano chilies. Topped with lime crème fraiche and cilantro MARGHERITA($ 12) Homemade tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella. Garnished with basil Service was friendly, but most of the stuff was too salty for me. Many diners enjoy a few cheers of wine and spirits too~

I have been going here for years so its surprising I have not written a review before. I ate here recently with a group of friends. It was going to be 6 of us so I called ahead to see if they take large party reservations. They do but it has to be 8 or more but they did tell me they have call-ahead seating. You can call about 30 minutes before your arrival and get yourself added to the waiting list. I did that and was able to get a table right away when my party arrived. Yeah! I am not eating carbs or tomato sauce currently so the menu was a bit tricky for me but I was able to order the burger protein style, which means wrapped in lettuce instead of the bun. My burger came out great. It was nicely cooked and had all of the regular toppings. I certainly did not miss the bun except I had to eat it with a knife and fork. The others at my table all had pizzas and enjoyed them. I have been eating their pizzas for years(pre-no carb) and have always enjoyed them. Its a good place, good service, good food.

You know, the food is always consistent here and the servers are pretty good. The pizza is great! I had the brussels sprouts and bacon salad which was delicious for lunch. Eating out on the patio is lovely in the summer. The steak salad is also good. Portions here are large and I can’t think of a really good reason to not eat here.

I have been going to the Willow Street in Los Gatos for years and years. That is truly my favorite. This one is OK. The service is usually pretty nice we just have always had to wait longer than we would like to recieve our food. Each time I have gone there has been something wrong with my food also. An ingredient missing, and even very undercooked meat! When confronted about their mistakes, they are always very good about it and will offer me a new dish or to comp my my meal. Los Gatos is still my favorite, but this one will satisfy my craving.
